Customer Service is Poor, Poor at all levels... I have a business account that was with BBVA ( now PNC)... No communication was sent to my mailing address concerning the buy out of the bank.. Three forms of communication was sent to include my new PNC account number and temporary checks and fees etc... NEVER RECEIVED... they sent to wrong address.
I remove all but $100.00 from my business acct that who knows has access to my account.
They now have charged service fees of $20.00 month and are closing acct. I call the local Corpus Christi, Texas Ocean Drive acct and Helen Vela , Business acct mgr would not talk to me... No one would give me my new PNC number... I heard 3 times call Customer Care service they will help you... Yep... you guessed it... they wouldn't help me without a new PNC bank account number. My Old BBVA checking acct would not work. This has been 4 hours of wasted time and a run around... I'm glad I have a choice of where to bank and there is competition. My Acct was for a large apartment building... BIG BUCKS BABY... Poor Poor Service... You just lost me after a 19 year account holder.... with Laredo National Bank... PNC... RUN FOLKS... RUN FAR AWAY. I will be making a complaint with the Austin Texas Department of Banking...
