Lowe's Positive Customer Service Ratings - page 4

We purchased a new Chamberlain garage opener at the Hendersonville, NC store and had Lowes do the installation. Both the product and the installation were excellent.
HOWEVER, the garage door opener does not come with a light bulb. I was informed by the installer that LED bulbs do NOT work with this opener. When I went to find a 100 watt incandescent bulb, I found they are no longer made. Seems very odd you would sell a product for which no light bulb is available. We are not happy that we were not advised prior to purchase of this conflict.

I would like to commend Vestris Brooks, Millwork Specialist for assisting me the other day when I was not in her department. She saw that I needed help and assisted me without hesitation. I required a lot of assistance, she had to go get a huge ladder, climb up and get something from the top shelve for me (several boxes). She had a great attitude, looked up items for me, made phone calls to other Lowes for me since the Ruckersville Lowes didn't have quite enough of what I needed. She gave me EXCELLENT customer service and I greatly appreciate her help!

Hats off to Elaine and Rian at Customer Service in Kanata. They persevered to solve my issue with professionalism and lightheartedness. A happy team.

We had great service from Camden at Port Orange Lowes, we wanted to buy a Dewalt rotary drill, and he told us that if we buy a pack of Dewalt batteries at $199 our rotary drill ($23) was free. that was a realy good deal. Thanks Camden for your service.

Had a very good experience with Ashley in flooring a couple of weeks ago in Kanawha City WV location. She was awesome and was very patient with me and answered all my questions very professionally. Highly recommend this store

My husband & I recently purchased a new range, refrigerator, & dishwasher from Lowes Douglas, GA, store. I cannot say enough good things about Lisa Harvey! She was friendly, personable and top- notch professional. She knows Lowes appliances (which is a rarity these days) and explains their features in detail. She was so patient and helpful. If I were a competitor, I'd take her from you!! She is awesome!! You don't find many like her anymore!

It has been a long time since I have received such Awesome service at any store. But today at the Osage Beach Lowes restored my faith in customer service. Eric an Robert went out of there way to show me what I needed an even explain what would work best for me. Lowes, do whatever it takes to retain people like me. You will be my go to Store !

We had a terrific sales guy at Lowe's in Latrobe, PA. His name is Brad Cox. He helped us choose a refrigerator. Without his knowledge, we would have been lost. Friendly and patient.

Visited the Lowes on Hammer Ln in Stockton Ca. The ppl are very friendly. I needed paint. Was able to get everything i needed including the tape i almost forgot but with the paint manager reminded me i ended up with everything i needed. Thank you Lowes

While visiting Lowes in Lexington NC for a New Washing Machine, Nalini, Sales Floor Supervisor Appliances approached us and asked if we needed help. After telling her all my issues and complaints with our new washing machine. She listened and took the time to explain what I needed and what we were looking for. Also went beyond to services us and help us with our needs. I wish you could find more people in the world like her! I'd like to thank Kyndal at the Vann Dr store in Jackson, TN. Last evening, I picked up an online order at the Service Desk. I wanted to have my military discount applied. There was a slight problem with the system processing it, but instead of having me wait she assured me it would be completed before she left work. Several hours later Kyndal called me to ensure me it was done. She then followed up this morning because she was aware I was due a promotional discount and she wanted me to know it also was being processed. She was friendly, kind and professional and went the extra mile by informing me of the actions being taken. She is a professional who really made my experience at Lowe's positive as she provided top-notch quality customer service.

We visited Lowe's in milford and the supervisor named Mike went over board helping us our products which are some kinds of screws for repair we thank him and we want to give him 10 ratings for his service...

I was shopping at Lowes on South College road in Wilmington,NC. An employee names Joey Reeves went above and beyond to assist me. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and willing to get me the products I needed. He is a rare find and deserves recognition and rewarded. I hope Lowes realizes what a gem he is.

I want to let you know about two employees at the Madison Heights, MI store on 12 mile road who were VERY helpful: Ryan in fulfillment went out of his way to help my daughter and I when our online / pickup order was all messed up. The first day he tried to help sort everything out and loaded up our car with several hundreds of pounds of bath and kitchen materials. (Eric helped him and was very nice too). We had to come back the next day to pick up more items and to speak to a store manager (Bill) because we were double charged on several items totaling over $400.00. Ryan was there and explained to Bill what was going on and how the order had been all messed up and that not everything had arrived but we were charged. Bill was very helpful too in getting the order straightened out and crediting us for the overcharges. The next day Ryan called us personally to let us know the rest of the order was in stock and ready for pickup. Great customer service! Thank you Ryan and Bill.

Kyle exceeded all expectations, he was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. He first found me in the paint section trying to find the specific paint I needed. He then took the time to help me find a few other items around the store, and answered every question I had about my project, in a way that really gave me the confidence I needed to be able to tackle this bathroom all on my own. I will be back, and it's all thanks to him.

Today 1/6/23 I, Robert Payne, had an efficient time getting a $263.94 Kohler toilet returned to Lowe's due to my miscommunication about the color, white vs "Biscuit". The Lowe's representative, Katie, did a great job negotiating a pickup and return.
She was not responsible however for the terrible phone system dragging me around a automated telephone merry-go-round answering system commanded by telephone computers making me wait because of insufficient numbers of service personel,. A simple solution would be to recognize no service people available and set in motion a call back system like Apple, Microsoft, etc who will call back at a time when a service person is available. Hence small wait times and respect for your customers time being waisted.

I want to share my experience with outstanding customer service at the Lowe's store in Surprise, Az. Jeff In appliances couldn't have been more patient and helpful when I went in last night to purchase a stove and refrigerator that I was in desperate need of. I was probably the most indecisive customer ever. I never felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience. This made my experience top notch and appreciated the great customer service. Thank you, Jeff.!I hope this review gets to someone that will recognize Jeff's outstanding job.
