I bought a vehicle from them on 07/30/2023
Hyundai Santa Fe hybrid 2022 and the sales person was Erik who cheated us as he said that we will give you the Hyundai program benefits without any extra charge when we asked him for a discount so I paid the down payment $4750 then we asked him to keep the vehicle till the next day so the manager Fares said let's also sign the paperwork tomorrow
We went the next day and i asked to talk again to Erik and asked him to explain the Hyundai program benefits so he went through it then he said you are very lucky that you got this program instead of the discount i said ok deal then we signed the paperwork but when we went back home we figured out that the Hyundai program benefits not mentioned in the contract so I called the sales person next day and i told him about that he said the accountant Tarek was supposed to take care of that & he was supposed to activated it for you then he said let me go back to him and I'll give you a call back but unfortunately he didn't
So, I called him many times but he didn't answer so I went to the shop me & my spouse and asked to talk to the manager Fares but he was racist and very rude and said you already signed the contract and nothing you can do if you want it you have to pay for it
And said I don't care what happened with the sales person this is what I have for you and started to shout and yelling and started to kick us out of the shop so we felt unsafe and called 911 so the officers came and reported everything
They cheated me & by the way i told them at the beginning that i have my own loan offer from my bank and they are not suppose to run my credit but when that happened they run my credit 7 times without telling me
They are very bad image of Hyundai
Especially Fares ( the JM ) & the sales person Erik

Hyundia has the Worst customer service> They will not return phone calls but promise to do so. The dealer is even worse Mtn View Hyundia In Ringgold, GA. Our car a 2023 Hyundia Sonata been in the shop for weeks, Mtn View Hyundia will not tell us when they can even look at the car or even try to fix. Hyundia Customer Care is even worse they promiss to have a case manager call but they never do. Customer Care at Hyundia is a big joke, they simpily don't care.

I have been trying to get a reimburssement for a rental car I had to use while my car was in the shop. The entire thing was covered under warranty, but it has been 2 mnonths and they have not provided the money. They sent an offer that covered about 75% of what I spent out of pocket, but not they have completely shuit off communication with me when I asked for the correct amount to bepaid. I have mentioned involving litigation and complaints to the BBB, but there has been absoilutely no change. The "Case Manager" I was assigned reached out to me twice this entire time. It is 100% ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. And I work in customer service. When this car eventually falls apart, which it will, I will NEVER buy another Hyundai again. I just cannot believe that companies are able to operate in a market like today. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

First service for brand new Tucson at Safford in Alexandria Va. Quoted 1.5-2hours. At 2.5 hours, told another hour. None of the delivery day concerns were addressed. Poor service!

DON'T BOTHER! GO TO ANOTHER DEALER. Recently inquired about purchasing a new Genesis online. Received call from inside sales to come visit as they are running a special $2000 off MSRP sticker price. So, I drove 30 minutes to the dealership . Was greeted by a low energy , not very personable "salesmen"?? . I mentioned the $2000 special, and he immediately was negative and questioned it! "It may have expired he says. " I informed him I just spoke to your inside sales person today. He was not happy. He gets up to make the infamous walk to ask the manager.. Managers' name was Jay. Comes back with an offer. And here we go...the manager takes off the $2000 and then adds back over $2000 in fees (outside of standard fees and taxes)! $668 for security and glass Etching( not on sticker), like $700 for Docs, and another aprox $700 for other fees. I told them I was not happy, and they did not budge one dollar! "Sorry sir, thats what we charge." No negotiations. I was ready to purchase an over $50,000 car right there then, but the ole bait and switch occurred. I am not happy with Hyundai and Genesis. I've never seen this kind of bush dealings for a supposed luxury brand.

Fixing an oil pan, that is a warranty issue outside of warranty is not good customer service. Leaking significantly and can't get into a Hyundai dealer for weeks/months except the one that's 4 hours away. I'm supposed to take be without a car for weeks/months with no rental reimbursement or loaner and that's without even knowing if they will cover it. DO NOT PURCHASE HYUNDAI FOR THE WARRANTY!!! This is the second sante fe I have owned with oil leak issues. The first was no longer under warranty.

