I tried to reach tracfone with number that is provided on the website over 7/8 and could not get a live person. I was really skeptical that this number would not work or be some sort of scheme. but the number ACTUALLY worked. Not only did it work it was only a few minutes and problem was resolved. Thanks Contact Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

Angelo is the best tracfone employee! Actually the only one worth talking to. I was on the phone with tracfone for over 3 hours! I was given the run around, talked to four different people. Finally decided to call headquarters number, angelo answered. What a Godsend! Within 13mins angelo solved the mystery of my missing 211 minutes! Thank you angelo.

as an overall evaluation, Tracfone has done me good and im quite satisfied with the service they offered since it serves just right for my phone needs. I just need to point out one thing hopefully the people running this company can look it up. please do something with the human resources you have, its so hard for us customers to wait on a long hold just to get something done with our phones. We customers needs someone to cater our technical issues right away since we had a lot of things to do with the time we wasted on the line. Thanks you. More power!

I had a compatibility problem with 2 upgraded tracfones. After attempting three times to resolve the issue with customer service, I had become extremely frustrated. I then called the corporate office, spoke with a manager and he resolved all issues within an hour. Thank-you corporate for your help and willingness to actually listen and to work out the problems. I would recommend tracfone to friends and family.

Not sure what all the commotion is about...Each time I have called the customer service people they have been more than helpful and very knowledgeable...advice for the complainers...just pick another phone service...you don't have to use tracfone. I have always had great service and I have been with them for over 5 years. Just saying.

I love my net10 tracphone service. I will be purchasing a $50.00 unlimited no contract plan again upon renewal date. Currently my phone is not turning on and my renewal date is not up yet. I will go to my neighbor's house and call if you can not resolve I have a phone number to talk to some. When I talk to some I will have all the necessary information so that my telephone will perform properly. I just got this cell phone and it works very well.

I called the number & a REAL LIVE PERSON answered the phone on the second ring!! Awesome!! The lady was very friendly & knew what she was doing. I was extremely impressed especially after dealing with idiots for weeks.

I have an LG800GHL. It has three problems. 1) shuts off and will not respond to on/off button. Have to take battery out. The model is KNOWN to have this problem. The "tech" had an obvious accent. She tried to tell me that leaving the Bluetooth device connected would drain the battery. The phone shut down while ON THE CHARGER. 2) It does not recognize the memory card. This model is KNOWN to have this problem. 3) Device OFFERS to connect to computer but DOES NOT.

I am an engineer. I used my first computer in 1961 (long before she was born). I know what kinds of things drain batteries and do not. The shutdown problem is NOT DUE to a dead battery. It happens with a FULL BATTERY.

Next step is a complaint with the PUC

After about four days without a usable phone they solved my problem. Be careful what phone you select. They did stick with it though. I can give them credit for that.

Recently I lost my phone and wanted to replace it with another Tracfone. After reading the customer horror stories posted on the internet I was prepared for the worst. Surprisingly all went well. My number transferred, my minutes transferred and all that was lost was my contacts. Despite speaking to reps in the Philippines and "South America" all went well, communication was clear and the people were helpful and positive. So don't despair. You may get a satisfactory result.

Somehow my minutes went to 0 . I dont know if I left my phone on or what. I called customer service and they answered after 1st ring. I advised them the issue and told them I think I should have had about 30 minutes left but none now. As a one time courtesy they added another 750 minute 30 day card at no charge ! I was very surprised and delighted !! Best customer service ever and it only took 5 minutes !!

My husband and I have both had a Tracphone (Motorola) for many years. Have never had a problem, order minutes on line and codes to get bonus minutes, again never a problem at all.
The only thing that is happening now , is I recently (within the past week) have started to get unwanted solicitation calls. I wish that there was a way to set up phone to only accept calls from people in your phone book. But again,my phone is old,so maybe that is available now.

After spending considerable time on the Tracfone support on their website trying to get my new phone activated (had successfully transferred minutes and extended service end date) I came across this number and, based on some of the comments, decided to try it. I got right through, the young lady spoke excellent English & was very nice and got my phone working and put the minutes back that had been deducted (shouldn't have been) and made sure my phone & voice mail setup was working. Best experience I've ever had with Tracfone service. I didn't want to call because I was expecting an hour with someone I couldn't understand and who couldn't understand me (and was probably in India)! Thank you!

The number I used, 888-442-5096, on 10/10/2012, was answered immediately by someone with a Hispanic accent that spoke perfect English. He efficiently answered my questions, solved my problem and took my order for additional minutes.
