I can never get anyone on the phone. I can never get anyone to respond to my left messages. If you are so anxious to help your customers it should be easier for us to talk to someone. I have a new washer and dryer and I need to talk to someone, a service man if necessary, to advise me whether my washing machine noises are normal. It seems to be making a lot of noise during the wash cycle.

Amana is absolute garbage ,I bought a brand new stove and it almost burned down my home. I've been calling and trying to get this resolved for more than 5 months and still nothing. This company needs to be sued and permanently shut down.

I bought an a/c (Amana) remote is faulty. Didn't have printer so I couldn't print out proof of purchase even though I have every piece of info that they need for a warranted replacement. I've sent text messages, gone online and complained to Amana, complained to the main company, complained and got a case number through the platform in the Philippines, all to NO avail. Replacing a $3.00 remote would surely make a consumer satisfied but these fools continue to ignore my request for a valid replacement. Amana used to be a competent company but it seems that now since it is owned by a Canadian company it has gone down the rabbit hole. I will never purchase any of their products again after this experience. Oh yes, we will get back to you in 24 hours. NOT!! Incompetence to the nth degree.

Amana's warranty is terrible. I purchased a new gas range and was unable to have it hooked up immediately as I was waiting for the gas company to finish their work. The following week it was installed and it is not working. It has taken me almost 3 weeks, numerous calls, hours of time on the phone and I still do not have a working stove! I have tenants waiting to move in so I am losing money on that end as well. The people I have spoken to at Amana are very nice but they're unable to get the unit serviced. There are only 2 companies in Chester County that service their units and 1 company told me they aren't accepting warranty work because they are being inundated with warranty calls. The other company is from Reading, they are 3 weeks out for scheduling. Needless to say I will not be purchasing any Amana or Whirlpool products with service this poor.

I bought what was supposed to be a brand new washing machine and have had nothing but problems. It is under warranty being less than a year old and I am without the use of the machine for the same malfunction for the 2nd time in a month. It would have been nice to been completely overhauled the 1st time but now I was due to have it fixed tomorrow but the parts are not available until April after they were supposed to be in for a repair on March 1. I feel like I got defrauded with a refurbished machine and have had nothing but hassles getting the machine fixed even under the manufacturer's warranty.

I am completely frustrated and disappointed with my Amana fridge raider. The shelves are all breaking the ice dispenser and the water dispenser leak! I called and the service was horrible! I need new shelves and they want me to pay over $90 for cracked shelves and a three year old fridge raider. I just need new shelves! I should not have to pay $90 plus shipping for a defective product

I have an extended warranty contract but can not reach anyone to set a date for service.my freezer on my refrigerator is screaming and I can reach nobody for help. I have been sailing about ten different numbers but all I get are automated recordings. You must fix this problem . I still have not talked to a real person and this going on for five days. I start calling in the am ant quit around four in the evening. Please help me . I may never buy another whirlpool item again.no service no gain!

Amana/Whirlpool is the worst in customer service relations. I bought an Amana gas range in August 2020. By September 2021 the oven did not work. It was determined by the repair service that the ignitor was defective from the factory. The part cast about half the cost of the range. I have sent two emails with no response from Amana/Whirlpool. I will never buy another one of their appliances.

Was on hold 4 separate calls for 30 minutes and then told to call another number. Once disconnected when finally got to a live person. Very POOR service.

I purchased an Amanda gas range on 01/23/2021 the oven door broke after I had it for 2weeks! Called several times on hold for 30-45 minutes each time saying they would send a Amanda service tech who did finally show up said he's had to repair several Amanda doors said would order the parts I wanted the entire door replaced because there were several broken parts. Called Amana and they said going to send the parts . NINE WEEKS I've been without my oven ?????I can't even tell you how frustrated I am right now. We are remodeling our kitchen and I was going to buy a amana refrigerator but NO WAY if products aren't taken care of and customer service is pretty much worthless! They also wouldn't extend the warranty for the nine weeks I had no oven. How do these people stay in business ??????

Contacting customer service by phone is a joke - we've called 3 times and be on hold over 40 min each time before hanging up (at least the on hold music is good but the same playlist, same order).

I bought an Amana refrigerator 2 years old. The refrigerator was not getting cold. Defrosted the coils in August, happened again. Found out the electronic control board is shot. $445.00 later. Hopefully fixed. WILL NOT Purchase Another Amana.

