I would like to thank Larry that assisted us today at the Lowes at Grant Ave and Roosevelt Blvd. He helped us pick out a tile backsplash. He was super kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

Had a fantastic experience with employee Gary MC. He was bust on forklift. Asked if i needed help and from there he walked me over to show the item and find best weedwacker for me. Followed me to customer service and asked if i needed help putting it into car. He was amazing. You need to let him know how great he is so he continues to be a fantastic employee. I visited the Lowe's Highland Heights Kentucky store on Sunday. I was by myself and purchased a very large bag of dirt. In my past experiences with this store I had to struggle to load my own dirt. But this particular day, Sunday, July 9, 2023A, a young lady in the garden center Not only helped me load onto my cart. She helped me load into my car. I regret that I did not get her name but she was the lady working in the garden center and she had a knee brace on. That's all I can tell you regretfully because she was awesome and I just wanted to give her a big shout out .

I am severely disabled and was leaving Lowe's Saturday afternoon the 8th on a motorized cart when a young man named Philip that was coming into work help me greatly. Unloaded my cart and even helped me into the car. Was very pleasant and friendly. Thank you very very much Philip

My recent experience was at the Lowes in Fort Mill, SC.

The customer service I received was outstanding from Harold and Monica. Both employees went out of their way to fix the issues I had with a custom blind order and they were extremely helpful and professional. Thank you!

Lowes in Hendersonville sold my mom a refrigerator that they did not even have in stock. They scheduled it to be delivered a few days later. She called to see why they were late. They told her that they could not even give her a date for the appliance to be delivered to the store. Keep in mind that my mom is 76 years old and has nowhere to put her grocery's. She paid 36 dollars to cancel the check that she wrote them. They would not even let her speak to a manager. She went to Lowes in Brevard. They showed her on the computer that they had the appliance in stock. They delivered it two days later. She was concerned that the delivery guys would not be able to get it in the house. They put it inside a door that did not have any steps. They made it look like a piece of cake with their equipment. What an Awesome job!

The wonderful people at Lowes,Clinton Hwy, Knoxville,TN helped us tremendously! Robin and Tony were very courteous and knowledgeable. They went over and above to solve our problem with our pre-paid hold purchase of patio furniture, which we purchased on 6-19-23. Came to the store to pick it up on 6-24; and were told they could not find it. Wwent back on 6-25 and they found it in 5 minutes!

The Lowes in Lawrence, Long Island is fabulous!! The customer service is better than any other Lowes I have been to. Curtis in Kitchen Cabinet Dept was so very helpful. He went above and beyond.

We went into Lowes in Fort Payne Al. last week to purchase a dishwasher. Daniel in appliance department was so helpful and courteous we ended up buying a double oven and refrigerator as well. He was so patient and priced several different options to make sure we got the most discounts possible. How refreshing to see a young person who actually cares and does their job. Listen up Lowes Daniel is a keeper!

Bloomfield, Ct store # 1665 Albert in applicants was the best the manager Trey was overjoyed with the feedback. I am not going back to home depot customer service here is the best and goes a long way.

I was at the Wood Village Lowes last week with my dad, I am replacing my entry door, sidelights and transom. Russ and Josh were extremely personable, and helpful. Great employees.

I had the chance to be helped by the most knowledgeable and friendly employee at the Lowe's store in Montoursville, Pa on May 27, 2023. The name of the employee is Moon. She helped me find the exact size nuts and bolts I needed. In the present time when so many people do not want to work, Moon is an exception. She is an asset to Lowe's.
