SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE ABOUT THE SUNOCO ON SOUTH ROAN STREET IN JOHNSON CITY TN!!!! Is ANYONE at a corporate level aware that that location is locally known as "The Crack Mart"? That should tell you all you need to know. I live right beside it but after so many horrible experiences I will NOT go after dark and my husband won't go at all. Now, unless something happens, neither will I. Drug dealers and homeless use it as a front, a hangout etc. They harass customers for money, for rides, and can be intimidating. I mean nothing against homeless people in general,the ones I'm referencing are the ones who leave all their stuff scattered all about the walkways and inside the store, the ones who obviously suffer from mental problems and harass customers, the drug dealers and customers, and the ones who come in droves and are loud, obnoxious, on something more often than not, and obviously own the place the way they act entitled and stay for hours and hours. Not to mention the insanely rude employees--for starters the girl during the day who never wears a mask, and the horrible a**hole who works overnight and is the breaking point for me today. I have never had a pleasant experience with him. He has let people cut in front of me without a word, there was one time a drunk girl cut me and I did say excuse me, I was next, to which he informed me that well she was purchasing alcohol and he was about to announce to the line of idk 8 people or more in the line he was about to have all those who were getting alcohol to come up first as it was a couple minutes before the cut off for selling alcohol. I am 36 years old. I have never EVER had a gas station employee do that. It is not my fault nor the stations fault if they don't get there in time to purchase alcohol. I'd already been waiting in that line for an inordinate amount of time and then to be deliberately cut in front of then told that??? He is also incredibly rude, and seemingly increasingly so. I want to talk to someone about this store. I know you all HAVE to know some of this-- police are a VERY regular occurrence there, they know that store WELL. But*you*are*losing*customers*business*MONEY and the LEAST you can do is something about the employees!!!!!!! Enough is enough!!! I've been in public/customer service areas for over 20 years, I am the MOST understanding and forgiving person there is!!! That has GOT to tell you SOMETHING about how freaking HORRIBLE THIS STORE IS!!!!!!!!

I stop by sunoco in Covington KY on madison ave every morning I'm waiting for them to open their doors...I am over 8 months pregnant and one of the employees there was racist calling me a white b***h!! She kept coming after me ..her and one of her male black friends..he was crazy and homeless store wasn't even opened yet and she had him inside the store..from what other customers told me the manager said he wasn't going to fire her! She left from behind the counter and kept trying to approach me! By calling me a white b****! She was so rude and in professional from the start..The way the store is being ran there isn't safe for no one!!!! People outside bumming all the time..most of the employees are so rude there you can't even get have a good day!!!! Smh it's sad..I'm going all the way!!! Terrible terrible store!

I just stopped for coffee and gas at my local Sunoco gas station in Monroe, New York and saw that the price went up .22 cents for regular. This price, I was told, was raised before the hurricane hit the gulf coast and is not competitive with other stations in Monroe. This is price gouging and I intend to report it to the proper local and state agency's. It dos not show Sunoco in a good light; it indicates greed and disrespect to the local community.

Can someone tell me why the station at 798 Haddonfield-Berlin Road Cherry Hill NJ will not accept my valid Sunoco card. For weeks I'm told machine not working now I'm told owner has problems with Sunoco. They have no other problems taking other bank cards. Make them take your signage down!

The Sunoco on 93rd near Laisy has very unprofessional workers. The lady that works in the kitchen is very rude and very unprofessional. I have came into the store multiple times to purchase food and she has never asked to help me or offer to take my order. I had to get out of the food line and come to the register for the gentleman at the register to fix my food. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with the degree of customer service ethics that this store shows. I come in this store daily due to me working close by. I hope that this matter gets resolved or I will use my freedom of speech and have a protest for people to not shop there.

Hello, how are today, my name is Dwight,from Statesville,NC and i would like to say at y'all that one of y'all store location I think address is 1735 West front Str. And I was up there one of those days merchanice something in there so I had already bought it ok paid for it had a lot cash on me and one of the employee there had tolde that I left my wallet in there that day and again she said that she seen spent 20.00 which I had like 200.00 with me and so I had left out from there without my cash with me not knowing it and again she had lay it down it down under cash register there ,and told me come back next day pick it up so I got there the girl employee me it wasn't there, so I have no cash from the m , my cash I speakin of and really I need it back of position all my $200 will y'all please look into it for me the mgr. Is lady there her name Vickie. Or Vicky which ever so I know for a fact that I am on there camera y'all need get with them bout it,please see to return my cash fine out when that happens,get back to me Quickly Sir or who ever I sendin this too my address is 309 Gray Street. on Tuesday June 2, I pulled into the Sunoco in Bellmawr NJ (right off of Route 42 in NJ), I said to the attendant "10 dollars cash - 10", he filled it up and walked away as he was talking on his cell phone...I looked at the pump, and it was at 12 dollars and still going, by the time I got his attention it was at 20 dollars, so I said, to him, "I asked for 10", he said to me "you said to fill it up", I said "you calling me a liar?, we exchanged more words, and I gave him 20 dollars (like I said I wanted 10), told him you need to pay attention to your customers instead of talkimg on the phone, he didn't like that at all...bottom line, it was only 20 dollars , but apparently the motto - the customer is always right - never made it to his bulletin board, I will never go to that Sunoco again,, the man was probably in his late fifties, foreigner, and more concerned about making phone calls than paying attention to his customers

