I switched to Boost about a month ago and it has a horrible experience. I asked to port my number over & that didn't occur. I was given.a new number which was mistake. After 6 calls to customer service i was finally able to get my old number ported. I requested 3 times to have the number mistakenly given to me removed from my account & it has not been done but Boost has billed for this line and I refuse to pay for something I didn't use so Boost suspended my lines. Told me because line was suspended they couldn't remove the unwanted line until I paid bill & for a line that was not active & in use. No one will help I just get passed around. I had limited service for this month & they won't credit any time.

Regarding my son's line I couldn't get service with the new sim card so called numerous times. Twice I was told to go to a Boost store & they could help me with the sim card so I go the different stores both times & was told I needed call the 800 customer service number they couldn't help at the store because account didn't originated at the store level. Finally it was determined that Boost had sent a defective sim card so a new card had to be sent out. This entire time we had no service & Boost won't provide customer service and provide us with a credit. Horrible way to start a relationship.

I have also filed complaint with the FCC

Complete Ash oles. We are trying to change cellular service. Since the account is in my husband's name (I pay the bill) they won't give me the account number. They want to call my husband's phone. When they do, it does not ring. I don't know why. It's his phone. I don't use it. I don't know how he has it set up. He wanted to know what was the most frequently called number on my husband's phone. I eventually found it. It was my number. Then he refused to give me the account number because he had previously asked which number my husband calls the most. I didn't know at that time. I don't look at my husband's phone! Now he says my husband must go to Boost himself to get the account number...what a bunch of cra ap. They aren't worried about compromising my husband's account as making it as difficult as possible to switch carriers. I will never use their service again...

Bought my granddaughter a phone from boost for Christmas. Phone did not work, we were refused return of phone and money back, they would not try to fix problems,and called my grandson a liar. Out $173 for nothing. Stay away from boost at all costs.

I talk to someone at boost customer service to ask for a few days to pay my bill.i live in kentucky we just had a snow storm ( level two emergency) my road havent been plowed plus it's minus 5° outside at 5:46 a.m. i will not be able to get to work today to pick up my paycheck .and tomorrow is christmas eve then christmas. So i wouldnt get my money till monday.i been with boost years, i pay 94.00 a month for my boost service.
I wasn't asking for credit just a few days .because it was out of my control.i live paycheck to paycheck.it hard time.and they tell me they can't give me credit or a extension.they saidbu can change my plan to cheaper plan and told to see if i qualify for a free service on low-income.that not what i needed. i can pay if i did get hit with a snow storm. I guess i be heading to Metro and give them my 100 Bucks.man cant get a break .very disappoint.

I have been a Boost Mobile customer for many years & I haven't had any complaints until I recently filed a insurance claim to have my phone replaced, FYI is through Likewize not Boost and after those dumb***** sent me 2 different replacement phones THAT WERE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH BOOST MOBILE & 4 separate claims filed I still DO NOT HAVE A REPLACEMENT PHONE, & I have already paid my deductible and jump through every hoop, now 3 weeks have passed and I can't talk to a live rep because there awesome pre recorded phone system doesn't give me a option to talk to a person now it just gives me the same message everytime, I have been without a phone for 3 weeks & with no answers. I can't even talk to a person to get a refund. **** you Likewize and your **** show that you call a business. You exepting money from Boost Mobile customers for a service you don't plan on providing.

BOOST MORONS - with really BAD service. Text Messages & Voice Mails would arrive anywhere between 30 minutes and 2 hours after being sent. Could not have Wi-Fi turned on on phone because it goofed with their LTE signal. Took me 90 minutes to get my account number (no it is not your phone number - it's totally unpublished even on your account page). And when I went to quit these morons, they locked MY PHONE NUMBER so it couldn't be transferred to new phone/service. Took 5 hours of hassling and I had to threaten them with FCC Stature litigation to finally get my number. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOUSY COMPANY OF MORONS!!!

tyhese idiots told me to turn off my data before using my hotspot. SAY WHAT????????????????? are they stupid. there would be no data filling my hotspot. yep, couldnt make this s#*t up. these are boost mobiles customer support people. do you want a service provider that cant wipe their asses? i sure hope not.

i normally get the $50 plan. 12/35GB. been doing this for almost two years so i know how i use data and how it is deducted. that plan was used up in two days but i did not use but maybe 3 gb. i then got the $60 30/35gb plan. second payment in two days. i reset my data counter at that time on my phone. i ahve used 18 of hotspot and 13 high speed only it shows on the app that i have used 32gb of high speed and it doesnt show hotspot anywhere on the app. support says ive used 18 of hotspot and 32 high speed, this is 6 days after the second plan purchased this month. i have not used 32 high speed and 18 hotspot. they keep telling me to check the counter on the phone itself and send them a screenshot only when i do the dont even look at it. thst is the proof but they dont acknowledge i even sent it to them. i was "diconnected" four times in calls when they couldnt or wouldnt fix this problem. i should have 12 left hotspot and 21 left high speed but its all being combined onto high speed usage and my hotspot data that i paid for is not available for me to use. 17 support chats which they give me one of three BS excuses like escalation. thts how they just get rid of you. their support s garbage. then theres the 4g lte that is the sevice they are providing me only im paying for 5g sevice. i own a phone called the celero 5G for christ sake. they wont give me more data, wont reimburse me and wont muster up enough balls to tell me they screwed up and cant fix it instead i get "random" call disconnections when calling in and simply ghosted in chats. yes i admit i have been rude but who wouldnt bena little cocked after 17 worthless hour plus long support chat sessions and 5 disconnected useless calls to support. i have had to take time off from work on three ocdsions to get this runaround BS. this has added up to around $1,100 in loss profite from my business and makes me and my business name look bad since i canceled appointments with customers. its a simple fix im sure but someone has to actually know wtf their doing and then they need to actually push the buttons to get it done. what a concept. do your friggin jobs.

