Chipotle has seemingly grown worse in service. Went to one location is was filthy with food scrap layi g all over counter tops, Drink area, And tables. Didn't really think about it this way until I open up my burrito sitting in my truck it was cold so threw it out window. Different location o e week later rude employee's incompetent, And lied about not having any hot sauce in store. Stay away from the young and dumb kids that work there.

Baltimore city chipotle restaurants are the worst, lack of cleanliness, horrible service, and incredibly incompetent employees, I placed a order on my mobile app for pickup, get to the restaurant and it's closed due to the manger/supervisor didn't come in to work, for the evening, In all my years of working sales I've never seen such a mess as this, unbelievable whoever is the area manager they need to be held accountable for this situation, as well as the store manager, why was this place even opened for business during the day, no one had the presence of notifying someone who could find a replacement for the evening to run the restaurant, stay away from ALL Chipotle's in downtown Baltimore city.

The only was to order a quesadilla is online but no stores local have mobile pick up. It is ridiculous that the store makes quesadillas but wont make one for you if your in person. Has to be most ass backwards thing I've ever heard

Made an order it went through some lazy idiot must have decided he didn't want to do his job so he cancelled it. Not even the first time this happened. Here's an idea chipotle don't hire people that are only there to please their damn parole officer.

I went to chipotle at 2427 Valley View Ln. When I walked in the restaurant I noticed it was four people sitting down eating I didn't know that one of them was the manager until I left but I'll get to that part when I walked in the place was horrible it was food all over the counter it's a very nasty restaurant I will never return he rang me up gave me my change and set my bowl down on the counter didn't offer me a spoon or anything and the sad part about it is he didn't even put it in a bag this place is very unprofessional I will not be returning So I get in my car and go through the drive-through so I can get a spoon in a bag for my food because I was very upset here comes the manager walking up chewing food I don't know where to get these people from but I need to close down this place because it's nasty on the inside when I tell you food was everywhere it was everywhere all over the front line this is very unprofessional they need a new manager there and I need to close that place down

Horrible experience. The store itself was dirty and questionable to even eat here food on the floor on the tables imagine what it looks like behind the scenes,the servers working were very unfriendly food was awful I'm surprised they are still in business. Will never go back there.

I ordered for pick up on 6/6/21 I picked up the delivery Hungary and excited! But when I opened the bag I was so ? disappointed. No tomatoes salsa !no guacamole,! I called the restaurant and the employee said sorry we ran out of them?. But I am charged ! the food was cold and packed very sloppy! I have to think twice next time before I order from chipotle. I could be informed and not charged if they ran out.

I am so angry!!! I called to order and an automatic voice took my order. It said it would be ready at 1:15, for my name: Linda. When I went in to pick it up at 1:15 the girl at the counter said that the auto phone order NEVER WORKS and that my money would be refunded right away. I checked my bank account. It was not refunded. I called and the girl who answered said she would refund. The amount is $25.24. IT HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED! I want the refund promised. There was no receipt!! BECAUSE THE ORDER WAS NOT PLACED BY THE AUTOMATIC VOICE SERVICE THAT TOLD ME THEY TOOK MY ORDER. Please resolve this issue by giving me the refund for food I never received but paid for. My email:

We ordered from the Chipotle on Washtenaw Ave. in Ann Arbor, MI. We placed an order online on April 16, 2021 for $44.68 and never got our food! The pickup time was 6 p.m. and we arrived at about 6:15. No bag on the shelf, restaurant was packed with about 40 people waiting for their food. The kitchen did not have a record of our order but we were still charged. I have submitted a refund request with confirmation number T81-AA8 but have not received a refund yet. This is outrageous. No more Chipotle for us.

I did not receive my large queso and large chips or my juice from my online pick up order from Friday 4/9. I have sent In multiple emails about this with no response. Last time this happened I hit a response and refund right away. I would just like a refund for the items I didn't get.

