Aware we were almost done with the car payment we placed a call to ask for the pay-off amount to ensure we were sending the right amount.
Last payment of $406.95 was made on 02/11/2022 (monthly payment was $380).
As with other accounts we were waiting for the car title but never received so on 03/14/2022 another call was placed to ask them about the title. Customer service checked my account and after a few minutes I was told everything was in order that if I want the car title I need to request it at my county or local DMV.
Recently I was notified that there was a event to my credit report which affected my credit score; when I checked my credit report I noticed the loan in question (PNC Bank/BBVA) is sending them a report as I owe them money. Like I owe them for March payment and this event is affecting my credit score negatively. I was never late to payments and I did my due diligence to call and ask for a pay-off amount.
Wanting to clarify this situation I called again 04/15/22. On this day, I got transferred on multiple occasions and after a little over 2 hours I was told that it shows I owe money but that someone will call me to clarify the situation with me. Also my contract that i sign on 1/21/2016 stated that my monthly payment is $370.07 but them pnc change to $380.00 without explanation. If someone show up and repocess my car for this I will contact an attorney, I still waiting for my tittle. I contact them numerous of time with no resolution
This situation is not the best for customer satisfaction. I file a complaint with the BBB and Lori Middendorf call me. She was rude, incompetent and arrogant. I can not believe they way she talk to me. I have never pay late any not my account but they still ruin my credit. Amaze me that a loyal customer like me was so disrespected.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but EVERY single PNC customer service agent I've ever talked to has been beyond unhelpful. It takes them 30 minutes to answer a simple question. I just want to know if my replacement debit card has been mailed why does this have to be so complicated. It's a yes or no.

Went inside the Arlington street branch in Green Ohio May 5.had 2 transactions, the teller refused to run the transaction separately as I requested. Said it was impossible for her to do this, she had do everything at one time. BULL, BUT she had time to argue with me about it. Said it makes no difference, it does to me.

I have had my mortgage with PNC since 2001, I've refinanced twice. More than two months ago I started the refinance process with them. I wanted to lower my interest and pull $15 K out. I owe $133K on the loan. My house appraised at $650K.
My house is a triplex, I occupy one of the units. The way it is zoned it is legally a duplex, with only two addresses. Yrs ago I tried to get it changed with no luck. I bought it this way and refied it twice the way it is...no problem.
After more than $1000 out of pocket, and two months of jumping through hoops, they turned me down, unless I remove the cooking stove in the downstairs apt, which by the way is occupied. Of course I can't do that. So PNC say sorry.......
I have never missed a payment and have an excellent credit score. F them...looking elsewhere..

They purchased my mortgage this year. On March 14th, my home was hit by a Tornado. My Insurance company came out and did their thing. Sent a check to me and I overnighted it to PNC Claims as instructed by a local branch. Waited a week and nothing. Now they tell me that in 10 to 14 days I might see the first check. 2 months with holes in my roof and a house with out windows and all they tell me is THEY WILL GET IT PROCESSED WHEN THEY CAN. My next step is the Controller of the Currency .

Worst customer service in a Bank that I've ever experienced! I have been with the bank now currently owned by PNC, since, approximately 1992, but, customer service has gone to the waste basket. I will be changing my accts!!!!

Worst service in a world where service is all they offer, the money is ours, one would think they'd understand that their customers truly pay them. I think I'll just most everything to my other accounts

I was with BBVA COMPASS BANK. PNC BANK BOUGHT BBVA .

I am upset because I have direct deposit. The State of Texas Attorney General will notify me that I will get a payment on April 5th . So I I checked on the 5th and no deposit . I checked on the 6th and no deposit. I finally called Customer Service and they told me they could take up to four days to apply my Deposit . What's crazy is other banks will pay us up to two days early !!!

PNC has been by far the worst bank I have ever came in contact with, the customer service is horrible. I have been getting the run around from on the phone to online and even went into two different branches. I had a hold on my account I took in all the paperwork I needed to fix it but everyone at PNC just keeps passing the ball so I have money in the bank that I can see but can't touch? soooo frustrated

Andrew at the hubbard location hung up on me then gave me a pandering unhelpful interaction where I wasn't allowed/he wasn't going to access my account. THAT IS HIS JOB. Makes me want to consider other banks if pnc wasn't so convenient.

