Had a great experience at the prescott az lowes with Kristen she rocks took great care of everything I needed to purchase a rideing lawnmower would recommend her to keep the customer happy

I was a customer at the Arvada store today. I was very pleased and impressed with the service I received from Bones in the Tool Dept.He ws knowledgable about my situation, took time to explain his recommendation for a purchase and had a very friendly demeanor about him. My experience with Bones will be a reason I'll return to Lowes for my home needs.

Bones is an excellent representative of the Lowes store.

We really like the signature series fire pit, it is a good price and size. I like that the lid can be locked down so the wind will not take it away

Always get the best customer service and help but made a mistake on the rating stars you sent me in my e mail and only rated it with one star when I always get 5 star service and help. When I ask where items are they always check that I found among the great selection of products..

I came in to the Tigard, Ore. Lowe's (Sat. 4/29/23) in the evening to get help on what I would need to install a charging station for my recently purchased EV. I attempted to get help without success.

I eventually was assisted by Robert in elect. dept. This guy was an absolute God sent. This employee knew exactly what I would require to do the it myself incl. type of wire, breaker type & size, possible upgrade to service panel. He then showed me where the items were located in the store which saved me enormous stress and frustration. He spent at least 30-35 mins providing excellent customer service and saving me a large amount of money by doing it myself.

This guy has extremely good product knowledge and electrical knowledge as well

I just wanted to recognize the shipping manager Nick at the Lowes location in South St Paul, MN (South Robert st.) He went above and beyond to help me get my washer and dryer and shower door delivered to me. The first dyer was not working and was sent back but Nick was able to secured me another amana dryer. Nick provided outstanding customer service and made me want to continue to shop at Lowes over home depot. Thank you Nick

I had a wonderful experience with Kelly hunt in the appliance department at Lowe's in Indianapolis, Rural Street store.
He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I changed my mind several times over the course of two days, but he never once acted annoyed. He just wanted to be helpful and accommodated me through to the final sale. I highly recommend Kelly Hunt, as he represents your store very very well.

Great customer service in Palmyra store. Mike in paint department Thursday May 4/2023 did an outstanding job of getting my paint color and giving great advice. Always good products and service at this Lowes.

While at the Hixson Lowe's store, an alert young man, Warren, saw my confusion trying to decide on a product. He went out of his way to offer help and continued helping until I had everything figured out! While checking out, I observed him noting things that needed to be done. Not one laze bone in that young man! This experience illustrated what has been my overall experience when needing help at Lowe's Stores.

Worked with Courtney upfront and she was amazing, very helpful and eager to get everything I knew I needed and more I didn't didn't know I needed. Best experience I've had in long time! Thank you Courtney

Yesterday while in self check out in the Winter Garden FL store. I witnessed a customer cussing at the young lady working in the area. She handled it beautifully. I was so impressed with her, I asked her name, Becky. What I was disappointed about was no member of the management team showed up. This could have been a very volatile situation.
Again the young lady did a great job.

Lowes of Enterprise,Alabama door and window associate Joshua and others helped me solve a problem on a delivery and a wrong item number entered at another location in Dothan ,Alabama Joshua and others were extremely helpful in getting to the reason of the problem if I had not spoken to them I would have received the wrong storm door.Then I was able to get the correct door ordered by Jim at Northside Dothan he had entered the wrong item number but all is good now

I would like the personally thank Tressie from store 1926 for her extremely great customer service. I went to the store earlier and purchase 15 gallons of paint from her department and had to come back for an additional five more gallons but it was at rush hour time and she was very busy and by herself with other customers as well she greeted me as soon as I came up and as soon as it was my turn she was extremely helpful and did not seem panic or agitated at all. She even had to go and get the forklift and get the material off the top. I hope that you guys could possibly find it in your budget to get her some help or to give her a raise she deserves it. Thank you and I hope this reaches a manager that can congratulate her.

I attempted to do the survey to leave a glowing review for an amazing customer service member of yours who works at the Lowe's in Madison Heights Virginia but sadly that site is not operating properly so i am going another route. Just came from lowes in Whitby and had terrific customer service from Robina and Tom. We were trying to get a kitchen countertop and they went above and beyond to help solve what ended up being an issue with inventory numbering. I hope they get recognition for all their effort in customer service as they were very helpful.

Store #790 went in to look at ride on lawnmowers. David was very knowledgeable,courteous and helpful.

I just wanted to say thanks I had a wonderful experience at Lowe's today walked in looking for a power tool that you guys don't carry, but Matt, the salesperson was more than happy to help me find one that would suit my needs. Outta there in 10 minutes. Being a lady, it's not always easy in the hardware store and I just wanted to say thanks to matt, and to lowes for such a great job.
