Horrible customer service, who came up with the bad I deal to have customers wait in long line's while online orders get done first, I'm on lunch break and I'm standing in line the whole thirty minutes.I will not go to another Chipotle until this rule changes.

Horrible experience at Eden Prairie and Chanhassen locations. Staff took 15 minutes to help. To busy putting chairs up and cleaning tables at 8:30pm. Waited over 1/2 hour from when my order was supposed to be ready.

Hi , my experience with chipotle tonight was horrible. I went in to buy a barbacoa bowl and a chicken burrito. When i was ordering my bowl, i had to wait for them to have white rice because they were out. Then they were out of black beans. And i had to wait for that too. And then they were out of fajitas and also barbacoa! I had to wait for all this and it seemed like the employees werent prepared at all leaving all the toppings empty. there were customers after me who also had to wait for all these toppings to be cooked. It was unacceptable that they werent prepared with toppings at 4:45pm. Its not like they were about to close or anything. I was very disappointed with the service.

I recently pre order a Britto Bowl from your location in Cummings Georgia at the Market Place location and it was prepared with an Order of Guacamole and I didn't think I had to inspect the food so I began to eat and much to my surprise I Bit into a very hard avocado with the seed shell still in it plus it had other pieces of it throughout the food It nearly cracked my tooth this is very unacceptable and I'm very angry because I almost swallowed the small pieces

Oh how sweet is that all I wanted was for me and my husband to have Chipotle and watch movies the Chipotle that he went out and got was so nasty the chicken was burnt the they did not have no chips they had no food hardly in the queso sauce was burnt I did not know that you can burn queso sauce at a restaurant I was so disappointed and it was a waste of money my husband bought for me and my children he spent over $60 and we still had to find something else to eat I am so very disappointed it wandered a whole night we don't eat out much because everything is so expensive

The support experience is awful. It's like they want to hide the order number from you so you can submit a request, they have 3 options for what was wrong with an item (none of which were my issue: I got a bowl instead of a burrito and both of my drinks were wrong), and they refund any small item as chips and guac/queso, neither of which I eat.

Every item in our pick up order was missing items. Every order of guac was almost brown and not edible. Left out items and not the first time. Very unacceptable!!!

I don't know what sign they use but they charged me for double chicken and I didn't get it. Of course I saw receipt when I got home. Additionally they didn't know what a paleo bowl was either.

I smashed my foot on the metal door...
I smashed my foot on the metal door going into the dining room from the patio and had an injury that they should have helped me with, Doctor expenses and foot therapy!
However, their incident review team was the most unfriendly, unprofessional team I have ever come across. They denied my claim 100%, and were just a nasty group to engage. If I could I would give them 0 stars for the nasty way they handled the situation and injury that happened on their property!

Ordered food from the Hoffman Estates store Friday June 10, my birthday. Had a couple friends stop by for very informal and brief get together.

Ordered 3 bowls, Large guacamole and chips plus tomato salsa and chips for delivery by Door Dash. With tax and charges total bill of $63.68!

Chipotle confirming # HP2-PA4

Opened bag to find NO LARGE GUACAMOLE OR SALSA. $11.45+tax of missing food.
I called the store immediately and asked them to deliver the missing items but "Noah" said all I can do is call the Door Dash customer service number to receive credit. OR come to the store to pick up within 5 days.

I said, if I wanted to come to the store I would not have paid an extra ~ $13 (fee,delivery,tip) to have it delivered. I explained that I'm handicapped, getting to and into the store is not an option, that's why I had it DELIVERED!

I asked him who was responsible for checking the order for Door Dash pick up. He said the cashier. I said, so have the cashier hop in their car and bring the missing items. He said they can't do that.

So I said have Door Dash pick up the missing items and deliver them at Chipotle expense. Seemed reasonable to ask from a REPUTABLE company. But Nope. No can do. All I can do is call DD customer service.

So I did.

DD said because I ordered on the Chipotle app, I would have to call Chipotle for refund. Of course.... Run around never ends these days.

So I called Chipotle customer service. I explained what happened and again stated that they should call the store, have them package the items, call Door Dash and have it delivered at their expense. Something a GOOD REPUTABLE company would willing do. But nope, of course not. All they promised to do was refund the missing items in 4-5 business days unless I chose to go to store and pick up. Again that was not an option. I ordered delivery because I wanted it delivered, needed food delivered!!

It was not my fault that order was wrong. I should not have to pay the service fee of $4.54, or the delivery charge $1.00 or the tip of $6.80 , total of 12.34 misc charges, for an incorrect order. It was NOT DOOR DASHES FAULT. It was NOT MY FAULT!

IT WAS 100% CHIPOTLE ERROR!

So I expect a refund of $11.45 for large guacamole and chips plus salsa and chips plus (13.2% tax) $1.51 tax = 12.96. PLUS 1.00 fee, 4.54 fee and $6.80 tip
For a total of 12.96 + 12.34 = $25.30

Anything less than this is a complete rip off. Train your people to verify the order and this problem ends. Or force them to pay for their errors and maybe they wouldn't make so many.

