I have never had a problem with tech support. They have always been polite.

after many bad experiences FINALLY...I got Elias in Honduras (after being told by my 1st contact that I was being transferred to the United States as requested!!) Elias spoke perfect English, listened to my explanations of previous contacts, calmly & efficiently re-instated my service program with no extra charges as others had quoted, our 2 phones were immediately updated. After many unsatisfactory calls & poor, next to none services Elias was a pleasure to do business with.

I just spent 2hours on the phone with Yesid and although the problem isn't completely solved I want to commend him for his patience and efforts! He gave me specific instructions to follow when I call to finally get my new phone working.

I used the 800# for tracfone customer service today. My phone was having a problem making calls. It was an easy fix,with technical support instructions over the phone. I was pleased with the customer service I received. It was quick and professional!

I've noticed they are trying to improve; I'm greeted with a positive attitude, and when someone asks what they can do for you on such a wonderful, glorious, day, I can't help but smile. One way to avoid having to call customer service so much, however, is to open an account at tracfone.com right away. I always use their website to add minutes and phones, activate/reactivate, etc. When I saw that so many had trouble adding minutes from the phone, I decided against doing that. I've seen the countless complaints about their customer service, and after being a customer for a year, I think having an account is the best way to take care of issues. They also have a forum, but when I had a problem, I'd search the web and find my answer from others. Yes, some of their phones have some glitches, but the few times I've had to call and speak to a person, I used this number: 800-867-7183. I got through quicker with this one than with other #'s I was given (only waited a minute or so). There's no need to constantly call just to add minutes. I like Tracfone, and still believe it's the best deal out there; my friends and family pay up to $150.00 a month for the privilege of having a high-tech cell phone! Well, Tracfone now has Android. As for getting annoying emails/notices from Tracfone on your cell, you're given a choice to opt out.

Talked to someone that actually helped me. It was all online which I needed. Just waiting for new phone to arrive. QUESTION: I guess the area is bad for activating. Can I activate my new phone in another area where there is better signal and still keep the number I have attached to the phone?

My only complaints is that you have not included the Philippines in your international country where I can call my family. I will be happy to hear from them and know how they are for I can't afford to come and isit them.

Called this number when only a portion of my total minutes transferred to my new Trac phone. Call was answered immediately, representative transferred my remaining minutes while I was on the line. Great service! Totally satisfied, way to go TracFone!

I have always been very satisfied with Tracfone until I got my latest one. I bought an LG because it was capable of taking pictures. As I work with young children I have often wanted to take a picture but it was inconvenient to carry a camera so I got the LG. I specifically asked the salesperson if I could transfer pictures from the phone to my computer and was assured that there were two cords in the box and that I could. I got it home and the only cord was the charging one. I purchased a sync cable, which cost more than the phone, and now have been told that there is no way to transfer my pictures. I am very upset that I cannot get these pictures printed in any way. I really wish there had been something on the box warning of this. This has been a big disappointment as well as extra expense on a very limited income.
The lady from Tracfone who tried to help me was excellent. I just hoped she would have better news.

When my son bought minutes for his phone he was not told that he had to use them up by a certain time. He has 98 minutes left and would like to either use them or get his money reimbursed.

Customer Service has been pretty good overall. But I Tracfones don't get good reception. I brought a double minute android phone which I'm suppose to get double minutes which I don't get. I get free minutes every month besides putting minutes on my phone and haven't received double minutes. Also can't get into facebook,or internet,or email it comes up with error.

Just to help someone have a better day. I just had a good experience fixing a problem. I have had my phone for a little over 2 years. I don't use it as much as others might have, but until today have had no problem. Your representative talked me through and the service is working properly. love everything about this phone easy to use,add minutes,and access functions .my problem is ive had to replace my phone 3 times in one year this time no functions work when you push buttons,the last one deleted all my stored numbers then went fuzzy,the first just died.i think a phone should last more than 6 months

I actually really like TracFone. Recently, my phone had Unregistered SIM shown on it so I just emailed them, and I got a quick reply the next day. They helped me with my problem and my phone was back to working right. The girl I had emailed was extremely nice and helpful. I see all these negative comments--maybe you should email instead of call? I think emailing them has nicer people that will help you :)

I received a new SIM card today and didn't read the directions, so I had no service. I called customer support and the problem was fixed in about 10 minutes.

I just bought my granddaughter a cell phone from u guys.she activated it and got her 10 minutes then tried to add 60 minutes and it would not let her it stated already used,which it had not been used. we talked the support and they stated I had to go buy another 60 minutes to get 120 minutes..this is not right..i only buy 60 minutes for mine so what is the deal...this may be the last.i have gotten a lot of phones from tracfone..please take care of this problem for me,i have a disappointed young lady

Inadvertently purchased a 'double minutes' card for my tracfone, which came with a lifetime double minutes feature. Card is non-refundable, so I purchased additional minutes. Was given regular minutes, but 'double minutes' would not work; contacted tracfone reps, with no resolution. Sent e-mail, trying to explain problem; received reply promoting 'double minutes' program. Replied to reply, attempting to clarify fact that all I wanted was the double minutes for which I had paid. Ended with comment that I hope I would not have to complain to BBB of Florida. Early next morning, received call from tracfone rep who asked me to explain again what had happened. Within minutes of my explanation, my double minutes were on my phone; another rep called a few hours later to confirm I had received minutes and was satisfied with service. Up until this problem, we had no problem with our service and are very happy with the resolution of this problem. All reps were patient, polite and appeared to want us to be satisfied; the only complaint I could list would be that I had some difficulty understanding their English. But they were never impatient with my asking them to repeat a question or an instruction. Am a happy customer!

I would like to personally thank Tracfone and Roxanne for all your help. My sister bought me this phone as a gift and I am so grateful that she did because anytime I need help with anything, the Tracfone team gets right on it and always gets the problem resolved. I receive phone calls to follow up on the resolutions. The team is always professional and show concern. Once again, I thank the Tracfone team and its employees, in particular, Roxanne.

I love this phone and in particular when you buy minutes you match the minutes. You can't find a better deal that that.

The two problems i have had so far are: One i get voice messages at least once a day from people i don't know and have to use my minutes to find out who it was that called. I suspect they do this on purpose to use minutes for me.
Secondly the internet connection is basically useless, even when going WIFI at home. Screen too little, and connectivity takes forever seem like.
