i try to contact you company for informat for a remote control but the only thing you were concerned about is a servey that if i didnt complete your servey you couldnt help me at all and then try to charge me a dollar are you crazy. I will see what the people on facebook will think about it because i will be posting your sorry company and crazy service you have. have a messed up day.

We bought a coby 33 in flat scree tv from hh Greg and after about 6 months it will not turn on the standby light stays on constantly. These tvs are crap have read so many upset customers review this tv I am.very disappointed that the part that is supposed to fix it costs as much as the tv itself.

My initial TV shorted out during a storm, even though it was connected to a surge protector (none of the other electronics did). They were very gracious and replaced it immediately and with no hassle. Not quit a year later, my picture started blinking and I can find no one to support it and have just found out they are out of business. Is it even worth fixing if I can find someone to work on it? I need to decide if it's just cheaper to replace.

The Company ceased operations in 2013. That is why there is no support to be had.

Hello,
I called for support on a DP702 digital photo frame--and all I got was prerecorded questions for a "political survey", then was disconnected. When I purchase something, I do not expect that I will be required to spend my time a political survey.
I was never able to reach customer service to answer my technical question about a Coby product.

We bought a Coby model DP702. When I connect itto my laptop my laptop doesnt recognise it. I get a message that the device may not be working properly. And this is brand new device. I wrote a mail to customer service but there is no response.

We bought 2 COBY KYROS MID1042. Different apps on each. The tablet will not let us download anything. We got our facebook and email but it will not let download free games. WHAT DO WE DO? We tried the phone numbers and got no response. We are getting dissatified with the COBY product. Please let us Know what to do.

Have Coby DVD 760/525, and will use RCA CRF706R to input it into Toshiba 26C100U1,. Why use RF Modulator? Because I managed to snap off not one but TWO RCA video jacks, so must go thee RF modulator route.

Question: Coby DVD -760/525 has fairly lengthy input cables. Do I want to shorten the input cables as much as possible for best signal and/or to avoid RF noise in this noisy atmosphere, OR does Coby DVD 760/525 put out sufficient power that cable length isn't a problem?

Have tried following instructions online on how to retrieve my password. Absolutely no help whatsoever. My Coby Tablet just will not respond to the instructions recieved. I am very disappointed. Will not be purchasing any Coby products in the future.

I purchased a copy home theater system, from seventh avenue store.it will be two years in January.it has been replace once the first one I had problems with. Now this one went completely out.seventh avenue said to call you about fix or replacing it.please I know you Will stay true to your products. Can you help me.

Hi, I really do respect how nice your priduct is. When I bought it in the Philippines ..the lady said this phone can still be working out of the country. However when I moved to Cambodia tland placed the simcard I bought here., the phonebdid not work inspite if many times trying to hard reset the phone but still i get this security password code and i do not have any idea what that is. Can anyone of you tell me whst can i do to have my CMP500 phone work? Please!!!

I hope you can help me ! I was given a 7 inch widescreen digital photo frame for a gift. However, I used this item about 3 to 4 times, the stand up piece on the back of the frame cracked off and it seems like it cannot be fixed. Is there anyway possible that you would be able to send me the stand up arm so that I can use it again. I love this item. The model number on the box . Could you please advise me if you have one . Yesterday I sent a message to Coby customer service about having trouble with a CBCR-103-BLK Alarm Clock. I followed the instructions but was not able to set the time and the alarm and the alarm mode. The instructions are to get in the standby mode??? Which means what? I press and hold Time Set button, the display flashes both hour and minutes, then I press the HR and/or MIN button, but nothing happens??? It will not change the time!, Why?? What am I doing wrong??? Please call or E-mail me what I can do to operate this clock radio, at telephone my E-mail is : [email protected]. Also by now I would have expected someone from Coby to help inform me about how to proceed to get this clock working.

Hi ,my husband bought my a coby tablet a couple yrs ago and it has been working just fine up till a couple weeks ago and now it won't turn on ,its not damaged and its not broke in any way , and I use it at least 4x a week and I don't know what is wrong can someone please help my with this .I spend good money on a product and I expect it to work for more then a couple yrs .

Why is it that if you call your customer service on the 800 number that you have listed on your webpage that it does not work
