Coby Customer Service Complaints - page 3

I bought my Coby tv around 3 years ago and while there hasn't been an issue with the tv itself, I have noticed what looks like white mold spots all over the back of the tv. I wipe them off, but they still come back. My tv is in a dry area and I've moved apartments with it twice...I still get mold. I doubt this sort of thing is covered via warranty, and I honestly don't think my warranty still stands so at this point, I'll probably just trash the tv and buy another brand. I don't want to risk the possibility that this mold is harmful.

Does this company still exist? If so, what is the number for tectnical help?

This has to be the worst customer service department I ever tried to contact, if you don't believe me try it yourself.

I called to get help with my remote control and they had me on for a half hour saying they will help me with my issue after I sign up for a program. At the end of the call they gave me a number to call which turned out to be When I told them this was the number for information (like 411) they hung up. This is how they run a business???

why does no one answer phone. why do thay give me wrong phone number and information>

Poor customer service. Weekend calls are hung up on unless you go to rebate option.

Have a 23" coby TFT Led Tv the cable connection fell out. been getting run around and can't get a custmer service to answer. I haven't had it a yr yet, AND i CAN'T GET A ANSWER TO GET IT FIXED OR REPLACED.

Coby went out of business a long time ago. No customer service no one to contact.

Cannot contact ANY customer service for COBY ANYWHERE! No phone, no email, no internet at all. They just do not exhist. Don't buy if you do not want a use and throw away after your through. If you want quality, buy something else, ANYTHING ELSE. COBY doesn't back their own product and you as a customer mean nothing to COBY. NOTHING at all.

Coby is a piece of junk. Didn't even last 2 years and customer service does not exist. Do not buy one.

I bought a Coby 8" digital photo frame with Multimedia playback.
1. Firmware update where do I find that.
2. There is no connection between my computer and photo frame

When you call the number they try sell you something and they do not help you. But instead they give you directory assistance. That's messed up I thank. I will thank twice before buying any Coby electronics again. Regina Can anyone tell me who can replace My cracked screen on my Coby 828 - 8G I dont want to loose my stuff on mine

i cant even get in contact with coby without talking to "Care Express" who is trying to sell me stuff. How do I get past this???!!! Very angry

Your Customer Service Is A Joke. I Tried To Order Replacement Antennae For My Portable Tv, And No One Returned My Call. Instead I Got An Offer For A Voucher I Wont Use.

I think that the coby company is nothing but a fraudulent company none of the numbers listed goes to a customer service. I will never buy any more of they stuff.

What a joke Coby is!!!!!,,,I have a 40" tv that is not very old,,,I lost the picture and sound!,,,I call them and all they keep telling me is I am receiving a promotional 100.00 voucher,,,I told them I was not interested in that,,I want my tv fixed!!!,,The first time the guy hung up on me!,,,The second time I was given a phone number to call for a person that could help me,,,It was for directory assistance!!!,,Third time I called back,,they hung up on me!!!!,,,I will be tellling everyone about this and I will post on all social media!!!!!,,,Disgusted with Coby!!!!!

The service center of COBY in the Philipines is charging too much gor their repair and they collected payment twice! That's horrible!

asked for help since product info provided said to "call us" before considering returning the product. the person I spoke to said I was entitled to $100 gift card but to pay for the shipping of it I needed to provide my credit or debit card number.How stupid do they think we are? I repeatedly asked to skip this step and be referred to technical help since the brand new Coby mp3 player made it to the initial charging state and then quit: no further charging or screen activity. Would "never again" sound appropriate?