I went into your establishment in Bechtelsville pa on 4-21-2020 the girl behind the counter had no mask on and a guy was hanging out in there not an employee talking to her with no mask why do i have to wear a mask to shop there but your employee doesn't? When it was mentioned to her by another customer why she didn't have one she rudely ignored us

Your store at 1140 Lyell Avenue in Rochester NY was turning away customers last night 4/15/2020 around 9:30 p.m. if they did not have on masks. Now I know the pandemic is scary and we all should be safe. The Governor Cuomo just announced on the news earlier that everyone must have on a mask in public and to be turned around if they enter businesses with out any. But he also stated this was not mandatory until Friday 4/17/2020. They turned my daughter away and she came back to the car upset. So I grabbed my mask and we into the store myself. The ladies that were working are always rude and disrespectful. And if we are really concerned about the virus, this location definitely needs to be cleaned and wiped down as I am there quite frequently.

Price gouging in Hazelhurst GA 3-14-20. Reg gas 2.05 that's okay. Plus 3.69 and Premium 3.89. This station was robbing customers during the annual Peaches to the Beaches. I hope they get FINED!!!!! I was so ?!!!

The worst customer service. I had a bad experience at Subway inside of the gas station, manager didn't do anything, just one employee came out to my truck and apologized to me. Good luck to the owners with that employee mouth is dirty. I left really upset and lost my lunch time without getting anything from that place. She was not happy doing everything by herself, she cursed( not at me) But she treat me really bad. It was Not my fault that she didn't have any help.

I purchased gas from Sunoco gas station on Lancaster avenue in Ardmore to fill up my gas tank which usually costa me $45 dollars. I chose 87 octane grade gas and placed the pump in my tank. I got back in my car to put my bank card away then returned to the pump to find that the pump was giving me 93 octane grade gas at $3.99 a gallon. After stopping the pump I went inside of the gas station to tell the attendant what happened and he seemed to already know telling me to follow him so he could show me. Clearly this was not the first time and I wasn't the first person it has happened to. The attendant walked over to my car lifting the gas nozzle and bumping the gas tank with the pumps hose which selected the 93 octane grade of gas. Then he told me it was human error and that it would not hurt my car. The attendant basically blamed me and did not adjust my receipt for the pump error.

Always has the gas pump price 1-3 cents higher than there neon advertisement board. Guess iit time to contact my localAtyorney General's Office.... this is unfairly getting extra money from there customers. I will no longer be one if those customers

The sunoco at 13th and madison in covington ky needs to be cleaned up, i cannot go to this store anymore and feel safe, if its not people begging for money then its drug dealers, i have been harassed for money and even been asked if i want to buy drugs, customers do not deserve to be put through this, there are loud groups who just hang out on store grounds,also for the first time i wittnessed myself an adult male offering my teen daughter alcohol to drink and this happened last night at sunoco on 13th & madison in covington ky, this stuff happens all the time but worse in evening hours, please clean this store up so i may feel safe from panhandlers, drug dealers and gangs, thank you

On Dec. 26th 2019 at 5:15 pm I stopped at the Sunoco at 9278 Limeridge Road, Mantua, Ohio 44255 to get gas and clean my windshield for my car. I received gas but was unable to clean my windshield because ALL windshield stations were empty of water or solution. I asked the Sunoco worker behind your cash register/counter (working for Sunoco) who said "it's been like that all day". I asked if something could be done to help me clean my windshield and he said "no". I asked him for his manager number and he gave me the telephone number as 330-298-1582. I called and he said "they were not responsible for filling the water in the windshield washer bins". Sunoco customer service training seems to have been forgotten with responses and lack of customer care like this. This is totally UNSATISFACTORY and I'd believe you would agree.

My credit card was hacked by someone at the Memorial Parkway location in Phillipsburg NJ. It started with a .10 charge to a magazine subscription. Luckily it was caught early. I noticed the last 3 times I got gas that I had to ask for my receipt. Beware of them!!!

