Delaware. Can you please explain to me why no one works floor security in the store. I've never seen so much blatant shoplifting as employees are left having to watch it happen. Store cleanliness is despicable. Was shopping watching a cleaning person sweep sweep debris/dust in to piles and just leaving it. This is while she was wearing what looked like pajamas. Is there no dress code for employees? I get that is discontinued items at discounted prices but there is no store organization. Do the store managers even care? Can't believe you are still in business.

Your store in Paterson nj is the worst possible place I've ever been to. The fitting room has been close for months, how the hell do u expect people to try the damn clothes. 1 slow as hell cashier with a full line. Simply put this store SUCKS!!!

I was in the store at cottman and castor i asked where was the lady that use to work in the home dept. the worker said she didn't work there no more. She was happy that she finally left. she said even though she was a good worker and got away with a lot they treated her bad. Just to tell you somethings i can remember what she said: had to keep working when she messed on herself and smelt bad ,they would say things and embarrassed her in front of coworker , couldn't get promoted cause of person life and how they say she was on drugs. Me as a costumer did not see that she was on drugs. i can believe this cause i called the store because they had her cleaning mice fetus from shell. it smelled bad and was hazardous to her health. I also happy that she left.

I used to love shopping at the store in Fullerton but over the last 5 mos there is no dressing room entrance and most importantly no restrooms for shoppers . I had a shopping cart full of product and needed to use facility but it was still closed I had over $200.00 worth to buy it because I had to go in my car to find a restroom you lost money I'm only 1 person can u imagine 10-20 customers like me who just left for this reason . I find it ridiculous, please fix the issue so I may continue to shop at your store.

Pathetic customer service,The manager and staff at the counter are so rude and non welcoming.Not allowing returns and just blaming customers of changing tags in the products, Simply ridiculous!!

They were providing us and they locked the door of the store so they were closed they're open for another hour or two which is bull crap we are working type of people maybe some way we just maybe because my pants were sagging a little but hey who would ate a judge the worst and whatever their manager is a piece of crap

I gave your cashier 40 dollars for a 25 dollar purchase and sahe gave me change back. There are always employees that barely speak English that is good for the store but not the front end only having this. I am so disappointed in this situation.

Good morning, Burlington, IKEA Blvd Charlotte NC. The website states that the store opens at 7am, it's now 7:16, the associates see us out here, no one came to say whether or not the time was right or wrong on the website. Today is the Saturday after thanksgiving, they do realize people is out shopping early. So if possible, please correct your time on the website. The sign on the door states 7am. So why your store is not open. Cars are leaving now. Sales loss!!!!!

Your merchandise in all and prices are reasonable but your payout services sucksvto the max people leave due to waiting lines is this an attribute of elite owned greed that you can't or won't hire more register clerks Ba humbugs

The manager and security guard were out of line and disrespectful the called me names and the security guard acted like he was going to hit me when I got outside the store after they publicly humiliated me when I was shopping for my 2 year old son on 10/20/22 at store number 239 9:30 pm I plan to file a lawsuit

I brought a Ralph Lauren vest for my son priced at 29.99. When l got home l noticed that the brand name was not attached to the vest. It was a fake Ralph Lauren. I took the vest back and the store would not refund the vest. I only buy top line brand names. I want a refund for the item because it's not a real Ralph Luaren brand.

I just walked out of the Burlington store at 4111 S cooper st in Arlington Tx, this has to be the most unorganized store that I have ever been in, employees who were working were just putting clothes where they would fit, not in the right spots. I was told to dig through racks to get the size I want (example.. I was looking for a 5T that they just shoved In the size 14) although the 5T section had plenty of space. Cashiers were just playing on their phones or chatting with each other, when I said something about being unorganized they simply said "what do you expect me to do about it?" Umm I don't know maybe clean your area? Will never comeback to this location.

All around bad service. Long wait as there was only one cashier, clearance item rang up regular price and cashier didn't bother to check as she scanned, cashier put fragile glass in skimpy plastic bag. Got an attitude when I told her that wasn't going to work, said they had no paper. I asked her to put in two plastic bags and she used just one. Called to complain to manager and she said, "It's fine if you don't shop here". Apparently they have no need of customers. Amazing!

