Run from Boost they removed six months of payments for one month today. Now I have to wait ten days for them to mail a check. How nice they had no problem just deducting it from my bank account. Why not put it back the same way you stole it. When June ends so does my business with Boost. Plus nothing but problems with the phones.

As a new Boost customer, I was quite dismayed to learn that the store agent had not properly activated my phone. Fortunately, I had access to competent technicians at Apple who were able to erase the damage she had caused and then proceed with proper activation. But wait, it gets better. I was told by the store agent that it was not possible to transfer data from an Android phone to an iphone. The Apple tech confirmed what I had suspected. That information was wrong, wrong, wrong. I chuckled when I learned that Apple created an app to serve exactly that purpose. And finally, after they told me that the phone was activated (when it wasn't) not surprisingly, I was unable to sign in to my phone. If the phone had been properly activated, I would have been asked to set up touch id. Instead, the system asked me for a passcode, but the one I provided wasn't accepted. Another store agent told me that the problem was that the passcode hadn't been registered during activation, so Apple would have to fix that. Again, wrong, wrong, wrong. Had the activation process been completed properly, I would have been promoted to choose a passcode. 3 strikes and you're out.

I must say I'm utterly underwhelmed and have to wonder why these employees, one of whom may have been a manager, were so ill equipped to provide competent service. I'm left to wonder how much the company really cares about serving customers.

My final comment is that when I returned to the store one last time to get the details of my plan since I needed to know how much cellular data I was entitled to in a month, I also mentioned the errors. This employee did not so much as feign concern. Her silence spoke volumes. Clearly, this is not a company that instills any kind of service ethic in its employees. This experience has caused me to take a pause and re- evaluated my decision to come over to boost.

Boost is a HORRIBLE company to deal with, I have filed a complaint with the FCC
as well as the BBB and elsewhere. It took me almost 5 days to get 2 numbers
ported over, what's worse YOU have to do all the legwork, get your account
number, transfer PIN, maybe call the previous carrier etc.

Calling Boost is painful as it is, it takes over 6 minutes just to get through
their phone menu and then you will be put on hold many times, switched probably
at least 3 times. Chat is no better... good luck reaching a human. I spent
probably 10 hours on the phone and chat to get nowhere. Spent 5 hours at their
store the first day.

Then after they finally got my number switched the put a 5G card in a 4G phone
making my contact list disappear (it's a known issue with this phone). When I
went back to the local store the 6th time asking can they put a compatible SIM
card in there they refused saying "that one works if you can make/receive calls
and texts" I said yes perhaps it works but it caused another problem, they
didn't care and tried to sell me another SIM card also saying it probably won't
work. It cost me over $100 for all this, driving a total of 240 miles back and
forth to the store.

I've never had such a bad experience in my many years of using various services.
They should not be permitted to offer their service, cell phones can be critical
for some of us. Moving to ATT ASAP who said I need to transfer PIN, account numbers
etc. they will do the work.

On the 7th of April boost mobile head cut my phone off and I was confused because my bill wasn't doing to the 19th so I had to walk to boost and I asked them why is my phone off and that I was confused on what was going on and off he told me I had to call customer service so I did and they told me somebody took the money out of my account and so they just shut my phone off and I asked them they couldn't let me know. They couldn't call me and asked me to confirm or send me a notification. Or something and they just kept saying they can't do nothing. It happened on my end they don't know what happened they can't do it they can't help me so I went back in boost mobile and told him I'll just pay it he said OK so I pay the $61 and he couldn't process the payment so he had to call customer service because they said my service was suspended The first customer service lady was really rude. I didn't like her attitude and then after I process the payment they said I had to wait 72 hours so me and my one year-old daughter was stranded and we had to walk 30 minutes from our house and it was hot because I couldn't call a Lyft My phone was off. So then I waited the 72 hours that morning. I called boost mobile I talked to 12 customer service people a few was rude and a few was respectful and trying the best to help me but yet I still couldn't get to know supervisor every time I called there was no supervisor I was I was put on hold and transferred to an investigator for my transactions and to remind you I'm still confused. I don't know why they turn my phone off but so the investigator answer the phone for my transactions and was telling me someone had requested the money out of my account , and so they had to cut my phone off at this point. I was just really irritated because I know I paid I never once requested any money back never once and then they tell me I have to wait an additional 48 hours, but they had turned it back on that night, then today April 19, 2023. I woke up to a text message from boost mobile saying my phone was going to be off is so I call boost mobile the 611 number and a customer service answer the phone so I tell them my pen, my number, my name and I start telling them my problem and my issue and asking them why is my phone off because I had just paid the $61 that they told me was going to be for 19 April and the lady was telling me it was suspended because I requested a refund. I have never requested any refund from a store. They told me the store had requested a refund basically like I walked up there and requested a refund remind you I don't have a car. I'm not about to walk 30 minutes away with my one year old daughter to go get a refund I was telling them I never did request a refund and if they can contact the store or any way to see what happened or what's going on because that was not me requesting that refund I talked to like five people today. I was able to get to the manager and supervisor over all the customer service and they told me I had to go get the money because they had no way to restore my account they couldn't do anything and they told me the refund was already processed and there was nothing else they can do and I asked them what does it mean processed and he said I already have the money I told him I never received a refund or I wouldn't be on the phone right now. I never received my money back and my phone is off and they have bad customer service. I will most definitely be leaving boost mobile I'm not from California so it's just me and my daughter that's how we get around with my phone I don't have a car so I have to call a Lyft I have to order food from Walmart. I have to order her diapers. I have to order her clothes I have to order our cleaning supplies I have to order everything I don't have a car to get a round anything I need I use my phone for anything my daughter need I use my phone for so with my phone being off, I can't I can't provide for my daughter there is nothing really in walking distance and I can't walk that far with my daughter

