They use the free trial to catch users who eventually forget to disable those services and then charge large amounts on credit cards. When trying to cancel the subscription it says that they do not reimburse. The help page is down and there is no way to contact a live person.
Charging someone $600 for an annual subscription that is cancelled 20 days is really unethical and even worse when there is no access to a customer service.
If anyone has succeeded to get a hold of them or get money back please share.

An amount of INR 60,000 has been deducted from my account. This is highly unethical and I have been trying to reach out to linked.in for support but have not received any outcome. I am still begging for my money and I want it to be refunded on urgent basis.

I am a faithful user of Linked-in. I am disturbed, however, over the fact that for the second time, my comments triggered the feedback that my comments were being "moderated." I wrote a harmless note of congratulations to the GFSI comment and a reference to our food safety NGO--Global Food Safety Forum Summit just held in Beijing in the GFSI chat group of which I am a member. Given that this is the second time such feedback has occurred, I consider it a troublesome precedent for Linked-In. Welcome your feedback

My account got high-restricted for no reason I can imagine. I lost all my important contacts documents and friends on it.

I only get automated responses from tech support and of course that can't be reasoned with.

I am having trouble signing in to Linked-In ! Keeps telling me they will send me an email with instructions on how to change my Passwird for security purposes. I have received NO SUCH EMAIL! I was trying to accepta Linked-In invitation and am unable to do so! Please help! I downloaded your App from the App Store too, but it will not allow me to sign into it.

Hello. I am enjoying linkedin but having issues with the system attacking my contact list and sending emails to people that I have not invited. I am concerned about this and worry about viruses.

Please contact me to let me know how to stop this. I do not want to close my account but may have to.

Horrendous, non responsive customer service. I had lost my phone about a month ago, which had the 2 numbers on 2 steps, one by one.

I could...still login to linkedin as my device was recognized, on my other mobile.

I tried to change the password there, nope, still logged in. I tried to change the numbers there, I could do it.

Then, I tried to login again on desktop with my new pc (previous one is dead) it refused me in gazillions of times, and when I could get in, I'd get 2 steps sending verification codes to dead numbers.

I emailed them many times, until I finally got a "we removed two steps for you etc" - but nope, still pushing sms to dead phone numbers.

I also gave them my passport photo long before. I sent them 4 emails in 24 hours - still cannot login after a month, and no answer to these emails still.

Absolutely horrendous - no phone support ahead either. I had given them my skype, too. I have been a member of linkedin for 13 years or so...just make sure you never get the same problem as I do!!!

I cannot open your sites. Optimum has suggested that the Webmaster must take action to update the security certificates at the LinkedIn site. I keep getting "Privacy error".

I have a charge of $1199 set to come out of my bank account from Linkedin. I have no idea what these charges are for and cannot find anyone to talk to. I googled LinkedIn fraud and found that user accounts were compromised recently and also received a recent message from Linkeding regarding the security of my account. Linked in is a pain in the to edit delete or close. I'm sure that is by design but it's very unfair to the customer. I've wasted most of my time this morning trying to do just that.

It is highly unfortunate that a company such as LinkedIn has such poor service. You do not ship or manufacture anything, only provide an professional network, for which you charge an astronomical fee. And yet, a customer of 10+ years has no method whatsoever to reach someone by phone. You lack any professionalism whatsoever to your users, unless you are a large corporate user. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years subscribing to this service. It is a shame that your members mean so little to you. I have recommended LinkedIn to hundreds of job seekers over the years. I will no longer make that recommendation due to your poor service and lack of attention to existing customers.
I sure hope Brandedme.net takes off and offers a friendly replacement to LinkedIn for those of us who value service and are willing to pay for it.

HELP! What the hell is happening? Over the last couple days you have added over two hundred contacts to my linked in data base. I don't know most of these folks. There seems to be some things in common. Some I do know and I have communicated via email before I had linked in. But a lot of these people I would never talk business with.
And why don't you have a way to communicate with lINKED IN at your site?
