I switched to Boost about a month ago and it has a horrible experience. I asked to port my number over & that didn't occur. I was given.a new number which was mistake. After 6 calls to customer service i was finally able to get my old number ported. I requested 3 times to have the number mistakenly given to me removed from my account & it has not been done but Boost has billed for this line and I refuse to pay for something I didn't use so Boost suspended my lines. Told me because line was suspended they couldn't remove the unwanted line until I paid bill & for a line that was not active & in use. No one will help I just get passed around. I had limited service for this month & they won't credit any time.
Regarding my son's line I couldn't get service with the new sim card so called numerous times. Twice I was told to go to a Boost store & they could help me with the sim card so I go the different stores both times & was told I needed call the 800 customer service number they couldn't help at the store because account didn't originated at the store level. Finally it was determined that Boost had sent a defective sim card so a new card had to be sent out. This entire time we had no service & Boost won't provide customer service and provide us with a credit. Horrible way to start a relationship.
I have also filed complaint with the FCC