I ordered a phone from boost on December 30,2022, It is now April 17,2023 still no phone. I have been in contact with them it least twice weekly since I placed the order. They keep telling me it's coming.... Guess what? Still no phone. I get a phone call today from a Christine telling me they are closing my account. I called back and spoke to a "Robert" I believe. Told me it would take four or more weeks to get my money refunded back to my card,so I asked for a free month since it has been four and a half months. They offered me $10.00 credit, which is a slap in the face.
I am going to the BBB after this post. Do not order phones from them. You won't receive it. They take advantage of senior citizen, such as myself.

I bought a Galaxy A14 from boost mobile on edgewood av in Jacksonville fl in mid February this year. I put the boost mobile app on this piece of s@#t that night. This phone and experience with boost has been a nightmare from the minute I stepped in the store. This digital paperweight they sold me won't stay connected to nothing. It NEVER has reception by data or wifi. It won't stay connected for more than 10 minutes and I do alot of school on it. Well, I TRY to anyways. I've been trying to chat with support through the useless app since the day I bought it. To this day, almost 2 months after purchase, I've chatted with 0 people. Yes, ZERO. I've tried reaching out to them at 3am a couple times after fighting this thing for several hours while trying to do my school. It ALWAYS tells me they're extremely busy but wait someone will be with me soon . They never come. I sat on the My Boost app for 2 hours last night, no one said hello, just another minute, hi, f@#k off....nothing. Not a single thing good has come out of this nightmare. Nothing. They screwed me on the phone, they're cell service is awful and you'd get better customer service by a bunch of freaken monkeys. I wouldn't recommend them to My worse enemy. You'd get better phone service using a couple of cans and a freaken string....

I activated my phone with the low cost monthly plan on the internet for new customers. Paid and was welcomed to Boost Mobile. Got my phone number and even got message that said phone was activated successfully, But when I tried to make a call there was no connection voice came on the phone and said that there was some kind of interruption and Although I paid 15.00 for the plan , I needed to pay 0 dollars and o cents to keep account open or I would loose service.I tried this with the Same cc I used and it was declined because it was't the same card used to buy plan IT WAS exactly the same card. Debit card and another cc card was the other choice I didnt submit that .Confused yet? I was. Then went to a Boost store guy there tried to sell me on a 50.00 month pre paid deal .NO and said the Boost mobile web site is unreliable .No kidding . I cancelled service And Stopped auto payment on cc. My advice is to stay far far away from Boost mobile. No stars

Boost mobiles customer service is a zero for me. I paid my bill on time. I can't get any data I spoke to customer service once she said it would be on in an hour then I called again and the guy said it would reset tomorrow. I asked if he could reboot it there she said there is no way to do that even though I told him it had been done before. He denied that it could ever be done. I think it has something to do with the hacking but he said no and would not get me to a manager. Bad bad customer service. And I've been a customer for 12 years

Boost mobile recently removed $10.00 package of international calls ( cellular or landline ). I am boost mobile customer more than ten years.
I used that feature to call Panama. Now you removed it

STAY AWAY FROM BOOST MOBILE!! FRAUDULENT STATEMENTS AND INACCURACIES IN THEIR CONTRACTS AND WHAT THEY OFFER YOU!!! Their customer service lines were horrible I had to call three times to get a solution and out of the three phone calls I never got a solution No one could get me a solution to the problem!!!

S i made the mistake of putting the incorrect address on my online order and contact boost mobile they provide lil to support. I even did the work for them by calling UPS to see what option I have. UPS told me to call Boost to have them change the address because their are restrictions on the package. All boost has to do is call UPS and change the address because they are the shippers. All I keep getting told is we can't change the address of a order. Even though I did the work already and telling them UPS needs them to call and change the address. Plus they are sending a phone to a address thats not even phically real. So I pay my money just to wait and not get what I order or getting assistance.

