I received the cd in the mail. I thought I would give it a try, since it was $15 cheaper than purchasing somewhere else. I tried to install, but kept getting error that it couldn't connect to the internet. It provided a number to call if I kept receiving error, which I did. I called in and after routing through the IVR, was told to check online. I went through all of the trouble shooting and still received the error. I called in the next day, a Monday, and waited 30 minutes to connect to a live person. After 30 minutes, I hung up and purchased the download from Amazon. I called around noon. Seems like I should have gotten through.

As I write this I am on hold AGAIN waiting to try to get my software to work (it keeps demanding that I update the Federal version but WON'T LET ME ACTUALLY DO IT).. and over the past week I have spent about 8 hours (3 of my lunch hours!!) listening to the stupidest recordings and getting nowhere toward getting my issue resolved. After I finally get this resolved and file my taxes this time around (I am an eternal optimist), I vow I will not use H&R Block software again. This is unacceptable, if not inhumane, to make me endure this.

I have been trying to download software to my laptop for several days, constant problems, cannot connect to internet. Internet is working or I wouldn't be leaving this message! 800 telephone numbers are zero help. On screen message tells me to call an 888 number, zero help. If I can't load this software soon, I'll be forced to try TurboTax, I don't want this, do you?

the company who handles hrblock costumers service which is sutherland global services/ dont pay their employees well in the philippines/ they never paid my health benefits and inssurance/ liars. bring the costumer service to the americans. because its their tax. not here in the philippine they steal. Like what is happeining now. Philippines is doomed.

I Have Never In My Life Ever Dealt With Such FREAKING Idiots In All 35 Years Of Living And Breathing.first I Lost My Card Then Got A Replacement Card From A Nearby H&r Block...then Hey Closed Out My Account Bc My Gfs Direct Deposit Was Going Into It For About A Year And They Just Now Caught It And Said Its Fraud ...so If It Such A Fraud Act Then Why Didnt They Report It As Fraud? Ive Recieved Nothing On This Matter Whatsoever, Then They Close Out My Account And All They Can Say Is Sorry For Them Not Catching This, And I Say To This If Anyone I Know Tries To Use You Guys Im Going To Slander You Alls Name So Bad Out Here In The United States.noone Who Uses You Guys Should Ever Have To Go Through This Ever Again In Life....i Spoke To Many Rude Ass Supervisors And Wonder How The Hell Did They Get The Position That They Are In Bc They Know Absolutely Nothing About Satisfying A Customer.I CAN BE CONTACTED BY

Give it up H & R Block! Your credibility has fallen to a record low. I get so angry when I see you commercials bragging about how good you are at finding loop holes that others miss and yet this company and made the biggest mistake ever made in the history of tax preparations! and now you have the nerve to talk about the customers who uses Turbo-Tax software - honey, you've just pushed all your current customers to other accountants! Take advice, close shop! call it a day! because I guarantee from now on, you will never get any business - people rely on this tax money like it was the last dollar on earth and for you to make such a mistake and think it was no big deal, then you are crazy. Save you money and PLEASE cancel your commercials!!!! I am sick of them!!!!!

Just read about your snafu affecting 600,000 people, which I am 1 of. I've done business with your company because I trusted I was geeting the most for my money. Next tax season I think I'm shopping around. You're overpriced to delay my refund this long.

Paid H&R Block to do my taxes this year. The accountant that was to fill out my paperwork discredited me about the amount of medical deductions I had, and said it wouldn't make any difference. I showed him all of my receipts. I had about 75 pages of them. He added a few and told me I was correct. He gave me back all of my paperwork, told me to go home and add them up and return in two hours so he could fill in the information and I could sign everything. I went home, added everything, went back and gave him an amount. He didn't double check. Just took my word. Then charged me $325. (He never included the previous years amount I paid for tax service on my return, either). He made me write a check, in which I didn't want to do. I wanted the amount included on my tax form.
I paid for services that I could have done at home for free. I did this man's work for him and then had to pay him for it. I want my money returned and this person repremended for it. The location I went to was in Bellevue, Ohio.

Hr Block On-line Is The Worst Service Ever.
I Have Been Waiting Over A Week For What They Call An Elevated Resolution (still Waiting) The Hold Time Is Over One Hour Only Not To Get Any Resolution. Terrible

Worst experience ever! The "tax Professional" spoke English on about a 1st grade level. Then asked me how to fill out the tax forms! She kept asking is this where I should put this information? Really?? I went to them because I am not good with numbers and their people are SUPPOSED to know what they are doing. The cherry on top was them offering me their insurance in the event of an audit for a few hundred bucks more. I replied saying "No thanks,if I get audited my lawyer will be in touch when I file suit against your company."

Very disappointed with HR Block.I have used both turbo and HR block. but this year I had a couple question as to where I should apply taxes paid last year to IRS and state. No customer support could tell me how to do this. Very disappointed. The customer support rep and his supervisor admitted they did not know their software. So what good are they. Never buy HR Block again. I am going to ask for a refund and go get a real software program.

I HAVE BEEN COMING TO H&RBLOCK FOR YEARS AND TODAY I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I GOT TODAY. I WALKED IN AND THERE WAS NO ONE TO GREET YOU. AND THEY WERE NOT BUSY AT THE TIME OF MY APPOINTMENT. I HOPE YOU WILL CORRECT THIS PROBLEM. I THINK SHOULD FIX THE PROBLEM FOR YOU LOSE MORE CUSTOMERS. AFTER MY EXPERIENCE TODAY I THINKING ABOUT GOING TO ANOTHER TAX PALCE.

Anyone thinking about downloading H&R block software online...I definitley to NOT recommend it..They charged me an authorizaiton fee of $60.94, plus $54.95 for the software..
when I called customer service to see why I was charged $115 for the basic edition, iwas told the $60 fee was an authorization fee to charge my account the $54.95 for the software, and I "should" get that back in
my account in 3-5 business days..OMG!!
Beware!! This is not disclosed anywhere in the website ...HIDDEN FEE!! so mad!!