I bought an Amana PTAC installed 2104. In 2016, it had freon leak. Repair couldn't find leak. 2 years later, in 2016 small leak again..told couldnt find keak but it was repaired. 2 years later 2018, small leak again, replaced compressor that burnt up, capacitor and capillary tubes as warranty ended trying to find and fix leak. Now 2 years later..out of warranty..leaking freon again. While under warranty, they never found small leak and would not replace unit. Called Ptac dept.but no help. Called Corporate, referred back to Ptac department. No return call.

I bought an Amana A/C and furnace in 2004. My primary reason for buying it was the lifetime warranty on the compressor for the A/C. Years later when I started having problems with my A/C I discovered that the company that installed (who arena longer in business) never registered the product although they said they would. Amana is completely unlovable in their position that they will not honor the warranty because it wasn't registered in the first 60 days. Had I known it wasn't registered, I would have done so immediately. I have proof of purchase and everything else but Amana won't budge. It is not my fault that the product wasn't registered and I don't see any good reason for them not to honor the warranty. I have offered to send them all the paperwork but still they won't budge. I think this is a complete rip off and Amana's way of getting out of covering what they promise. I will never by another Amana product again. I am completely distraught that I am going to have to buy another unit because of Amana's refusal to budge.

17 years ago when I bought my new house, it came with an AMANA air conditioner. I want to let someone at Headquarters know that my air conditioner is still in good condition after all these years. I'm sure eventually I'll have to replace it but for now I'm still enjoying it. By the way I'm in Cypress Tx, a suburb of Houston so our summers are blazing hot. I have a lot of respect for your product!! Thank you

Our Amana refrigerator ART316TFDW serial # VS62254299 purchased in 2016 failed in late 2019. The cost of parts to replace the evaporator and compressor is C$816.13 + labour + tax. The original unit cost was about C$725 + tax.
We contacted Amana Canada by phone about this. They said that since we don't have an extended warranty, there is nothing that they are willing to do.
They apparently aren't bothered by the fact that their product did not even last four years. That is not a good product and that is not good service.
We will be buying another fridge, but don't have much incentive to buy one from Amana/ Whirlpool Corporation, or to recommend that to our friends.

I called about the light bulb in my oven. This went out several months ago so i call for assistance to remove this. The girl tried to help but the bulb will not come out. I am not able to replace the bulb and i think someone one could replace this for me with no charge.

Hi. i purchased your product on 6/22/17. To make a long story short, I called the warranty tech to come out to service my washer. On 6/6/17 two gentleman arrived, one quickly looked over my washer and the other just stood there trying to get me to sign a "Thank You" card. first of all i was uneasy about signing when they hadn't even finished checking out my washer. They rushed through everything, and told me my electrical outlet was wrong because of my house being old. also that the plumbing was incorrect. I have used this washer since 6/22/17 until i called them and had no problems. After they left my residence, i tried it and water started coming out of the washer from the back. I called because the washer was filling with water but wouldn't wash. so they left me with a washer that was in worse shape than it was before i called. I went out and purchased a new washer connected it up just like before and it runs perfectly. i don't know why they were in such a hurry to do whatever, but i am very dissatisfied. I know that washer has a problem. My warranty runs out on 6/22/18, so the problem was reported before the expiration date. something needs to be done ASAP. I am in the process of contacting my lawyer on this if I don't receive a response quickly. This is the worst service ever!!!

I purchased a Amana upright washer less than a year ago. It already is having issues!!! The motor continuously is running when washer is not on. I tried unplugging it, then putting plug back...... after a few seconds it started running again. HUGE SAFETY ISSUE!!! I purchased this washer from hh Gregg, but since this purchase they have closed their business. I tried calling the Amana customer service number..... and wouldn't you know. line busy! for hours!
I swear I will never buy Amana appliances ever again!

Amana products are cheaply made. I purchased a built-in 30" Amana oven. As soon as the warranty ran out - the oven must have
known we were not OUT of warranty and the digital panel would not permit an oven temperature to be selected. I was prompted to have a technician come out - who charged me over $500 for a new digital panel and installation costs to replace. These products are made in China and they look good - but are made with cheap parts - that's why there are so many reviews that complain about broken, cracked parts shortly after purchase. CHEAP PARTS!!!- Expensive REPLACEMENT.

purchased Amana refrigerator with the bottom freezer from Home Depot for my basement. It is less than 6 months old and the ledge that holds the wire basket is cracking. The freezer liner is crumbling away as it was not filled properly with foam (per repair man). They want to do a temp fix of epoxy. I don't think any consumer wants a patch up freezer. I want it exchanged for one that is not defective.
