Twitter doesn't have telephone-based customer support as of October, 2015.The phone number listed will tell you to go to support/twitter online.

Twitter has made me change my password at least 4 times within the past 3 months! I change the password, everything is fine for awhile, than, twitter is telling me that my password and email does not match, why? Than, trying to reach your tech office is impossible...why do you not have a working phone number?

contact a person at twitter is impossible - trying to unlock my account for 2 days now and all I get is a code which I input and then get INTERNAL SERVER ERROR - does anyone actually work at twitter or is it just some giant mad robot - terribly frustrating

Hello, the reason for this note. I just received this phone number from metro Some had an account to this I'm getting there text messages. Stop sending them to this number. If it continues. File a complaint. You can feel to at this phone. I don't know who the person is,don't care.

I was part of the 225,000 people hacked with an Apple product. Apple store helped me with phone. I put up some of my apps. My Twitter acct was with this as well. I need help getting it back. Messages still go to my email, but my password is wrong. Had email sent with link to fix this, but there is more than that. They changed my nane on twitter and are now using it. I want it back because I had some great followers. Please help me fix this. Megan

Twitter lets stolen email acconts post without confirmation.i pray you get sued, youre allowing malicious damage, to hacks,commiting character assasination thru stolen email addresses. Your mission statement must, disavow customer abuse.

My account has been hacked. Twitter sent me an email on 4/6 letting me know. However, it has been literally impossible to correct the issue. I have sent 3 requests to Twitter for help and received none so far. There is also no phone number that will take me to a live person. How can I get help with this issue? I just want to be able to log in to my account again. Someone has taken my password/user name. Please get back to me. Thank you.

Its amazing I'm reading all these reviews and we all seem to be going throw the same thing. Someone hacked into my Hotmail opened my twitter account that I know for a fact I closed. My images are showing on google search, twitter shows I have 68 followers and I'm following 1200 are you kidding me. Why can't we just sue Twitter for the horrible customer service they have, there site is not safe and from what I have read it not a very productive site to be a part of. I've sent numerous email to the support unit and I get back the same thing over and over again. do you make your money by allowing this to happen its sad for a CEO to be in this type of situation

This account I had I have not used in years. My picture is showing on Google. I've tried contacting Twitter to deactivate this account but you can not get a hold of anyone. this is very scary then you wonder why people get killed and staked. I have made notes of the times I have tried to contact Twitter I will contact an attorney and let them know TwItter failed to help me. Your organization is sick and disgusting for not helping. Can't use an account opened in 2012 b/c I can't remember my PW and Twitter's password reset email doesn't work with my ISP. Trying to switch to my work email address for the account.

So far I've gotten "canned" responses that suggest I tweet myself via an app I don't have with a PW I can't remember... and the answers are written in a way that suggests there's not an actual human being composing them. Twitter's phone number customer support option has a recording that says "Unfortunately, Twitter does not offer telephone support." Come on, Twitter -- you have the money and the users to merit a genuine customer support program.

I left a comment e my twitter account and the LACK of Support i'm receiving The email I put is not the email attached to my twitter name the correction is below. I have been locked out for a day now with NO HELP from Support to get this resolved. I had to create another account to be able to tweet at Support and NO RESPONSE. Instructions online do NOT Help and some don't apply to my issue and when I click on this is not my issue I just get the runaround with these instructions. I have had that account 4 4 years and should not have to create another one due to Lack of Support my Twttr Support.

I have had an issue with my account being locked for about a day now. I had to create another account so I could ask support for help because you have no email no phone help. This is TRULY VERY Poor No Customer Service whatsoever. I should be able to get this resolved via email or phone. My coworker used her work email to sign up for twitter and is now deceased. Her emails are now being forwarded through me so we don't drop the ball with any clients. I am now receiving several emails from twitter each week. I don't have her password so I am unable to opt-out. Does anybody have advice as to how to ask twitter to remove her account or the email so that we don't receive these types of emails anymore? It is quite obnoxious to have to sort through this crap in order to do my job.

My account was hacked by someone from the middle east they are still using my account as there own even though I. Closed out my account so anyone using that's my hacked account please shut this down or I will forced to use legal action