Worst service. I get the run around from reps. Same old same "tower maintenance"
First I was lied to by the sakes guy. Turns out he was fired. Now I'm on a plan that's not worth the price. No service in my house. When is Boost going help their customers? I have one month left to unlock. I'm on the TMobile dish wireless channel??????
It's the worst it's been this week. No one can fix it because they don't know how. If Boost don't start fixing things they won't have any customers left

I am stunned that your customer service representative would sell the business of my wife and I over a few days of high speed data. I was cut off to the point of not being able to use my phone at all basically, and even then they said too bad. I have been a loyal customer for years. It was a mistake because my wifi wasn't being recognized for a short time. I thought that there would be someone that would realize that my business going elsewhere was important. I was wrong

I can't get my own account number. I went to the store (46201) three times. She will not give it to me. She said that u were a liar and that u could give it to me. Why is it so darn hard to get my OWN account number

I been a boost customer many years. I went to boost store @ fox run shopping Ctr. Newark DE. On 7/12/22..the guy in the store was terrible, I needed a new phone, mine was water damaged, I have insurance. He said I can't use my insurance & I can't keep my phone #. Of course he lied he tried to sell me 2 phones,I kept saying I only need 1. I got frustrated after awhile dealing with him, so I bought a new phone, he gave me a out of state area code (PA) I live in DE. The phone didn't work, I went back, he said it takes 15-20 minutes,so I left again .I Had to go back again, phone still didn't work, he said he has to put a Sim card in it. Then it worked. Next day I went back to return the phone, I said I have to have my old Delaware phone number, ( witch he said I can't have in the beginning), so THEN he was able to get me my own DE phone number rather than return the phone ( magically ) in 1 minute, but he wanted $30.00 cash.. For his pocket om sure. What a lieing jerk.

My account has always been current. Recently replaced phone due to badly cracked screen. Had to move to a remote area to care for sick relative.No cell signal. Found a carrier that works for me. Can't unlock my phone?? Trying to explain I need a transfer pun when rep hung up on me and suddenly I get a text message that my number has changed!?! Have spent an hour trying
to recover my number.

Changed over to get the samsung A32 phone. She give me wrong phone even tho I also bought a A32 case an screen protector. They will not make it good. Girl made mistake but I have to suffer for it an be stuck with a different phone an a case that don't fit it. Boost sux I will change back to metro. Boost is a rip off

I ordered a phone last Saturday which was 5/6/2022 and paid for overnight shipping and was told I would receive my phone on Monday and I didn't receive my phone. As of today I still Haven't received my phone but they have my money. Nobody can tell me where my phone is and I find it not just irresponsible on Boost Mobile as well unprofessional. I will just take my business to another carrier. Also there is no Corporate number for you to call

Hi, my name is Nora, and I too can't stand Boost, they hire too many stupid people who don't know a damn thing, went to 3 stores on 4/27/22 trying to purchase a phone, was a nightmare, was sent to one store to another to get my phone upon arrival the two women and 1 man says oh no we can't do you a phone, then I tell them I was just sent here then they start laughing after explaining how I was sent there and being there for over an hour she tells me that she was charging me for a case which the gentleman had said they would give me for the mix up and the long wait, she stepped in and said no way not giving her nothing so after that long wait I left, the worst service ever.

Boost mobile has failed to provide my payment history with no
resolution and when I reach out to them about how I pay for
unlimited data but do not get said data they do nothing to fix the
issue very poor cust support and refuse to provide a cooperate
number to call I use my phone for work and now I cant keep with
my business due to the lack of integrity I reset my account due
to the lack of data a week early and they refuse to compensate
the time lost even though it was already paid for attached screen

I've had boost for years now I find out there dumping me as a customer because,,,, well I'm poor. I live on $338 a month.
9% of my income pays my boost bill. So they say, hey we'll give you a free phone, which I'm sure is equal to an Obama phone, but wait it's $35 to activate it, which probably covets the cost of the phone. But that would mean I'd be paying 18% of my income this month. I know I'm nobody to them, now they'll prove it by dumping me as a customer because I'm financially challenged.
If there offering the phone they are for free they say I might as well get a free government phone.
I'm sure thousands will follow suit.

I've been Using Boost Mobil since about 2011. Service now has become so poor, that I cannot use my phone more that about 4 minutes before it shuts down repeatedly using up the battery. I cannot take it out of the house because it won't last. LTE completely is unavailable so it remains on WIFI at home or on mobil data when I was able to take it out doors ( which I cannot do anymore due to crashing w/in a few minutes). Why has service become so poor that phone are unusable? The amount of poor reviews says it all.
