On 4/4/2016, I was in your CVS store and witnessed how professional and courteous your employee, Dolores was toward a nasty arrogant customer, who was verbally abusive toward her. Dolores is a patient lady, who takes time to help CVS customers. Because of Dolores's professionalism, she was able to calm the situation.

I visited the store on Chestnutt Road in N. Myrtle Beach. The pharmacist , Mina Gaid went out of his way to insure we got a prescription filled. We left the mess at home and needed a weeks supply. Mina did all the work necessary to provide us with enough meds for our stay. Great job.

CVS brands: Bought a humidifier, heating pad, saline solution and floss. Long story short:hate the heating pad, which doesn't get hot, and it's cover, which slips and slides; floss is extremely thin; humidifier is ok, though it lets of very little steam; which makes me question the saline. I will buy something else from now on.

I often go to my neighborhood CVS store on Alton road in Miami Beach. There is a service agent called Vanessa who is so lovely and deals with all clients no matter when and where with such a positive and friendly energy! I wanted to give her a shout out as she goes over and above!

I was just reading some of the reviews on this website and they were all complaints. I feel so relieved that my CVS store # 5068 in Las Vegas has their act together finally. Sure i went thru a hard time with the company in Ca. Ga and here in Vegas about 4 yrs ago. I have pulled rxs twice. But i thought about it and decided to give them another chance like God does in life. I'm so glad i did. Sara & Roger are amazing as is the rest of the staff. My rxs are ready right on time & if i forget one Wilber Phcy Tech will have it filled on the spot. Everyone is kind while being professional. And the front of store is just as friendly.

We visited the CVS in Port St John, Fl early on the morning of December 26. My hope was to get some after Christmas deals. A lovely young lady named Brianna greeted us upon entering the store. She was the most helpful, happy CVS employee we have ever had the pleasure to meet. She deserves recognition for this. Thank you.

When I visit my son's family in Wixom, MI I use The Wixom Rd & Charms store. I am always treated so nice in that Store by ALL employees but I'm writing to tell you how wonderful your employee Julie is. She is ALWAYS friendly and so very helpful. I actually feel good when I leave that store...and that hasn't happened at all for a whole lot of years. I just wanted to let "you" know how much I appreciate this lady (and I told her so this morning when I was in.

I am emailing to praise "Irwin," the CVS staff member at 150 East 42nd Street in New York, who helped me find a thorougly acceptable substitute when the product I wanted was temporarily out of stock on the shelf.

On Oct.6, I Visited The Cvs Pharmacy At 365 Washington Street, Petaluma,ca.94952, To Return A Thermometer-(battery Was Dead)- Which My Wife And I Purchased The Day Before. Marla The Cashier Saw I Had Brought The Wrong Receipt--and Gave Me A Credit For The Item With The Permission Of The Store Manager Cindy. I Continued In The Store To Buy A New Thermometer-cindy,the Manager, Seeing I Was Having A Problem Came And Assisted Me. I Want To Say That Cindy Was Professional,knowledeable, Courtious And Most Of All Frindly In Helping-i Have Lived In Petaluma Since 1975, And As A Battalion Chief In The Sffd Retired (after 44 Yrs)dealing With Many People, She Is One Of The Best Managers I Have Had The Pleasure To Met.she Deserves Recognation And Is An Asset To Your Company-please Put A Copy Of This Letter In Her File.

I was in CVS in East Wareham Massachusetts on Wednesday night September 16, 2015. I needed help trying to get a photo copied. I can't tell you how much I needed the photo for the next day. Erin helped me for a good hour. We did everything to get this photo printed while she was helping other people as well. Anyway, she got the job done. The other woman working in the store hoed as well although, I did not catch her name. You see my son was murdered at 16 and I needed his picture for a ceremony the next day. Erin didn't know that or how important it was for me to have the picture but her persistence and patience was wonderful. I really wanted someone to know just how great these employees are... especially Erin.

Travailler at store 6044 is an awesome sales associate and is always so friendly and helpful. She seems to know alot about beauty products and gets a smile out of me every time I am in the store. I look forward to my trips to this store.

I have a negative comment qbout my favorite cvs 1394 belleview store in alex va and the managers name is bart and the no., i. I use to work there for 5 yesrs and just because I quit because ofca very very rude customet u would yhink bsrt would give m a second chsnce but when I saw the new girl there this padt saturdsy I wss very upsrt ., and shecwas standing at the register doung nothing when yhe othrr 2 ladies werevworking there butts off when I wss employed by bsrt during those five yesrs hevwas a great manager but I really miss working at yhat cvs., it was closr to home and everyone dederved a second chance. Plesse try snd get my job back., all I want is just a few hrs and a few days during thecweek., I have plesdef and begged with mr bart bur he turns m down and keeps hiring people of different origins. I am trying to reach someone with a rave review on a young lady at the Pines road store in Shreveport La her name is Sarita Houston this young lady is what every store should have in there employ she goes out of her way to assist everybody she loaded six case of water and four cases of coke into my car for me I did not ask her too she just did it willingly and with out question Perhaps you ought to see about putting her in charge of your customer service department She could show people how it is supposed to be done this store also has outstanding pharmacy staff every one should take note and shop there is is well worth the experience

They was a young woman in Cvs Fort Lee, NJ Linwood ave store that works in the pharmacy and was the most helpful of all the pharmacist. I think her name was Arim...cant recall excactly.

She did her job with competence and definitely made every effort to take care of the customer.

My congratulations to her and CVS should be honored to have such an employee.

I am just writing to say I truly appreciate your company. I frequent several CVS's all the time. Overall I have had great experiences. My overall satisfaction with your company would have to me at least 90%. I have ran into not so great customer service to extremely great customer service. Thank you for you ECB program as well!!

At CVS on Lighthouse in Monterey CA, I received overwhelmingly great customer service in the photo dept. Eva and Alejandra were helping me. Eva was so patient, professional, and accurate in helping me and three other photo customers!!! Alejandra took time to fill my special card order that I made when the print machine needed changing. Eva took many attempts to get me to understand how to make an order of transferring my photos to four CD's and deleting many photos from my camera first.