Hi I go to my local chipotle on redbug and Tuscawilla in Wintersprings,Florida, every time I order chips they are very salty I always end up throwing them out, I tried calling them but no one answeres, this must be the 5th time this happens to me, they need to stop putting salt on them the ones I got today are drenched with salt sincerely SELWA

Please do not go to ether Woodbury MN Chipotles, I'm about to call the health inspectors, it's getting ridiculous. Untrained, undercooked proteins, I literally threw mine and my wife's food away because we didn't want to risk it, the meat was basically raw. This is not the first time this has happened. Woodbury MN has two Chipotles not sure if they are ran by the same person or what but the quality is terrible and unmatched at any other location its dirty food everywhere.. Chipotle please do something about this. I will never eat at another Woodbury min chipotle location after this and my family loves chipotle as do I.

They are going to make someone sick, it's gross and looks terrible for a great brand like chipotle. I'm sure if you read other Woodbury chipotle reviews you would see what's going on.

Today I ordered the bowl and I asked for a tortilla as a side.
Came home and checked the credit card charge, it was $13.24
After googling, found that they are charging $0.25 for the tortilla
Even with that, I do not understand how it adds up to $13.24
Where I can complain about that extra charge?

First time experience and did not have a good one, i ordered a barbacua boul and a burrito of barbacoa the burrito i ordered was a burrito it was another boul with rice beans and barbauoa meat, not in a burrito i had to get home and make my own burrito not cool also the barbacoa boul had something sharp in it sliced the side of my husbands previously surgery in mouth had to take a trip to emergency room right after he ate his boul got something stuck in there had to stich it up. Not a good experience at all. Will not return again . sorry but no thanks, i would like a refund for my purchase of 25$

Went to Chipotle in dewitt ny on sat 9. Customer walks in with pitbull on a leash. Not a service dog bc had no coat on and you can't pet them. I know bc a worked with them for years. Besides worry abou ticks fleas and hair in my food the employees all came over to pet it. Unsanitary to say the least.

I ordered for delivery from their website, and it never arrived. I have been unable to get through to anyone. The website link for complaints asks me to enter the store from a drop-down menu, but there is no drop-down menu. Even if I complete everything else and try to submit--it tells me to choose the location from the drop down menu. When I click to chat with "Pepper"--Pepper says s/he is new and can't help me. Supremely frustrating.

My dish didn't even make it to my house before the bag spread open bcus it was soaked. I asked the guy not to put liquid in it and to drain every item and it's almost as if I told them to add more water to it. When I picked up the bag everything came out onto my car, my consul, my lap and my food was upside down. You guys have got to use better containers for takeout. I understand you want to use biodegradable for the environment but there are better containers out there than what you guys use. This is ridiculous. I want to eat my food; not wear it!!!! So angry ?

Good morning .I believe this message will go no where. .In fact your company CHIPOTLE can not be called by a costumer. Let's be BLUNT myself and wife got RIPPED off at your restaurant. The food was skimpy and cold .Let's elaborate the portions in the tacos and burrito were skimpy I even remarked about how inadequate it's was and all she would say it would cost double .Furthermore I wasn't there to argue. I would love to discuss this with Corporate Customer Service more .I just want my money back after being ripped off . $25.79

Lake Orion, MI - I am not one to go to the extent and actually complain about a business, but after several attempts at the same location the same problem occurs. When ordering, the service is absolutely horrible, slow, and is very short staffed. How can a business continue to operate when they don't even have the proper ingredients at hand?
There was a woman before me in line that was so upset that there were no peppers for her burrito she told them she didn't want it, employee proceeded to throw it away and and she walked out. I figured I would get a burrito bowl with lettuce, when I went to order I was told there was no lettuce either. I walked out not ordering anything!
I just don't understand how chipotle can continue to be in business when this seems to be a common theme at sever of your locations in the Metro Detroit locations.

It is very interesting that no matter who you talk to about chipotle, they all have the same thing to say. I know myself and several other people are at the point where we don't want to try eating there anymore.
I really hope that Chipotle can get back to the quality and service that you once were when the chains first started opening.

Think I'm Giving Up on Chipotle for a while is the second time that I've went they have no fajitas no Caso no quokka moly no lettuce. I guess the better question is where are the items a better question is why are you still open. Manager in vine street Los Angeles,in 12/27/21 you are horrible and rudest manager you are not fit in your position you're attitude are ghetto very rude ,very chaotic and acted wild like you are going on war ,you have anger issues no wonder food are sucks because you can't manage good.you are horrible manager and your worker yanci is rude and miserable worker ,you guys shouldn't working in chipotle both should be fire ? no manners.chipotle should fired you both and replace the professional one and tame one not chaotic worker and manager

Chipotle at 1460 vine street needs to fire the employees especially that name yanci with tattoos because she's so rude,no manners and miserableness not going in a company that the staff us acted like a ghetto attitude also the manager on afternoon shift on 12/27/20 that lady is has the worst and rudest attitude no wonder customers not coming back to the branch . chipotle needs to hire different afternoon manager the one with manners and and ghetto attitude the one has professionalism not like the one they have now in 1460 vine street she is horrible
