Very poor repair service admin. Ten days ago my wife reported a fault, motor burnt out, and agreed to the cost of repair and service at £99. Nothing happened. On Wednesday, 08 Mar.23, I contacted Dyson repairs admin, reiterated what had gone before and was informed that the machine would be collected on Friday, 10 Mar.23, and gained a confirmation E-mail. No collection occurred. Today I call again, The Dyson lady advises that she has no record and insists upon speaking to my wife. This she does and advises that the machine will be collected on Monday, 13 Mar.232, and that I will again receive an E-mail to confirm. Hopefully all will go smoothly this time.

I called Dyson customer service Feb 11,2023 for repairs. I was told it Woolley take 1 to 2 weeks for the process of repairs and returned back to me. I was given a repair ID to be shipped by UPS. I checked the UPS tracking stating delivered and received by RICHARD on Feb 21st.
I've called last week and today( March 6th) and Dyson service doesn't have any record receiving my device at all, although the tracking says it was delivered. Sara the customer service rep I spoke to had to put me on hold 3 times to speak to her Supervisor just to tell me it's going to be 14 to 21 days for repairs of my Vacuum cleaner, a device they have no record of where it is. I demanded to speak to a supervisor Named Maria at the (Columbia) and she just repeated the same hand book policy and procedure statement and told me they'll send an email to inquire with the repair dept then send a response notification within 24 to 48 hrs. All of this without any compensation while looking for my vacuum. It's been almost a month now without vacuuming. With 3 toddlers my carpet throughout my whole house is filthy.
My wife and I have been loyal customers of Dyson products for years. It's my error to assume that the quality of customer service would rival the quality of Dyson products. I'm very disappointed of customer service it's less than stellar in my book. We're forced to look to other products since Dyson lost our Dyson Animal Ball vacuum.

My V10 kept shutting off when fully charged. Their troubleshooting guide didn't account for this case so I got sent incorrect replacement parts, was talked down to when I questioned whether all the battery lights being illuminated meant the vacuum needed charging and got put on hold forever. So much for "Iconic Service"

We got the newest dyson pet vacuum out and within out warrantee time it started having issues so we called them up. They seemed very freindly and happy to help. THey said if we mailed off our vacuum it would take at least 6 weeks to fix. And if we wanted they could send us a replacement one in 3 weeks. It was not made clear to me that they ment NOT THE SAME MODEL!! They sent back an OLDER REFURBISHED MODEL. SUPER UPSET. WHEN I CALLED THEM TO ASK WTH?? I got... YOURS Was DEVALUED due to USE. BUT DID NOT TELL ME THAT. SO BE VERY, VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE ON REPAIRS WITH YOUR WARRANTEE. SNEAKY, SNEAKY CHEATERS!!! WE FEEL SO RIPPED OFF!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Have been waiting 3 weeks for filter for my v10.
Finally got a response on whats app, told various stories- finally told will be with me in 5 working days.

Hello! Unfortunately, the customer service rep. Gisel didn't help me at all. Instead I heard other people in the background sounded like fooling around, (loud noises) she asked me to call the next day when clearly today is a working day and I can get help.

Called customer service 5/6 times so far ..for refund after they confirmed receipt of return, for product they sent out after it was cancelled.
Waited 10 business days as they requested for refund to be processed ...still no refund
Have been a loyal customer for years...not any more!

The call center is terrible with their constant delays and claiming that they'll get back within 24 hours. Only to never get back and then have attitude when you call back for an update.

Incorrect accessories delivered and Dyson refuses to accept responsibility for the inconvenience and additional costs they caused. They now refuse to send me the correct items, even though the incorrect items have been returned.

Dyson is one of the worst products I have ever used. It is expensive and I don't mind spending a lot on a product if the quality is there. I bought the corrale straightener and within 3 years, it has broken twice. The first time was under warranty but they were back ordered so it took several months for me to even get my replacement. I had to call back several times to check the status and one time they said they hasn't even placed the order. I finally received it and a year later this one also stopped working. I take such good care of it but it just stopped charging and won't turn on. My warranty expired 3 months ago so the only option is to take it to a repair center...the closest is 70 miles from me. They can look at it and if they determine it can be fixed, they will charge me to fix it. For a $400 product this is absolutely horrible. I will tell everyone I know how poor this product is. A company needs to stand behind their products and Dyson absolutely does not. I absolutely do not recommend buying any products for this company, unless you're planning on replacing them every year.