I recently walk over to the Sunoco that is a short distance from work, where I regularly stop on several times a day.just past Tuesday I needed to cash my check and thought while I was I there would do so. When I ask cashier if he could cash check he was very grumpy about it. So ask other cashier to help me. )Laughing I said come on Linda help me. I'm sure exactly what happened but he became very rude and very rude and he even said the f word twice while laughing and reply ing that my lowsy dollar wouldn't b missed. When I approach the manager stating that is that how he was going to let the cashier treat me he had no response. U have been shopping there almost daily for two years. My family goes there almost every nite. My neice and nephew go there frequently for candy and drinks. IAM sorry to say my family and I will never step foot on that property again. IAM highly offended by the reaction of the cashier and the manager. I've been in the management field and supervisor position almost every job I've had and I know that treating your customers respectfully is number one. As a manager I beleave in that situation the cashier would of gotten fired on the spot. I do not beleave I'm wrong and would like an apology from both of them and the cashier to be repramended some how. FIRED actually. Thank you for your time.

I got bad gas ar 2558Pa 715 Tannersvill Pa 18372 , I had to have my car towed to Mt Pocono not even 2 miles down the road ! On 6-22-19 at 10:30 that morning ! Murray is the towing company . My car is still at Ray Price Ford dealership . So far I am at 2500 dollars in repairs it's still at the shop , I had to rent a car from Entreprize . I live in Sandusky Ohio !

I pump gas at by Sunoco A-Plus gas station at 119 Merrimack St Methuen MA quite often. Today, I went inside to prepay pump with me credit card. Cashier guy must have misheard me, since he put in wrong pump #. I paid, went back to the car, waited to pump, and nothing. Went back inside, asked the same cashier guy to change to the right pump. Instead of fixing the minor issue and we went on with our day, but no, he spent the next 5 minutes trying to argue with me! I had a long day at work and didn't want to create a scene, mind you there was a line of people behind me, so after I finished the second transaction, I went on my way. It was very unnecessary and very poor customer service! I didn't even get to ask the guy what would happen to my first transaction and whether I'd get refunded. I figured I'll just call the bank and ask another day.

Visited on 1/25/19 at approximately 12:30 am...gas purchase
Attendant was VERY RUDE-not courteous at all and REFUSED to give me my receipt, after I asked for it twice.
Called the manager at 9:45 am-he claimed he did not know WHO I was talking about...it seems he SHOULD have known automatically since there is NEVER a full staff in the middle of the night-sometimes, there is only one person covering gas and the inside store...I noticed another employee inside when I pulled off...
The manager sounded very young and inexperienced.
I know I'm only one person, but if you treat one like that, you treat all like that...I am paying for a service...all you do is take my card, open gas door, pump gas and close gas door...in this case told there was NO receipt???? ILLEGAL. You don't even get your windows cleaned anymore-it's not like I was asking for something unusual-the attendant was pissed off because I was concerned about him damaging my car, since the nozzle was placed UPSIDE down in the gas tank
HE COULD HAVE STOOD THERE AND HELD IT
I was the only customer-I will never go there again-someone who cares about service and where I spend my money would be more professional to me....,,,SAD

I Went To The Sunoco Station At 353 E Main Street Spencer Ma.
Pump 5. On Saturday December 8th.
I Pushed Regular Gas. There Was No Indication On The Pump As To What Type Of Gas I Was Recieving Until I Got My Receipt. I Received Premium Gas.
I Then Went In To Complain. I Was Told Tgey Would Check Out The Pump But I Would Not Receive A Refund. I Said Thats Not Good Customer Service And I Wont Be Back.

Hello. I experienced a situation with a gas attendant at the nj gsp station that is at the rest stop near mile 123 that was unprofessional & unexpected. I would like to speak to someone to explain better what happened. The gas attendant was so rude & cursed at me so much for no reason that I took my phone out to record him. He immediately went into the store & I shortly after followed behind him. The manager was in the store & repeatedly told me that it was against the law to record them. I attempted to speak to her & she would not allow me to speak. She walked over to the front door & locked me in. She said that I was not allowed to move & she was going to call the police. I unlocked the door & walked out to my car. The gas attendant refused to pump my gas & the manager walked to my car & told me that I had to leave. She took down my plate number & said that the police were on the way. I told her that all of this was ridiculous & if anyone wanted to review the videos they would see that I did nothing wrong. I left without getting gas & had to move on to another station. I urge you to review the videos on 11/20 @ around 8pm to see that both the gas attendant & the manager were wrong. I especially believe that the manager should have allowed me the opportunity to tell her my side of the story instead of siding with the attendant. This was something that I would have not expected & totally disgusted by it.
