I just went to the Jiffy Lube store that my wife and I have been taking both of our cars to for about the last 10 years or so and the manager there told me that for GMC cars, they can only put synthetic oil in the car. I asked if he was sure that it was not just that synthetic is recommended but it would be OK to put regular oil in as long as the viscosity was the same as that recommended. He assured me that no, they can only use synthetic for GMC cars. I just called Chevy and they said no, any oil was OK as long as the viscosity was the same. What a scam! Then I tried to call Jiffy Lube customer support and sat on hold for 45 minutes before giving up. Safe to say that Jiffy has just lost our business for the cars in our family.

I am very disappointed in the service that I received on the 16 of November 2016. I was charged for and oil change, new oilfilter, fuel injector flush and a transmission flush that was never done which caused my engine to lock. I contact the place of business and the General Manager and all I got was a run around.

My options whit in this matter my wife had her vehicle done for service on two separate jiffy Lube location. Throughout my complain they had my pay more for replacing some parts that has no issues to be replace at all not even just that thay took a bolt screw out located to stabilize your steering upon operating throughout your journey and for the other separate jiffy Lube location simple task for service only everything was complet on oil change setting her off with $30payments on next up date for service we had no choice but to look for low rate discount for service we found one as they were getting through the processes they called us to observed a discovery finding at the oil pan wrong Bolt they put on plus all threads are gone and forcing Bolt back in with some sealer they added to prevent from leaking now tell me if this a the way help your customers needs

I was turned away for service at your Madison to location. I have been a long time customer. The manager has a problem with offering service that y'all can't provide. I've tried to leave messages, never return. My next step is the BBB

I went to get oil change. they broke a plastic hinge-like part while getting out the glove compartment drawer to get to the cabin filter and when complained the workers said it was broken before but this compartment was never opened before and this is evident from the fact that the cabin filter was never changed before. Even the store manager was not there and all I could do is write an incident report which I do not think will appear again. I am very disappointed. I came before to this place in downey,ca but never again

I just went to the Hawks Prairie Lacey Wa. expecting to pay less then 50.00 for a oilchange and got stuck paying 76.62! They did it without letting me know how much it would cost! they did not vacuum. Who knows if they did what is said on my receipt?? I will never go there again!

I got a emissions done today at the Riverdale ga location the guy put the wrong vin number on my emissions paper which I didn't know until I got to the tag office and it didn't come up in the system. So I went back to and talk the same guy he told me he couldn't do anything and told me to go to the Ga emissions office. He told me he would have to charge to test my truck again. Smh

I went for an oil change and I was very clear in telling them not to touch my tires, windows or vacumn. When I got in my car , my floors were vacumned my windows all smeared up from trying to wash them and the wrong air pressure in my tires. Don't your people listen to what the customer wants anymore. Now I am missing an earring that was on the floor not to mention change that spilled out of my purse. I will have to take my car some where to correct the tire pressure and then to be detailed to clean the windows properly. I called customer service and they talked over me , would not listen and was generally rude.

I have been trying to get a call back from anyone within the Jiffy Lube Corporation. I had auto repairs and tire rotation done at store #03037 in Independence, Mo. on 6/9/16. On 8/5/19 I had massive shimmying, had vehicle towed and repaired. Only 2 of 5 lug nuts remaining on right front tire. Diagnosis: "cross-threaded or over tightened lug nuts". I had not had any other service for my tires and was panicked to think that I had been driving at 70mph with 2 lug nuts! I sent receipts (2x) to Tim Butler. He does not return calls. On 9/8/16 I spoke with Mr. Butler and was told "there will be a check cut for you this afternoon." I still have not received my automotive repair money. If I am not contacted, I will be forced to ask for more damages, original botched car repair reimbursement, time away from work making unreturned telephone calls and unanswered emails. I also have a large network of friends who would no longer utilize your company's services if I informed them of my horrific customer service, as well as your poorly trained service agents who don't tighten lug nuts appropriately. Anyway, PLEASE resolve this issue.

I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and they wrecked my car which caused both, internal and external damages. This happened two years ago and my car has still external damages from that incident that have been fixed yet. I filed a BBB complaint against them, but little did I know the two work together. They basically pay the BBB an annual fee to keep their ratings up. The BBB is the only review website I have seen so far that rated them high. I am never ever taking my car there again and I would advise everyone not to go there unless you want crappy service.