Hyundai sent out recalls on anti theft recalls on my 2020 Santa Fe. I called Hyundai usa and told them that my dealer would not loan cars while my car was being worked on. I asked if I got a rental would Hyundai reimburse me and she said yes and to keep receipts with no restrictions. I followed instructions to get reimbursed online. I sent in my documents from my dealer and from enterprise rentals as instructed. I was then given a case number. I waited 3 wks no reply so I called Hyundai usa and they transferred me to customer care . I was put on hold 25 mins and I hung up.later that day i got a email saying after reviewing my case i was not eligible for reimbursement for my rental.i called after email saying that i could appeal. However they said it was case by case.I said if you have no restrictions which in the recall there was none then I should get reimbursed. I told them I'm a Vietnamvet veteran on social security and a senior both me and my wife and we both live on social security and it's wrong for Hyundai to lie to us and not reimburse us our money of 80.60 cents. They said its case by case but I said but there are no rules or restrictions on time frame but they were insistent that I would not get reimbursed. This is outright stealing my money.I said to them that because Hyundai requested the recalls on my anti theft it was not my fault that Hyundai didn't place the correct anti theft device so therefore they are liable in all costs to the customers.Im hoping somebody within the legal system will contact me and file suit against Hyundai for fraud and theft and misleading the customers.my email is [email protected]. I cant believe Hyundai is that low class to steal money from me as a Vietnam veteran. I served my country honorably in 1970 just to come home and be dealt this kind of treatment from a giant conglomerate who makes billions and to not reimburse me 80.60. Its travesty of consumer justice.

My local Hyundai dealership has had my Santa Fe since June 4th after having to have it towed in.. I was told after almost 2 weeks that I needed the engine replaced. I had no warning it just stopped on me while driving on the interstste. I ask about getting a loaner in the beginning and was told they couldn't give me one until they knew what was going on with the car so after the report I ask if I could then get a loaner. I was then told no, it had to be approved by Hyundai Motors before they could give me one and they were expecting approval in a couple of days. It's now been 2 weeks and nothing. I contacted Hyundai's customer care and have been lied to and led in circles for days. Now no one will answer, just machines saying unavailable. I am 74 dealing with many health issues where I need a vehicle for doctors, tests etc. not to mention just trying to get food. I have never seen such poor customer service anywhere. I am in Hickory. NC so you can check to see my local dealership. Poor service in every direction.

Hyundai. Has the worst customer service ever. Recently I tried to bring my car for service. Catalytic converter blockage. And my warranty hasn't expired yet.my car wasn't running properly. And the moment I told them the issue. And I say my warranty wasn't expired yet. They all started the same things. We can only see you in 3months. What are the odds. All the hyundai dealership said the same thing. In New Jersey PA
We can only see you in 3months- I even had one of those idiot hangup on me. As I was tried to explain to him , that it's very important that I bring the. carR in. I can barely drive the car, let along wait for 3 Months. I just find a hard.to believe that every single hyundai dealership said the same thing. As soon I told them. There is a blockage in the catalytic converter and I'm under the 5 years and 100,000 miles warranty.

Ever since the pandemic ended huh day customer service has been GARBAGE! I booked a service June 22 and I show up June 28 to the lougheed dealership in coquitlam and they don't have my appointment!! The guy didn't even care. Didn't apologize. Just offered me another appointment a week later! Hyundai is the worst and my next car will definitely NOT be with you. Your customer service is terrible alll around and it's zero out of ten everytime I have had to come in. Do better! And stop using the stupid pandemic as an excuse. Covid is over and it was all a scam! Get your act together

Very poor customer service on the customer service line. I have been waiting for close to a year to receive a refund. I have repeatedly waited more than 30 minutes to speak to an agent. I am currently on the phone with a rep and it took 50 minutes to be connected to anyone.

Case managers repeatedly denied my case claiming that I didn't submit all of my documents, but every time I called, the service rep says everything was submitted. One of the case managers I was assigned left the company and I was never assigned a new case manager. I have been hung up on numerous times, despite being calm and polite on every call.

Overall, dreadful service. I will probably never buy a Hyundai again. Between the bad service at the dealership and the bad service on the customer care line, it's not worth the hassle

Bought a Hyundai Tucson hybrid Ultimate 2022
One year old when I got it 2023
Service from local Garage absolutely awful have mad a complant to manager.
There is a noise coming from the top of the front windscreen, its like creeky florboard is the only way i can explain it.
The local garage said yes they vould hear it but thethought is was just how the car was.
I contacted Hyundai who said it was a characteristic of the car and that there was nothing they could do. Unbelievable characteristic a £38.000 car with noises and they think that is acceptable. They said they had had several calls about the same issue. But as far as they were concerned there was nothing they could do.
If you don't like noise from the interior of your car do not buy a Hyundai Tucson Ultimate.

A Hyundai dealership technician didn't install the oil drain plug properly after an oil change and the plug fell off while I was driving. The engine with only 26k miles on it seized and the service center that caused the issue has not provided me with a loaner car; I had to charge a rental. They plan to install a junk engine, not one certified by Hyundai. I have a customer care number, but the case manager has not contacted me even after repeated attempts to request it. This experience has been horrible and Hyundai has not been supportive or helped in any way.

My car recently seized while I was 4 hours away from home. After doing some research, I found there was a campaign 966 that involves knock sensors and a software update. I had it towed to the local dealership (where it still remains) and I am being told that this massive company cannot help my situation. I still have a loan on the vehicle, I always provided regular maintenance and feel like I am just a little person who has bought MANY Hyundai vehicles in the past and am totally getting screwed. I intend to contact every avenue (social media, corporate offices, etc) until this situation is rectified. This campaign should have been a recall and I should have been contacted. I may just be another little person who purchased your vehicle but I am about to make big noise for your company.