I was a 1st time customer of Dyson recently and purchased a vaccum and several fans. The items sent to me were all damaged, missing parts, and left by the carrier in the rain in regular boxes not even protected or covered and visible to anyone on my street that they were Dyson materials. I contacted customer service email customer service and even the corporate office and was given Horrible options, no help, terrible customer service, tons of excuses, and all in all waited forever for refunds and still have yet to get them. I now dealing with their corporate office who can't even call me back or return calls because they're too busy. I will never do business with this company and I do not recommend their products or their company to anyone. You will not get good service and the products that you get will not be the best nor will they give the best guarantee or backing behind them. Their executive resolutions team does not care about the customers they're focused solely on pricing and money only and the customers just a number and they don't care if you're gone or not. I truly recommend any other company except for Dyson.

There is a notification to indicate to customers that if queue is missed, they will be removed from the queue.. However this was not the case as those who missed more than 10-15 queues number were recalled again, this is very unfair especially to those who made the effort to wait at the counter longer than expected.

Horrible. Agents act nice and guarantee things, but I have revived the wrong colour airwrap 3 times now . Then I was put on hold to speak to the manager for 3 hours, just for them to hang up on me.Don't make your purchase through Dyson !

Replacement parts ordering is a nightmare - slow and expensive

Poor customer care. Informed by staff that when a new model is released one is retired. Replacement parts are not available, although will offer 20% off a new model lol. My machine just requires a new brush, so I'm expected to buy a new machine. Think again. I have been using Dyson for over 20 years,not anymore.

Dyson customer service is HORRIBLE!! The agents are nice but they don't do anything. I have been waiting for a refund, I was guaranteed, for months now. I call every couple of days and just get the runaround. I am sooooo frustrated. It's Christmas and I need that money. I finally convinced them to put me through to a manager. Well I sat on hold for 1.5 hours and no one came on the line. I am extremely frustrated and annoyed at this point. Hope you don't need service because it won't be good. Does anyone know how I can get my money back ($165 is a lot to me). HELP!

I wish that I would have read the reviews here before buying, or I should really say trying to buy a Dyson hair dryer. I say trying to buy because Dyson took my money almost 3 weeks ago and has not delivered me anything. When I talk to their inept customer service team, they say that they are investigating my case. I feel like I've been defrauded. I will never buy anything from this company ever again! Not will I recommend it.

Customer service is very bad as noted in previous comments. My experience is similar except that I have an email from
Dyson saying my refund would be processed in 3 days. Not a penny in sight despite two frustrating phone calls.
Every other retailer, credit card company I have dealt with .is far more responsible.

Absolutely horrible customer service is the absolute worst I'm so sorry I even purchased product from Dyson I've been on hold for two hours to speak with someone then asked to speak to a supervisor I'm still on hold and I still have no answers as to when the product will arrive extremely disappointed to say the very least

Communicated with 3 customer support representatives. The first one said the item was canceled which was not. The second one offered 30% discount for late shipping which was denied by the third one.
The worst Customer Support I dealt with. You got nothing but a lie.

Bought a brand new Dyson vacuum and it arrived not working. I called and now after three calls and several hours on the phone I have received a new battery and that would not fix the problem and now they are sending me other parts to try to fix the problem. I do not believe this is my job as a consumer to try to fix a product that is broken when I paid full price! They will not replace it. When I asked if they would compensate me in any other way, since I am having to do a bunch of work and spend a bunch of time they said they would maybe send me a new filter... Really? They just keep sending me parts, even though I have complained and asked to talk to management and they just keep saying this is not their policy. Meanwhile, I am a single mom to four kids and I have been without a working vacuum for four weeks now. I will never buy from Dyson again, the product I believe is decent enough when it actually works since this is my second vacuum, but I will never purchase from them directly. I would absolutely go through an Amazon or somewhere where I know I can get my money back if it does not work and get some thing else. Unbelievable customer service in this day and age!!!

I took in my Dyson hair dryer which had stopped working. I had to take it myself to the service centre in Camberwell. I put it in its original gift box with all the attachments as advised by the call centre. The call centre was otherwise totally useless and a waste of time, they just answer the phone but they are not Dyson. The lady at Dyson on looking at my hair dryer and plugging it in to check its working condition and noted it was not working. She told me it was caused by my storing the cable incorrectly which really upset me, she was blaming me!!!!! Its cable was placed folded in its box as provided by Dyson oin the only way possible for the trip to Dyson service centre in the same way as when it was purchased and unpacked. At home the dryer was kept plugged into a point with the cable hanging 24/7 not curved or folded which could not have caused it to break down. It had been working ok every day for almost 2 years in that position. I was not impressed with being blamed for the malfunction.