I cannot believe how high your price is with other dealership. 45.00 dollars is very high for a oil change when I can go to a gm dealership and get it cheaper plus have my tires rotation.The manager was not polite. didn't really care what I told him. Just had my oil changed by another company, they informed me that during my last oil change the oil plug rounded was stripped because it was put on too tightly. They told me to call Jiffy Lube to inform them that this had happened and the store manager pointed his finger at the company that just changed my oil. Now I'm going to be out of the money that it's going to cost to fix your mistakes. I'm disappointed in the level of customer that the manager had and how he was quick to tell me this was not their problem.

I went to the Jiffy Lube location in Germantown store # 1213 for the first time and I have to say I had the WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!! The "MANAGER, DAVID A (who did not identified as one when offer me an additional service" is the worse manager I have ever talked to. I stopped by to check on the synthetic oil price, I was told it was $87.00, which I had already seen online. I was a bit hesitant to do my first oil change at Jiffy Lube because I have a new 2016 Subaru and want it the best service. Unfortunately, I had the worse experience and service, I was offered the vacuum and outside cleaning which I didn't care much because I had just washed and cleaned my car myself. The worse part when it was time to pay and my coupons got declined by DAVID S, because they were for a different location only. Well before I accepted to do my oil change I asked the first person that approached me and he said that Jiffy Lube accepted all coupons from it's website and I could even search from some on GOOGLE. Which I did and found 2 coupons, one for 15% off synthetic oil change plus 10% additional service; this coupon got denied because it is for CA only. Second coupon had a 20% off with no expiration but for AZ location only as well. I do admit that I missed that small prints on those coupons, but the problem is that when I asked the first person before I accepted the oil change price and for the additional service (tire rotation) David himself knew that I had a 10% coupon and none bother to check before I accepted the services.

I worked for a retail company for 3 years as a manager and I have never treated no one the one David treated me with disrespect, not letting me talk and blaming everything on me "THE CUSTOMER" for my mistake of not checking. Instead of blaming it on me, why doesn't he worry about training his staff better and putting a name tag mentioning that he is the "MANAGER". Let's be more professional about it, if all you are worry about is getting the customers and their money, and not carrying about them not coming back then keep up the good work!!

I will not come back to this location, not just because of the HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE, BUT BECAUSE THE ARE LIARS!!! THERE WAS NOT VACUUMING OR OUTSIDE CLEANING ON MY CAR. I do hope to reach a regional manager who can call me back and if even possible reimburse me for those coupons that were not even bother to be check before the service started. The manager did gave me a 10% to cover his mistake of not even bothering to check the additional service coupon, but couldn't keep his mouth shut and had to tell me, "I'm sorry you feel they way you feel, those guys outside all they do is change oil, you had to talked to me instead" after letting him know that I wasn't coming back.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO. IT IS NOT ABOUT THE QUICKNESS OF YOUR SERVICE, IS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE YOU PROVIDE THAT ALLOWS CUSTOMERS TO COME BACK. I WOULD NOT COME BACK AGAIN, AND WISH TO BE CONTACT BY HEADQUARTERS TO SOME REIMBURSEMENT FROM A HORRIBLE SERVICE, BECAUSE APOLOGIES JUST WON'T DO IT!!!

Female consumers approach with great caution. This is one of the worst bait-and-switch businesses I've ever encountered. I knew the grade and type of oil needed from my owner's manual and I confirmed it with Honda's customer service. Jiffy Lube repeatedly harassed me, trying to tell me I needed some exorbitantly priced synthetic oil which would have increased a $44. oil change to $60 to $80. And then they kept telling me I needed various other fluids changed - all of which had been done by the dealership months earlier. And in closing, they refused to fully honor the coupon I downloaded from Jiffy Lube's main website and overcharged me for the basic oil change. I sent a letter to their corporate headquarters and received absolutely no response. I couldn't wait to get my car out of their establishment and I would caution other consumers about utilizing Jiffy Lube's services. CAVEAT EMPTOR

I will never go to Jiffy Lube specially the one in 8329 pines blvd florida i took my car for a uber vehicle inspection which they charge $30 for and they tell you that if it doesn't pass inspection and you fix it there they will not charge you for a second inspection y you fix it somewhere else you would have to pay $30 again i just bought a new car to start working uber and they tell me the car didn't pass inspection because it needs brakes and the wipers replaced keep in mind i just took this car out of the dealership two weeks agoutis is a rip off trying to sell you work you don't need. Bad business practices.

