I had over $500 stolen from my account. I contacted PNC bank to report fraud. I filed a police report. Both done the day after the charges appeared. I was told PNC bank WOULD NOTrefund the money to my account. Reason being I had not talked to the fraud team. I have spoken with the fraud team since. PNC bank still will not refund my money. The account was opened through my employer for payroll services. Fraud protection is advertised for all your cards stating zero liability for any fraud that takes place on the card through the account. It has been over 4 months and I have received nothing. Basically the company promised were not upheld. The customer service I have received since attempting to contact someone regarding this issue has been extremely unacceptable. I would expect better from a mom and pop restaurant. I wanted what any customer would want. Acceptable customer service and a company that backs what they promote. I wanted my money back as promised. I am one customer and may not hold much weight, but if no contact is received regarding my issue I will remove all accounts and discontinue P No c as my y bank as well as my make my experience known. This is no way to treat customers. You are practicing bad business and letting unhappy customers deal with issues your bank took responsibility to fix in the beginning. No operation that treats customers with such negligence and allows issues to be shoved under the rug will have the support it by needs to thrive for long. My experience with PNC bank has been the worst of any company I have ever encountered. And the worst part is the entire time it was completely preventable and fixable.

PNC is the most uncaring, unprofessional, rude bank I have ever done with

Your bank has the worst systems for personal communication. The phone contact system is by far the complex at best. You can't reach the person you have been communicating with.

Simply Awful! I opted to take out a loan for a pre-owned vehicle with PNC because they had the lowest interest rate. I am now regretting my choice. Simply setting up an online account was an ordeal! First, their website looks like a project my son might have done in his freshman year of computer science. Not joking. But, even getting to set an account up was ridiculously complicated! It required receiving three different pieces of mail, (that I wasn't even aware were coming). When I finally got through that, I just went to link my BOFA account so I could make my first payment, and what is ordinarily a very simple process was beyond baffling! I finally completed that, only to be told that I was not eligible to make a payment!?!?!?!? PNC needs to hire a new UX team and avail themselves of the technology and talent that is available to bring a modern and intuitive online experience to their customers! I am seriously considering shopping around to pay off PNC and move to another provider.

PNC Bank is a joke!! I've had thousands of dollars "lost" dealing with them . I keep a close eye on my account and I've taken pictures of my account to watch it so i know im not losing my mind . I had my sister send me 1500 to my account and note my sister is a bank manager for another bank so we both watch the account and transfer it stayed pending in my account for a week then vanished with no trace in my online banking along with all of their database! The more i look into the more i find where they have pulled out a few thousand dollars at different times and I haven't received any of the money back or got any help with this bank ! DONT USE PNC banking at all!!!!!!

Horrible banking practices. They acquired my HELOC loan from Compass bank when they took them over. They no longer will send me paper statements and I can get them on online app. I've requested statements multiple times over past 14 months to no avail. Customer service representatives tell me different things each time. Have never, ever experienced the complete lack of good customer experience this bank practices. DO NOT BANK HERE. I am trying to get my loan refinanced by another bank and they have held up process because they refuse to give me a statement. My account is in good standing and always has been. Have never been late with payment and am far ahead of repayment schedule. Despite this I cannot get a simple statement! I absolutely loathe this institution.

PNC Bank is one of the worse banks that I have ever had the opportunity to work with. This bank is totally unscrupulous! From the poor poor customer service to the corrupt and incompetent cheating!!! I had to pay my truck loan off in less than two years because of the under handed loan practices. I will never do business with them again! I hate that I ever heard of them!!!!!

I tried to open a new account but they have no online chat or even an email! This is supposed to be an online bank! So I didn't open an account - their loss for a 6 figure savings account.

I received a check from someone, entered it into my account, the bank cleared it, 7 days later, took it back and had the nerve to charge my account $12.00 for an NSF check that came to me from another party. I should not be penalized for receiving a check from someone that does not have money in their acct.

So, starting with understaffed long waiting lines, rude manager with poor customer service. Some other employee just sitting in the cubicle always doing nothing and watching line , instead of coming and helping to teller. Glad bank of america and chase is around .

Terrible customer service! Completely unresponsive.

If I could give them "0" stars I would. 6+ months on a Line of Credit refinance! With >70% equity in the property! >800 FICO score! >$100k/year W-2 income! With an existing business account, mortgage, LOC, and another joint account! All lies, deception and general ignorance! Proof their practice is based on bait-n-switch nonchalant attitude with a lack of urgency. Closing everything and moving elsewhere. Good Riddance!

I am not surprised that PNC has such poor scores. They are horrible. Some good employees but the Goliad branch in San Antonio tx under sara chapa management is horrible place. Today I went in and the manager sara chapa was walking around holding one baby on her hip and had another in the office jumping on one. Hair ti the next. Felt like I walked into a childcare facility. And then all they want to do is push credit cards l, home loan, you name it. Anything to make them money. They just harass like no is never enough. Switching banks

I wrote a $25,000.00 check to my wife to put funds into a joint account at another bank to cover a purchase that we were making. Through my alerts I noticed that the funds were taken from my account as they should have been. Two days later I noticed via my alerts that the money was placed back into my PNC account. I then logged into my account and noticed that the funds were pulled back due to suspicious activity.