Burlingtons Union City, Ca : Cashier Antonio !!! Everything Was Going Good Up Until We Get To The Register And Its A New Cashier That Knows Nothing At All About Working In Retail. It"s Very Obvious He Has Little Training And Can't Count And Oh Let Me Not Forget, He Knows Little About How To Look For Fake Money!! He Gets Cussed Out After He Says $100 Dollar Bill Is Fake Which It Wasn't And Proceeds To Say Its Fake After The Manager Let Him Know It Was Real!! So He Starts To Act Weird And Then Says How Was Your Day, I Tell Him Going Good As Always And Yours... So He Looks Up From Taking A Hard Tag Off And Says Yeah I Just Know Your Money Is Fake And Continues To Say It !! Like Dude Im Not About To Play With You Or Nobody When It Come To My Hardworking Money. I Cussed Him All The Way Out And Now He Wants To Say He Sorry He Didn't Mean It That Way And Keeps Digging Himself In A Deeper Cussing Out Asking If I Could Stop Speaking To Him Like That And The Answer Was No Because Now Your Being Spoken To How I Feel Like Speaking And If You Don't Like It , Well You Could Of Kept Quiet And Did Your Job Like A Good Boy But Noooooooo He Wanted To Talk His Stuff Because He Thought Oh This Lady Won't Say Anything Back And He Was Wrong!! And The Manager Asks Me To Leave Because He Is Scared Now And Got The Plastic Between Us Knocked Down About To Get Served And The Manager And I Talked On The Side Along With The Fill-in Security Employee Whom Both Stated He Was New He Just Started Hes Young And Does Not Know And I Informed Them That I've Worked For Many Retail Companies Over The Years And I Have Never Had An Experience Like This But I Have His Name Corporate Will Be Called And Spoken To Because Its Just Not Okay To Have Someone Who Has Shopped At A Store On Many Occasions Being Told That Money They Are Spending Is Fake And Speaking On How The Manager Doesn't Know Anything Like Why Do You Work Here Again , So Corporate And The Dm Definitely Needs To Be Called And Spoken With On This Matter Because He Will Continue To Get Spoken To And Cussed Out By Anyone If Hes On The Register As A Cashier Not Looking To Good Having Someone Like Him With A Bad Attitude As The Last Face And Interaction When Being Checked Out!!

I thought th 125th St. store in New York City was bad but reading the reviews it looks like most of them are the same. MESSY, DIRTY, NASTY. The shelves have spilled, dried up liquid on them. The floor has candy, peanuts and popcorn and they are sticky. The place has clothes all over the place. So since I am seeing all these negative reviews from different states then management/headquarters need to do what they should have been doing years ago. Investigate your stores that paying your HUGE salaries that we the customers are giving you and CLEAN THESES PLACES UP.

Today is 5/25/22 about 1:40pm i am in the Old York Rd store in Montgomery county in Pennsylvania. The young woman, short dark complexion very heavy set, who is a cashier# 4 is loud and rude and just yelled at a very old man customer who asked if he could keep the hanger for the garment that he purchased. The manner in which she spoke to him was embarrassing to the other cashier and to all of the other customers within ear shot. She gives Burlington a bad name and reputation and either needs training or should not be working with the public

Today I was in Burlington and I waited half hour on the line. There were so many people in the store and not enough cashiers. This has happened many times before. Burlington needs to hire more people because it is an outrage to have such a tremendous long line on a week day in the middle of the afternoon. A lot people are getting fed up and leaving their merchandise and walking out not only is the lines to long and not enough workers but it is so warm in the store. It's going to be that the there will be no custumers coming to shop. I've walked out many times and left without buying my stuff because the line was so long it's not right very very poor rating for this store. Poorer then poor a big fat zero on customer service and staffing.

Returned a comforter yesterday had no receipt. They took 7.00 off the price and gave me a gift card for the balance. 7.00?? I think that's a bit too much. Plus when I got home I found the receipt.which really upset me.

Burlington factory should have return Items section separate.

I an here at this Burlington factory and I need to stand same line where all customers are purchasing their items. They should have separate line for customer who are returning few items. I waited like half an hour to return 2 items.

Hello, my Issue is that,when I to the Passaic store, the line was long about 25mins. Only 3 cashier an when I told manager on 4/26/22 600pm. Instead of jumping on a cashier or calling for more help, she just said this is the way the store is. But the hold time was doing nothing, just walking around on her phone.who does the hiring? Anyway Goodluck, bad staff will hurt your business. Fyi

I love shopping there and getting great deals however sometimes I overdo it and end up having to return some things that I thought would work out but ended up not working out . They're great about returning things even though I have opened up something and it was missing an item or it wasn't what my kid wanted they still gave me back my money this and many more reasons is why I will keep shopping there

I went to your store the other day. I had friends with me so I didn't stand in the check out lane. Because it was to long. But I did go back today. It took 50 minutes to get thur the line. Only 2 people were checking out. As I was there I seen people come in look at the line an turned around an left.
I plan on never going back. I felt bad for the check out people.

Be aware Burlington Shoppers-- DO NOT give your phone number when you check out. Loyalty thing is deceiving, they are tracking the times you return items. They rejected my return yesterday and I was giving a stupid number to call TRE. When I called, they just mentioned that I have a rejected return which I already know and that is why Iam calling to verify the reason. They said they are a third party and they have no other info! I checked my bank statements from Jan 2021 thru today, I have 14 times return for 10 and 30 dollars which is normal. Any retailers would accept $100+ returns. Now- Imagine if you do not leave a loyalty number , how would they figure out the max time you return- WHAT a lie. I need some one from a senior management at Burlington to contact me.

I went in tonight to look for a spring jacket and look around a little if anything caught my eye. I was thrown off by how messy the store looked. I hadn't been there in probably close to 2 yrs but didnt expect to walk into clothes and hangers on the floor in every aisle to where you could almost trip on it if you werent looking at the ground. I get customers are lazy sometimes and if something falls off a hanger, they wont go out of their way to hang it back up but this was completely uncalled for. If a manager was there and I'm not sure, it shouldnt have looked that way. And all they have is clearance racks? No present clothing, I take it. I purchased one top and I'm sorry to say but I wont be coming back to shop.