I would not suggest any body go to a jiffy lube. I am actually wondering if the car "professionals" have had any training at all. I am specifically talking about the store on little creek road in Norfolk, va. my car doesn't start on the first try any more ever since I got an oil change there. not only did they leave the air filter cover unscrewed but they also left tools on my oil pan. a ratchet wrench and socket was left. it took me 3 weeks to find out the cover was unscrewed. my car wouldn't start because of it. the sensor told it not to. I have 2012 ford fiesta. now I drive around wondering what the hell else is going to go wrong because of their horrible service. I took the wrench and socket back to the store and the manager there said he would send my complaint for along with the wrench to corporate. he didn't. he threw it away. so I called corporate myself and no wonder why the people are so unprofessional. ryan the regional manager is the rudest piece of sh** ive ever dealt with. no business ethics AT ALL. I should have gotten a refund but all he kept sayin to me was sorry but you don't have any proof. I said what about the wrench I returned he said "sorry never got it too bad I don't believe you." I will never use another jiffy lube again.

NEVER go to Jiffy Lube for an inspection! Specifically never go to store # 3438 on Amherst Street in Nashua NH. I went in last week, they did my inspection, took my money and then told me they had no inspection stickers left. Told me to come back the next day. I went in next day, no stickers. My husband went back today, the owner (he said) threw my husband out and started to get confrontational. So,out $40 until I file a lawsuit I guess.

Visited the west valley, UT location to get an oil change. Got home noticed it was leaking oil (it has never done that before). I caled and asked what I should do. They said "it is probably just over spillage and to not worry". 4 weeks later still leaking and took to a full service to get my cadalicti converter fixed. They told me that my oil filter had a date of 2014 on it. When I called jiffy lube they said they always change the oil filter. So did they not accuracy change my oil? ?? Did I get changed for them just tipping me off? And why is my car leaking now? The other macanic said it was leaking due to the plug not being put back in correctly. So I am very concerned. Not sure I will ever go back to jiffy lube now. Consumers beware

Jiffy Lube #129 gave me a false diagnosis "AC had a leake". Charged $69.99. Took car to dealer, said there was no leak, but inserted dye to determine validity of leak. This was done 6/13/16. As of today, the AC unit has been operating properly with no leak detected. Request a refund in the above amount.
Spoke to Justin Johnson, Mgr on 6/13/16 and Herb, Ass't Mgr today 7/5/15.

I recently had my radiator flushed and after the service was told I had no power steering fluid in lines. I've have been taking my car there for service and never had a problem loosing any steering fluid. They sent me to a full service jiffy lube to have it fixed. They told me there that both lines are leaking. I'm having to put steering fluid in every day now since I had the radiator flushed. I believe something happened to those lines when I got my flushed. It was not leaking at all before that.

I went to the Jiffy Lube in Glenwood,IL on 04/08/2016 And the neglected to put my oil plug completely back in my oil pan so a majority of my oil spilled out over time. I took it to a different jiffy lube and they fixed the issue. when I call to tell them what happen they told me the other store was there nemesis and didn't apologize and ranted for 10 mins about the issues with the other location never apologized nor offered any help nor concern... very unprofessional my engine could of locked up.

On April 25th my husband took our Chrysler 300 to Jiffy Lube at 2909 Raeford Rd Fayetteville NC and got it inspected.. He went to work and I didn't notice he had taken it.. 3 hours later I took it to Jiffy Lube 3816 Raeford Rd Fayetteville and tried to get it inspected.. they wanted me to pay for several items including windshield wipers blades.. They charged me $23.00 for a fail inspection.. They were trying to scam money from me because I was a woman. Why would our car pass at one location and 3 hours later have a lot of stuff wrong with it and fail. I would appreciate your attention to this matter.. In the pass they were not able to preform inspectionso, because of some questionable dealings. They would not refund me for a failed inspection. Please contact me .Annie Ray-Fuller

I went to the Spanish Fork, UT location and they failed me twice on my safety and emissions. According to my family's mechanic everything work great that it shouldn't have failed. They also spoke over my father and I. Interrupted us when we spoke. They're very rude and unprofessional. I feel their machine is at fault because I've never failed. My marker lights come one automatically at night, they do not come one during the day. That location has lost all my family's business. You need adults that know and understand what they're doing not teenagers that don't know anything. That location is very unethical.