I called PNC to find out what was going on. Support said that the dollar amount was out of the ordinary and therefore it was put back into my account. There was an email that came in that I did not see asking for me to verify the transaction. The support person said that they tried to call me, but that was not true as I never received a call or a voice mail.
My joint account at the other bank charged us $15 and we also had other fees charged to us because we had insufficient funds in our other account to cover a large purchase that we were making. Domino effect. If PNC compared the writing on my check it would have proven that I wrote the check and that my signature matched. PNC would not cover the expenses that I had incurred due to them pulling back the funds.

As a result of the unwillingness of PNC to admit that they should have done more, I have pulled alomost all of my money and have moved to Nextier. In the past I had similar issues and pulled a substantial amount from a business account. I have since closed my savings account with PNC and have left only a minimal amount in my checking account, which will also get closed in the near future. I discussed this at a local branch and PNC was unwilling to bend and made me feel like this was my fault and that I needed to do more with my preference's and settings with my account.

The interesting thing is that PNC consistently tries to solicit my business in other areas, yet when a problem arises they try to hide and make it my issue.

I have an account with PNC and I was warned, did PNC would get over on me I bought some tickets to a music fest back in July I never received the tickets so I did a dispute and PNC denied me because I did not put my Social Security number on the paper I sent one back in with all the Social Security phone number birthday and all the information they needed of what happened they still telling me they need more information it is now November I'm taking my money out of PNC bank and I'm going to somebody else because PNC is not will keep messing with me and I'm gonna file a dispute against PNC I wouldn't tell my dog to open the account with them.

I hate this bank! Just went in to find out some problems with my account, signed in and then was told someone else had an appointment and I would have to wait until after they were through! But what about the people there before me!

What's wrong at the Stonebriar location? After 20 years of dealing with iterations of Compass, BBVA Compass, BBVA, and now PNC, I have been consistently pleased with both the reliability and service provided....until I visited the Stonebriar location. The clerk (or whatever she was) could not understand that an "affidavit of a POA" is NOT a POA and she refused to notarize my signature on it. She also refused to notarize a signature of my 92-year-old father because he was not a PNC customer. Never mind that I am a long-time customer and my dad can hardly go out on his own to visit HIS bank. Needless to say, I left and will not go back to this branch. If you are looking for a bank, go to another branch. This one doesn't offer PNC's typical level of service.

Approximately four months ago I dropped off POA for my for my father , A couple days later I was informed that the POA was invalid because it had not two signatures for witnesses my attorney stated that at the time that the POA was made two witnesses were not required the manager Mitch was very helpful in trying to rectify the situation it had been in turned over to legal incident department that denied the POA my attorney wrote a letter to them explaining that the POA is indeed valid and that it should be honored, I heard nothing else from them for approximately two weeks in that time they decided that the two letters I dropped off in positions was not adequate intern the facility that my father is staying in went above and beyond to get doctors letters saying that my father was mentally and physically incapacitated eventually after three drafts with different items wrong letters were received by me and dropped off to Mitch the bank manager approximately three days later when I checked and seen the status of what my situation is they informed me that again the POA was invalid they had said nothing prior to this it has been approximately four months now My attorney has called PNC several times requesting to talk to legal they have so far not returned his call.
Pretty sad when an attorney can't even get a return call. The PNC BANK is located in Erie,Pa

1. Never had a problem before with PNC other than recently charging for deposit box.. grrrrrrrr
2. Double charge showed up on my business credit card under paypal.
3. Looked at our paypal account online and it only showed one charge? Called paypal and they said only one charge.
4. Called PNC business and they said only one charge, I said I am looking at two on my online summary account? They said to go to local branch.
5. Went to local branch and they saw the two charges on my account... They said nothing they could do, have to deal with the business people.
6. Got a hold of the dispute people and she said they could only send the a complaint to the home office because she only showed one charge. And I said when the problem was found I would receive a call explaining what is going on? She said NO we don't do that??? Told her a good reason for me to change banks then...
7. Went online, again, got into a chat box.. After several minutes I was told they did not have an agent to do chats with business customers.
WT HAY???? I typed back stating another good reason to change banks...

What a pain, going to have to move all of our accounts to another bank or credit union... sucks...

PNC bank is a horrible place to have money. They have a system of not giving phone numbers to customers and it's convoluted and frustrating. They promised to alert me for unusual activity but never did and someone stole tons of money from my account and they are refusing to return it and took forever to come to that decision. I rate them as negative10.

Worse bank , customer services really suck. I waited about 20 minutes and nobody helped me at all and I left. Two staff sitting down , looking at and they never acknowledged me. PNC in Van Duden Laurel Md
