My name is Giancarlo Fuss and I am an Italian Time Magazine subscriber (customer number 000006773469). Some weeks ago I received a reminder to send €79.50 for the subscription renewal, which I did on 17/05/2019 with an order of transfer to my bank for the above sum followed by the shipment of the payment slip to the address provided. What I received after that was another reminder replicating the previous one. I sent then a new payment slip to the same address, with no result, as the only practical consequence I have incurred is that I have not received the magazine for several weeks, which apparently signals your intention to cancel my name from your subscribers' list. Thank you so much for that.
P.S. I have seen in the Internet an ad of yours containing a €59.95 offer to new subscribers, i.e. €20 less than what I have paid for my subscription renewal, which can hardly be seen as a sign of fair customer care policy.

I try to get my payment done by sending you the payment details of my credit card. It doesn't work and still I get invoices. The website of your customer service Europe is still under maintenance. I don't know what to do to manage my subscription. Very bad customer service.

Miserable service since the new company took over time magazine international..all copies were sent from amsterdam..now after 40 yrs.!!! OF SUBSCRIBING.I keep getting invoices per post!! Bill paid and still I keep getting invoices!!!NO answere per tel in UK...what a mess,very disappointing and a miserable customer service.

Your service is very disappointing
tried to renew my subscription but it is impossible. the only way is to sent my card payment details by post which I am not interested. Where I can submit my customer no, so I can proceed with my payment

They type stories with low responsibility. They do not analyse the trutfullness of news .They are doing native marketing.By blaming the biggest democracy ,and the people who are running it .yes "TIME" megzine is dividing the people they are jealous of peace of our country .The whole fault is of editor he or she should apologise for this type of statements.else we will bycot this migzine. Time Magazine should be ashamed of themselves for allowing a false article on BEST PM IN WORLD AS "DIVIDER IN CHIEF" You have stooped really low this time! This writer is not even credible and as a pakistani muslim he hates Modi as Modi is the only PM who has taught lesson to the pakistani terrorists and done a favor to the world by conducting a surgical strikes and then air strikes (only after India was attacked by terrorists again) Remember, terrorist no matter where they are a threat to the human race everyone. The same Modi on the other hand in 5 years has proven himself as he worked tirelessly without taking a single day of vacation worked with people from all backgrounds, faiths, caste and creed and made India stronger from all fronts. Tell me which leader in today's day can do that or even come close to it? Opposition parties in india who have a hand in this article publishing are full of crooks, corruption and go hand in hand with terrorists. You believe them and not 1.3 billion people who voted him and got the majority, the largest in the word!! Just do your research first before allowing this kind of BS in your magazine. SHAME ON YOU ALL for spreading lies!

I will rate my experience if you kindly remove the Negetaive image of our PM Sri Narendra Damodar Das Modi from your Time Magazine. Our PM has been elected by 1.3 billion people in India and you cannot blow his image like this. This is very annoying n disturbing not only for me but for all the people of India. The world has already praised his hard work and his fight against terrorism. Time is a big magazine n cannot endorse an article which has been edited by a journalist named Aatish Taseer whose father is late politician from Pakistan. Hope you can understand that it has been done with hidden hatred for India. I hope you will understand the sentiments of Indians.

Once upon a time "TIME" had a clear email adress if one had to be in contact regarding questions about one's subscription. Now I if I click on www.timeeurope.com/customerservice I have no idea with whom I'm dealing with as I get different contact sites, for instance this one.
TIME - what is the meaning of this crappy system? My only other option, if I want to establish a contact, seems to write a normal letter to UK or call by phone to UK.

I am in South Africa and extremely frustrated. I have been a subscriber of Time for very many years. Now I keep on receiving requests to renew my subscription with a self addressed envelope addressed to Time in Centurion, but it seems that office has been closed down, so I don't understand why I keep on receiving requests for renewal to be sent to the Centurion address. In addition, I have called your UK office twice and been told that an invoice would be sent to me via the post, not by email. This I have not received nor have I received any Time magazines for the past few weeks.

Is there anybody in your organisation that can spend the time to sort my problem out as I would very much like to continue receiving Time magazine.

The South African contact number used to be 0861 115 444. It is no more, and the voice recording states this but does not offer the new number.
It seems one has to dial the UK to speak to a consultant:

Useless informtion avaibable as to how to contact the South African representatives in order to renew a subscription. With the frustration we have experienced we are likely to cancel it.

You have automatically renewed my subscription as from August 2018 and R450 subtracted from my credit card without my consent. This is illegal. Please cancel my subscription immediately and refund me.

My name is Amos Pasternack and my subscription (Time 65 issues) was due to be renewed in august 2018. According to my files I have paidfor the subscription by bank transfer on 9.9.2018.
However I got a reminder with a new invoice date (16.9.1028).
I am also waiting for the free mystery gift

I have called twice about non-delivery of a subscription that does not expire until Aug 20. Today I called again and you would not even answer the phone. With the country and world in turmoil, I have depended on Time to stay in touch. That no longer works.

I never asked to have my subscription renewed and yet R 400.15 (South African Rand) has been deducted from my account.

This is illegal. Kindly cancel my subscription and refund my money.

I'm a 53 yo independent. I have been a regular buyer of your magazine since college in the mid 80's. Unfortunately, I can no longer support your magazine with my buying dollar based on the false cut paste cover of Trump and the crying immigrant. This cover was a false propaganda story which has been proven false. This is why Americans no longer trust the media and journalists. I hope you and your corporate entity figured this out and can do the right thing based on this falsehood. I will NOT fall into this kind of propaganda. It's shameful.

Time is a disgrace for putting that photo of that crying girl on the cover with our President and then insinuating that she was separated from her parents. This girls father has cleared the air. She was smuggled into the country, never separated from her mother. Time - you lost a customer. What you've done here is brought yourself down to the lowest common denominator.
