Very poor repair service admin. Ten days ago my wife reported a fault, motor burnt out, and agreed to the cost of repair and service at £99. Nothing happened. On Wednesday, 08 Mar.23, I contacted Dyson repairs admin, reiterated what had gone before and was informed that the machine would be collected on Friday, 10 Mar.23, and gained a confirmation E-mail. No collection occurred. Today I call again, The Dyson lady advises that she has no record and insists upon speaking to my wife. This she does and advises that the machine will be collected on Monday, 13 Mar.232, and that I will again receive an E-mail to confirm. Hopefully all will go smoothly this time.
