They use the free trial to catch users who eventually forget to disable those services and then charge large amounts on credit cards. When trying to cancel the subscription it says that they do not reimburse. The help page is down and there is no way to contact a live person.
Charging someone $600 for an annual subscription that is cancelled 20 days is really unethical and even worse when there is no access to a customer service.
If anyone has succeeded to get a hold of them or get money back please share.
