I have been trying to reset my password on my Twitter account. It seems I have two separate accounts and do not have passwords on either. I would like to combine them into one account. However, I do not receive the email when I try to reset. Getting help from Twitter has been impossible.

I tried to join. No assistance, links do not work, opt outs do not work. Tried to deactivate new account; that does not work, either. Cardinal WASTE of time. Will NOT be trying again. WORST customer support I've ever seen.

Help! all of the sudden on my smart phone was logged out of twitter. I never logged out in the first place.The message says "an error occurred when logging in. Please try again later." I can only create an account which I don't want to create a NEW account. It will not allow me to log in with my info. I CAN log on on my PC

My twitter account is not letting me log in. I never log out first of all. I went to go on it and I was signed out and now its telling me that an error occurred, why can't I get back on twitter??

Someone has opened a Twitter account in my name. I've tried to contact Twitter to cancel this account but all I get is a recording
saying " can't handle issues over the phone".This is ridiculous how they treat people.

I have had an acct for around 4 yrs w/o incident but recently got mobbed with comments from ppl who use #fsutwitter. I blocked them after replying back in kind. They mass reported me and my acct was suspended and now have been informed it will not be restored. Really terrible csr as I initiated no communications and was victimized by hashtag and then again by twitter support...kinda sux

I'm freaking blocked and can't follow anyone back and Twitter said that I would be able to soon but a year has already passed and nothing has been done ! As soon as I follow someone it says you can't follow now Learn more or dismiss !!!!!

After hours of endless looping to get my personal e-mail address permanently banned from twitter I searched for contact information for twitter and found this site. Still no resolution. I am sick and tired of getting e-mails to confirm twitter accounts. A few days after I follow the removal in their e-mail, I get ANOTHER confirm twitter account e-mail. I live in a small city. I don't know of anyone who uses twitter. I wouldn't use it either. I am pretty sure I will never use it. I am beginning to think they are a desperate company who is spamming out accounts nobody really registers for.

So for the webcrawlers please let it be known to twitter the following:

Over the last few months I have had several twitter account confirmations e-mailed to me. When I follow YOUR directions to remove, I get another confirmation a few days later. The bottom line is this: I DON'T WANT A TWITTER ACCOUNT. I DON'T NEED A TWITTER ACCOUNT. I DON'T WANT TO BE CONTACTED BY TWITTER EVER AGAIN ABOUT AN ACCOUNT.
Permanently prohibit the registration of [email protected]. Any further e-mails from twitter for an account will be considered your agreement to pay me $1000 US within 10 business days.

Twitter can consider themselves notified.
Now if I could only collect.

Someone used my email to sign up, the "not my account" link in the verification mail doesn't work.

The support forms send me in an endless loop and suggest I file a "general ticket" which doesn't exist.
In over 10 days they have not replied to any other support ticket and there is no way to reach through.

HORRIBLE customer service. My computer is down but I need to report a fraudulent account confirmation request. I can't reach anybody about this.

Every time i try to log on it says unusual activity has been on my account and i need to reset my password. every time i reset it, it sends me to a blank page. i cannot log on and its becoming really frustrating. please help!

This is freaking ridiculous. Some Arab person (used some kind of arabic text for the username) set up a twitter with my email. I clicked the "not my account" button and all it did is take me to a blank screen. I've been looking for over an hour on how to contact them directly but all they do is give you the run around. I called the "customer service" number and all they do is send you to a voicemail on one of the options. I pressed 1 for customer service and they said they dont provide help over the phone. What kind of company is this?

I've been trying to reach someone by phone. I never asked for a twitter account and suddenly I have one and I'm receiving e mail. I don't want an account. How can I talk to someone that can help me get rid of this crap!

Twitter customer service leaves something to be desired. No use in my repeating the same complaints listed all over the NET. I'm sure Twitter has heard it all before. It seems getting a account restored is a crap shoot. SAD that I'm missing this 2014 election process, my 10,000 followers will have to carry on FORWARD.. Seeing I've agreed to all twitter rules & complied with no success in getting my account restored, makes me wonder if a political agenda is in play.

Nothing works anymore on Twitter; support help does not help, can't get on to my Twitter account, but I do still get alerts from my account those. Can't get in to my account with my username or my email address or password.

Worst customer service award definitely goes to Twitter. Automated responses, no action taken, no live chat, no live contact with a human and basically no help. Twitter is saying that my website is unsafe due to virus WHICH IS UNTRUE. Fill out their form multiple times over the last 10 days, no action on it at all. Pray to God you never need any help from Twitter. The door is open for another social media platform and Facebook has them beat by a lot in this area.

Twitter has the WORST customer service/help I have EVER seen for a company. Guess it was ok when they weren't on the stock exchange; but, now that they are, they should invest in customer service/help! Absolutely no way to contact them directly! Accounts are suspended or removed from search for no valid reason and ALL the person will EVER get is an automated reply that does NOT answer ANY questions! I completed their forms for several serious harassment violations and generally received an automated reply saying that the account that was reported had apparently deleted the tweets even though I gave them the ID for the tweet and there is no way the tweet could not be found! If they continue to harass, abuse their customers in this manner, they will eventually pay the price. Currently, it looks like Facebook is definitely winning the social media race and Twitter is going down in popularity, as they should!

I have a question. How does someone know they have been muted by someone and just not simply ignored? Usually, when someone interacts with one of your tweets, it adds the tweet they are interacting with and then their interaction. If just the interaction shows, does it mean the person has muted them? At least when you blocked someone it was clear to everyone!

Twitter has poor customer service and doesn't protect users accounts how they should,I've been trying to contact them for weeks because my account has bee hacked and the hacker is making my reputation bad.

i need help deleting my old twitter account i have no access to.i know the e-mails and passwords for it but twitter has not got back with me about this i have came to them with the troubleshoot probelem more than 20 times.i have no longer have access to this account.i know the e-mail but dont have it anymore.i think i know the password. there are followers on my previous account that are following the old account b/c they think it is still active.i want them to follow me on my new twitter account but they dont know who i am.i want my old account deletd idmediatley.it still has my pics and is still on the search bar.how can i get intouch with twitter to help me with this.is there a phone number or email i could send my problem to

I deactivated my account but now I'm trying to reactivate it, I don't remember my password and when I attempt to sign in or simply just click on "reset password" Twitter doesn't recognize my @ username and my email, I am still under the 30 day deactivation limit before my account is completely terminated, I have 3 more weeks left. Any ideas on how I can reactivate my account? I've tried Twitter support but it is useless, I'm told I was sent an email with a password reset link, I've tried contacting Twitter support numerous times and I keep getting the same emails notifying me that they sent me another email with a password reset link, which I have never received.