Hyundai is the worse services never . We had engine problems five time noting to fix it . Unsafe issues still not off our car still at the dealership after 5 times fixing the same thing . Don't never go to Hyundai if you want reliable car .

I am reaching out to the corporate office because I am having no luck trying to get in touch with the parts and service department at Key Hyundai in Milford Connecticut. Every call I make every email I sent I get no response whatsoever listen a month ago I spent $1100 on repairs tuneups anything that was due I was far behind I did need to catch up $1100. I had to use three different credit cards then I go to get on the highway I put my foot on the gas and it doesn't go more than 40 mph, I had my mother in the car I had to get off the highway carefully find a safe spot for her. The engine light was flashing I could not read a code off of it had to have it flatbed it in on Monday, July 12 I haven't heard from them sense , it sounds like it's a misfire what happened? Which means spark plugs were not done right apparently or some thing I just need to know what's going on not everyone has more than one car.

I'm done. Looked at another car today. I cannot continue to have to chase down the service department. After months of trying to get an appointment (no one answers the phone), I filled out one of these online things. Within a few weeks, someone contacted me wanting to "make it right". Managed to schedule an appointment several weeks out. Gave them a list of issues and they called 1 time to tell us they needed to charge for 2 separate diagnostic tests. Haven't heard from them since. They have had my vehicle since 11 May at 0900. It is 3 Jun. I have called and left several messages (since no one answers the phone) and still, no response. Pay for their top of the line vehicle and this is how you are treated? Completely unacceptable. How would you feel if your healthcare provider didn't call you to let you know what was wrong, waiting for you to show up on their doorstep?!? You would sue me for malpractice! What recourse do I have for such blatant disregard?

This is my second and last Hyundai. I owned a 2017 Hyundai tuscon night edition and the transmission was replaced within a year. I now own a 2022 Hyundai Tuscon Hybrid. I've recently been feeling loss of power, and recently lost all power while on an interstate. I went from 75 to 55mph instantly. I called multiple times to get it brought in for an emergent service appt at multiple dealers and nothing. So much for a warranty. If I was you, I'd avoid Hyundai completely.

At your direction we got quotes for the peeling paint and have attempted to contact the Service Manager at Allan Turner Hyundai in Pensacola to further follow up. this is in regard to the 2016 tucson with the burning oil situation that i was not informed about by dealer . when i requested an oil consumption test was told i didn't take care of my vehicle. which is a lie. when i was filing my oil tank because it was low all the time. i stopped going to the dealer every oil change and switched around to jiffy lube stores and others. until I was told about the problem from others. Now my car is past the 115,000 mile mark and i can't take it on long drives. Not going to buy another hyundai until they make good on this

My name is Sinisa and I am writing to you because I have a big problem with the representative office of Hyundai from Italy, Dromocar srl. Imola - via Pola16.
In March 2022, I paid 8,900 euros for the purchase of an old-timer Triumph TR6. Of that amount, I paid 950 euros through the bank, and I sent the rest of the money (7950 euros) to the cash through their friend Ivo Maricevic. In this way, Dromocar srl Imola avoids paying extra profit to the Government of Italy. It later turned out that their friend had sent me a falsified offer to purchase. Without explanation, they did not deliver the car to me, but only returned 950 euros, referring to a completely different car (Lancia), which is worth ten times less than the ordered one. When I asked them to return my money paid in cash, their lawyer sent me a lawsuit, as if I was not a victim in this business. They are simultaneously protecting their friend who also forged my signature, stating my wrong ID number, and wrong place and country (!!!) of birth. In the communication via WhatsApp, Mr. Filippo Badiali used very ugly and uncultured words. His father, Mr. Marco Badiali, threatened me with a lawsuit if I made public my bad experience with Dromocar srl Imola. Instead of handing over their friend Maricevic to the police, they protect him, because they work as a coordinated team.
I feel unsafe because of all this.
Although it is not a car from the Hyundai product range, I think it is not good for the reputation of your brand to be represented in Italy by such an unprofessional company.
I have preserved written evidence for all of the above.

I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe 7-21-21 from Hiley Hyundai in Fort Worth Texas . 7-22-21 it was back at the shop. I called when the vehicle did something new out of the blue and told them when I took it in for his oil changes. I had multiple issues and eventually started documenting on as of this year because the dealership stopped answering my calls and everything about issues with this vehicle so I filed claims with Hyundai and on five 223. The car had an issue and I had to call for a tow truck to tow it to the dealership, since in the dealership says they can't find nothing wrong and the investigator from Hyundai told me that me and my kids would be safe in that vehicle couple times and when I asked her to put it in an email she said she would but never did and now she's ignoring my calls and emails and will not respond to me. They are doing nothing about it..