I ordered chipotle delivery. First it took over an hour to receive our delivery. When we opened our food was not what we ordered and it was ice cold. I called the Chipotle we ordered from, they told me I needed to submit a new order and pay for it. Then go to Chipotle website to request a refund, but the didn't know how to do that. I tried to order again like the said and I could no longer place an order because the close in 45 minutes. So,$35.oo for a burrito bowl and burrito that was not what we ordered down the drain. I will never order from Chiptotle again. I ordered our delivery at 6:45pm and was delivered at 8:15pm

Horrible experience. The person preparing my food did not change her gloves after troubleshooting some issue with a cannister under the counter...garbage can? Who knows! To make matters worse my order was wrong although the sticker was right. I do not eat soft tacos..wanted crunchy. I am too tired to go back. Don't care about a refund or store credit because I will not be going back

This is the second issue o have had with chipotle on the last week. On the first I ordered from cascade crossing and submitted photos and still have heard from no one. I ordered a burrito with double meat and there was not one piece of meat inside . Couldn't go back because they were closing ( this was on 4/1)
Today I ordered for steelyard chipotle for delivery . I ordered a bowl, burrito , chips and guacamole and didn't receive the chips . I had 10 minutes to contact the store and I spent that time calling and got no answer . At this point I'm very upset that no one from your team cares to contact customers or do anything about their lack of production. I expect to hear back and get a refund .

I ordered two burrito bowls on 4/2/21. When they were opened to be eaten they were basically not even half the portions we normally get. Was very disappointed. I reached out to the store and they were very apologetic and said they were going to refund my debit card. I have yet to receive the refund. I called then again today 4/5/21 and they suggested I file through here to be thorough.

I ordered from online app on 03/18 and got my confirmation via email. Waited in their chipotle lanes for 20 minutes. I got up to the window and said my name and the lady work in the window told me they did not have an order for me. They asked me where I made it I said on the app and I showed them my confirmation on my phone. It had my name and had my order it had the confirmation it had the correct store and it showed the time I should be picking up. The lady came back said sorry we don't have an order for you I don't know what you want me to do. I said well I want a refund because you've already charged my bank. She said well I don't know what you want me to do it. I said can you give me a number that I can call to get my money refunded and she said just go on the website. I came back home I called the store and asked to speak to the manager who could not provide me with any corporate number and told me to go on the website. I have reached out on the website twice with no response. This is ridiculous. It was ridiculous that the local store does not know how to handle people. She said since she didn't have an order for me even though I have the confirmation and everything was right in front of her that she couldn't help me. employees within local stores need to be trained better to handle these types of things. She was very dismissive I know they were busy they were working hard but she should've handled my problem. Or been able to direct me to someone who could help me. This is only the third time I've ever eaten at chipotle and now I'll never order from there again because they do not take care about their customers. There should be a number you can call or at least some response from the website when you've been wronged like this. The unfortunate thing is I'm seeing this in a lot of businesses where you cannot call a number to get satisfaction with things like this. I want my refund I don't care about anything else I want my refund. Perhaps it's not a big deal to them but it's my money. My suggestion if you want to go to chipotle is to never order through the app always order the store but they will get no more of my business.

I had not had chipotle in over a year since the pandemic. Finally I decide because i love Chipotle let me go order for dinner . I order from Chipotle in Throgs Neck Area in Bronx a chicken burrito. I get home excited and so hungry . I take 3 bites and it starts to fall apart which I enjoy cause I'll eat it with a fork and when i look to take some with my fork a long strand a dark hair ?? I just threw my food out and so disappointed. I called them and the young girl on the line tells me would you like another or refund.
I just feel like you have no in dining and customers coming in do not be reckless . So upset!!

Your company has the worst customer service, The worst thing you can do to meat snd fish is over cook it , Your Carnie Asada is advertised on television as being red on the inside not shoe polish black . It is not even edible. I am tired of complaining because some of your restaurants have incompetent cooks. I have to drive to Napa to get a decent Carne Asada Buritto. I guess because Napa is a World class destination

I oredered from my local chipotle which has been a recent add in within the past 3 months. Anyways I place my order, and use a gift card to pay, everything seems good to go, or so I thought. My food didn't arrive until 40 mins after the time I was given, not to mention all they gave me was a burrito, out of the 5-6 items I ordered I only get one very cold now burrito, when the sticker on the bag lists all the items I should have. So then I call the support only to be told the best they can do is give me back half of the worth of the order and then hangs up on me. It has been a few days now, and the refund is just gone, they couldn't own up to their own mistake as a business. Sad to see.

How much worse can the Hunt Valley, MD Chipotle get? Despite the service always being terrible, I thought I would endure anyway, only to find out that they would not take my order in person, I would have to stand there and enter my order on my phone and send it to them. Sorry guys, I took my $65 elsewhere! Please don't try to appease me with a stupid gift card, I won't be back!
