Tecumseh Products Customer Service

Tech support sucks. Never get a live person, always voicemail. Website doesn't work on "tech tools" under "product lookup" which I should not even HAVE TO USE. This company does not put important data on their compressor labels like OIL TYPE and VOLUME. Everyone else does, why not Tecumseh??? I am disgusted with the amount of my precious time WASTED by this company because they are TOO LAZY OR INCOMPETENT to put BASIC INFO on their compressor labels or provide EASY and EFFICIENT means to get that info.

I recently had a new carb placed on my generator. The old Tecumseh had started surging. The brand new Tecumseh pours gas out the filter housing and will not run but 30 seconds or so at a time. What is the cause of this. The mechanic says its just a Tecumseh, learn to live with it. But after spending 150.00 on parts and labor, I think it should be running and not flooding.

I have ,or rather the shop has,a Ex-Cell preasure washer with a Tecumseh engine that has been in the shop for 2 monthes because they can not get a fuel tank (the l shaped one) this is just not acceptable to me as a customer. I have several projects on hold because tecumseh fails to keep an up to date inventory to keep the customer satisfied. I know there on back order but why did you wait untill the inventory got so low. Just in time ordering does not work unless your supplier works with you. Whatdo you propose as your solution to my problem?
