I have a supersonic hairdryer that I bought in 2019. It died yesterday. Dyson's 'iconic' service is laughable. They just repeatedly state it is out of its warranty. I have been a loyal customer buying over 15 products in the past 10 years and all they would offer was 20% off a new one. I have a $10 Conair that dries better and is 10 years old. They have a lost a loyal customer who has many friends and family members. They have no service people with any empowerment to make any decisions.