We will be filing a complaint with the Banking Commission because of their lack of competence in handling the death of a customer. There us no one available to answer questions and calling customer service is a waste of your time! The entire organization is totally incompetent and this comoany should be shut down/closed until they can can hire a staff with the knowledge of handling a simple question regarding an account when Letters Testamentary were provided over a month ago. I would never recommend this place if business to anyone. I think it is designed for customers with no intelligence!

A family member sent me a Zelle for $100 on 2/22/22. The money showed up in my account that same evening. When I woke up in the morning I checked my bank account and my money was gone. The transaction showed that I received it in my Zelle transaction list but the money disappeared from my account as well on my PNC transaction list. I called up PNC and after being on the phone with them for over two hours their response was they'll send me a letter in the mail within two weeks explaining what happened. That is an absolutely unacceptable answer they acknowledged that my money disappeared but they wouldn't credit it to my account and they couldn't even give me an explanation of what the heck happened. Sending a letter within two weeks is absolutely ridiculous and the fact that they refused to credit my money that they took from me is a pathetic resolved minute of this problem. This isn't the first time I've had an issue with this terrible bank.

Not only is there customer service lacking and uninformed, the local branch management is appalling! Nicole Donovan at the Akron branch was not only rude to customers but spoke down to her employees and was loudly insulting people within audible range. When attempting to contact the corporate office, I was put on hold for an HOUR and hung up on. There are plenty of great banks in the area, PNC is not one of them. Go to Huntington or US bank.

Went to the ATM two months ago and it ate my card. Figured accidents happen, no big deal. Today I went to the same location and the ATM ate my several hundred dollar deposit. ATM clearly states it can accept up to 50 bills, I was nowhere near that. Branch staff were condescending, rude and unconcerned about the fact that their ATMs apparently routinely malfunction. People were still using the ATM, and I was told they could file a dispute but nothing else. So what if said ATM spits out my money to another customer? I'm now being punished by having to wait for the dispute process to be completed due to their faulty machinery. Once it's resolved Im closing my accounts.

Here is one more negative view of PNC. I have written, called and tried emailing them since August of 2021. I have not received any correspondence from them concerning my address. What does a person have to do to just get their address changed? Initially they had the wrong address for my North Carolina residence so I called and wrote every month to have it corrected which to date still is wrong. I recently relocated to West Virginia and once again called to have the address changed - still not receiving ANYTHING. I now need a copy of my car title so I can get WV tags. Still waiting.... I do not recommend doing any business with this bank, they have not impressed me one bit. Customer service is terrible.

They bought my home mortgage and immediately screwed up the escrow! Tried to make me pay TWICE the tax rate and continue to claim my escrow is short! I have done PCN Bank's job, and leg work, and gone to the tax office and sheriff's office to get proper information. I have faxed, emailed, and snail mailed ALL PROPERTY TAX forms to PNC. After SEVEN MONTHS PNC still has not gotten this straight! Their "customer service" is PATHETIC and you cannot reach the people you need to speak with! I despise this Mickey Mouse excuse for a financial institution!!!

My experience with customer service at PNC bank has been a nightmare!! The hold period to get through is unbelievable and the customer service reps are totally useless when you finally get through to them.

Some of the worst customer service available. If you go through the automated responses on the service line it will only tell you to call the service line again which makes so sense.

3 hours on hold yesterday to fix my account no one ever answered and the mistake was pnc NOT MYSELF to wake up this morning to find it even worse they kept the wrong money and kicked out my house fuel payment. Now I have to figure something out I can't keep a bank I can't trust to make the payments that keep my household running.

Pnc is a great bank however when there is an emergency and you need help!! No one answers the customer service line and because of this your account is facing unnecessary changes. This is ridiculous you can't get help at your branch because on customer service can handle it. But there is no one answering hours on hold!!!!

If you like getting screwed over and the bank never making their screw up right again .you will love pnc .they billed me for a credit card that had been paid 12 days earlier saying it wasnt paid .1st a threatening letter then next day phone call from the crooks demanding double the normal pay late fees etc .i paid those slimey crooks 500 over the phone for a damn card that was early paid not late .rather than fix their mistake they did everythng but tell me to go to hell ! They put a late that never was against the card and kept it and kept payment and 500 more .damn lowlife crooks that dont give a customer a damn !