Boost is an absolute nightmare. I tried activating my new account and porting my number in from mint on 3/14. I've never had an activation take more than a few minutes. This one, however, stalled. It is now 3/17 and it still isn't activated. On 3/15, I tried calling customer service, but just got an automated message that their systems were down before being hung up on. I was able to chat with customer service, but they were unable to help. on 3/16, i was finally able to call (after being on hold for 15 minutes, getting dead air, calling again, another 15 minute hold) but all they could tell me was that their systems were down and wouldn't be back up until some time next week. They couldn't tell me when the activation would go through, they couldn't cancel the activation or my number port. I was basically told to call back next week. They couldn't guarantee that my number wouldn't get ported over if I paid for another 3+ months of mint mobile. I ended up activating a new line with mint with a new phone number. Boost has caused me to lose my phone number I've had for 10 years. Paypal refunded me for the first month of service I am obviously not receiving. Stay away from boost.

I came to boost Mobile to escape an unbelievable experience with Verizon, but I may have found a worse disaster? Among other things, I can't get voicemail? I thought voicemail would automatically be there, but after 2 months, I finally found out that it needed to be activated from the start, which is not what they told me at the start? And after 60 days, if you need to set it up, they tell you to call. So I try calling, but when it picks up, I get a strange recording saying sorry something is down, thank you for your patience (I am NOT patient!) And they disconnect the call! I've tried messaging them in the app, all they do is tell you to call, so I'm stuck in this stupid loop where I guess customer service doesn't exist, and I can't claim to know if anyone works at boost Mobile! Bottom line, I can't get voicemail, at least not from boost? I am running my phone on WiFi, for the most part, even though I have "unlimited" everything, I keep getting alerts that say my data is all used up? It doesn't seem to be, but I don't have time for this! What kind of phone carrier is this, I'll switch if I have to, but I don't know who to switch to? I'm ready to sue Verizon, they are still my most hated, but I've had T-Mobile, Metro, Sprint, Virgin Mobile, and I can't afford At&t? I don't know which carrier to trust, they are all overpriced and they all have bad reviews? I will say, this voicemail thing is unique, I don't know which is more shocking, not having voicemail, or not being able to reach a living sole now that something has gone wrong? I would create my own carrier, if I could figure out how that's done...

Trying to leave Boost Mobile after 18 years service. So horrible. But now I can't escape because I can't get my account number from them because the whole system is down. They were hacked with ransomware on the 23rd of February. They refuse to say that happened but it did. There is information out there. So boost main number just says internal issues and hangs up. And the local boost stores have just not been open. No signs saying anything. Just closed up during working hours. This is the worst headache ever. They won't be honest so we get no info. We can't access them. My phone bill is due, and I have to be up to date to port my number. I just want to escape from Boost and they are holding my hostage in a completely hacked system!

I have been boost customer for over 10 years. Your service has been gradually deteriorating over the last 2 years. I want to change to a new phone. Which I have. I have tried to call your service line 4z now and I either wait in the line for at least 45 minutes or you do not answer. Not answering your customer service line should be unacceptable to you as a company but evidently your company does not care. YOUR SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!

Boost got 1 star only because zero stars wasn't an option. Since dish network took over the company is horrible. Took me 2 online chat sessions and 4 phone calls just to get my account number and then they questioned me as to why I wanted MY account number. They dropped plan restart option without notice. I paid $50 on my account and boost decided that would be my next payment that isn't due for 2 weeks. No way to move funds back into my wallet so I could add additional data. They are holding MY money hostage for a future payment without my approval. Avoid boost mobile at all costs.

Boost Mobile is terrible I tried to sign up.for lifeline service they sent me to Hyde Park and the man said could nor process documents and then they sent me to another store in Rosendale same scenario I called customer service and they are rude and will not speak English and hung up on me

I switched to Boost about a month ago and it has a horrible experience. I asked to port my number over & that didn't occur. I was given.a new number which was mistake. After 6 calls to customer service i was finally able to get my old number ported. I requested 3 times to have the number mistakenly given to me removed from my account & it has not been done but Boost has billed for this line and I refuse to pay for something I didn't use so Boost suspended my lines. Told me because line was suspended they couldn't remove the unwanted line until I paid bill & for a line that was not active & in use. No one will help I just get passed around. I had limited service for this month & they won't credit any time.

Regarding my son's line I couldn't get service with the new sim card so called numerous times. Twice I was told to go to a Boost store & they could help me with the sim card so I go the different stores both times & was told I needed call the 800 customer service number they couldn't help at the store because account didn't originated at the store level. Finally it was determined that Boost had sent a defective sim card so a new card had to be sent out. This entire time we had no service & Boost won't provide customer service and provide us with a credit. Horrible way to start a relationship.

I have also filed complaint with the FCC
