Have been tring for days for help from Yahoo, try want you to use there site but totally forgot they must offer REAL support for there site.

Confusing and circular knowledge base.
No phone number.
Form letter from email form didn't even apply - was almost literally "We can't help - here's a link to our community forums" and then immediately close ticket.
Forums are mostly random people, with no actual power. Few employees say, "we can't help"
Two of your customer service reps hung up on me. I asked to be transferred to an English Speaking Rep which is my right under Federal Law. You have have me locked out of my email for two weeks. I changed my Password at your suggestion and now you will not take it. GOOD LUCK YAHOO YOU ARE GOING TO NEED IT!
locked out of my account and was unable to use the password recovery function due to the session timing out all the time when ive only been it for under 2mins. i think ive lost my emails and now i want to cry. NEVER USE YAHOO EMAIL, WASTE OF TIME - GMAIL ALL THE WAY.
YAHOO HAVE NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM ITS A HOT MESS AND SO AM I BECAUSE I CANT ACCESS MY IMPORTANT EMAILS, FOR BUSINESS ETC.
The new updated yahoo.com is not user friendly I created my account in 2003.
I was locked out of my yahoo account lost all of contact information.
I really am very unhappy user. I don't understand, I reset my password at least 6 time and every time I log off and log back in it's says that don't recognize the user password or user name Wow! I reset it and again it will not allowed me to access my account don't understand why, message sent was lock out for 24 hours.
I am so flustered.
I have an old account I made it when I was a kid. So I naturally can't recall the password. But an I explain that to them? NO! WHy? Well because there is no one to explain it to! I have even tried twitter but I am still ignored. I don't even believe they have really worker because I haven't gotten any help form them. They send me to a forum for PASSWORD ISSUES! That makes no sense! I am so annoyed I can't believe such a big company can't afford a number with workers on it.
Yahoo---You should never have changed Yahoo Messenger format. There is no connection with others. When you first changed the appearance and format of Yahoo Messenger, I was able to connect with another party, but for the last two weeks, I cannot read them and they cannot read me. When something works, do not change it. Also, your program in Email that deals with composing emails is very faulty. In correcting sentences or words in the content, the program either drops words or erases words from the sentence. Yahoo, as a whole, is very unsatisfactory.
I have an old yahoo account - created prior to updates to yahoo sign-in helper. I can't recall my password so I can't do anything with the account. With the notification of the recent hack I would like to delete account and\or reset password - however yahoo provides no way to contact them to do this. Also - yahoo uses facebook account for support??? Thats f'ed up....
Yahoo has acted irresponsibly with regard to customers with questions regarding hackers and their accounts. Even though their site states you can speak to a person regarding your issue it isn't true. They have instead changed all their numbers to play an automated message to tell you to log into an account to change a password when you can't do that or gives you other information that is irrelevant to the hack issue. In addition, Yahoo is dodging customer questions via automated reply that states they will get back with you. The only follow-up is another automated message. There are no solutions offered, only smoke and mirrors by a company that has deceived users and now seeks to hide from them. Google behaved much more professional and better all around. That is why they will continue to get my business.
If you're adding a new account and want to you your phone, you have the option of either receiving a text, or a telephone call to get a verification number. You only show a texting option for an established account. I am one of the thousands of persons who do not have texting capabilities. Yesterday, I changed my password, but forgot it. Have tried several times, but unable to re-establish my original yahoo account. I need that account as financial and other information are stored in my yahoo files. Please put a calling option on ASAP so people like me can once again access our accounts. Thank you.
having the same issues as the others who wrote in - yahoo customer service is can't talk to a live person - called Verizon customer support who was on the call with me for a hour trying to change my password and could not - the only access that I have to my email account with yahoo is at my office - I'm going to cancel this account and go with someone else.

Terrible experience I had to call Verizon to help me with your problem no wonder why you don't take calls anymore wanted to charge me $500 for someone hacking into my phone when it was no one hacking into my phone I happen to be using my phone from New York on the weekend and that had nothing to do with my problem a simple problem Verizon got it
I cannot access my E-mail. Two weeks ago Yahoo said for me to choose a new password. I did but did not write it down, was similar to my original one which was I don't have a mobile phone and I do not want your "key". All I want to do is to access my Yahoo E-mail account.

I desperately need my teaching resume which is on my Yahoo email account. I know my username, but forgot my password. I have a new phone number and a new work email, so the Yahoo website says they can't help me. I can't reach anyone, and I'm so desperate for my resume and to be able to get back into my account....my Yahoo ..Any help would be awesome!!!! Please!!!!
I cannot believe my ears!!!! My son just told me he called customer service to get some technical support and during the conversation with the unprofessional person on the other end of the phone he called my child the "n" word twice for no reason as if there is a reason to call someone that! I am completely shocked that this is part of the customer service greeting. This person who I don't know the name of is trifling and unprofessional. He would have been screaming bloody murder if my son had cursed him out but he didn't. I raised him not to stir up anything. My son remained calm and courteous. I can't say I would have after that. I was so upset I told him to call and speak with the supervisor, but of course they wouldn't let him. So,I'm doing this to make everyone aware of how the customer service department sucks at Yahoo!!!!
This make no since if I can't get customers Service only on the web. Yahoo won't recognize my I'd or my account. They have no solution for that
Who do I contact for that? It make no since for you not to have. A call center. I don't care how much money you think you are saving!!!!!
