Yes my name is Tony I spoke to somebody a couple weeks ago about a Jimmy John's in Lake Orian Michigan Fred is your manager there that he was rude to my wife and my kids what we decided to try it one more time yesterday and I'm very surprised that Fred is still working there and he was rude to our kids again so we will definitely never be going there again I'm very disappointed that this situation wasn't taken care of

9/21/2016 - between 5 - 5:30pm - Columbus Ohio - Cassidy Avenue near Airport
drive thru waited for seven minutes - could not wait any longer - turned corner and because of single lane with side cement barrier could not go around customer in front of me. Waited for ten minutes behind large black SUV so I could just drive home without placing an order as my two year old granddaughter needed to take care of an immediate need to get home. One of my main problems is once I reached the drive thru window NO ONE was there to apologize for the inconvenience. It is as if your employee disregarded any and all issues that kept me from doing business with your establishment. Is that OK with you? I have always frequented or place of business, but just in the past year there have been very disappointing circumstances that have made have second thoughts about re-visiting your particular establishment.
Two concerns: (one) Establishment a way out of drive thru line just in case there is a large order that should have gone inside.
AND (two) Hiring employees that do not interact with customers and let the customer know that they are sorry for the long delay so that the customer does feel that they should want to re-visit and give an apology for the inconsiderate individual who preceded you in line.

I am writing this to complain about over charges on 2 of my bank accounts for sandwiches. Between both account there has been almost 100. I have never authorized anything more than the cost of what I ordered. This is rediculous that these people think they can just add whatever they want and won't get called on it.I called a few days ago to get this fixed on No One has returned my call.

I called the JJ @ 4980 Beltline Road in Addison, Texas. The first person that answered by call spoke with such a heavy accent and did not have a sufficient command of the English language, that I had to call back and get another person. The second person sounded as if he was either high or annoyed because he had to take my call. He then said "wait, hold up", and then another person got on the phone. When I explained to this person that $32 for #10, #6 and #3, 3 bags of chips is too high. He said, that's the delivery fee. I asked him does the delivery fee go to the driver that will deliver, because that is incredibly high for that small order - he rudely responded no, it's for the store. I said you charge that much to put my sandwich in the same bag that you would charge if I went and picked it up myself. He said yes and hung up the phone. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TALK TO CUSTOMERS AND HOW YOU CONDUCT BUSINESS. I have eaten at JJ's for years, and our office was delighted that this location added our office for delivery. However, given the horrible service at this location, this will be our first and last order with JJ.

Apparently no one trains the employees how to listen to and fulfill a customer request. Even though the request was repeated more than twice. And the employee assured the request would be fulfilled. If this was a one time thing, or they were completely busy I could understand. However this is the 3rd time and now Jimmy Johns has struck out. No one will get a recommendation for this place from our household. I understand that we are just one family but we will make sure others follow.

On several occasions, I have placed orders for delivery. I have been very precise with my orders and often I have received them prepared incorrectly. So I ceased from ordering from this company. Today I was feeling sick to my stomach due to a lack of nourishments. Therefore, since the deli is across the streets from our sub-division, I ordered two ham and cheese sandwiches on wheat with two bags of "REGULAR potato chips" and nothing to drink. Again, I listed every item for the sandwich (i.e. lettuce, tomatoes, onions, peppers, oil, vinegar, mayonnaise, spicy mustard, speared pickle, etc.). Of course, the sandwiches delivered were prepared with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and peppers with ONE PACKAGE of REDUCED FAT potato chips. In the meantime, my husband ordered another sandwich for a guest and it was delivered. Those sandwiches have not been eaten yet. Therefore, I cannot comment on them.

I called and nicely asked for the young man who took my order. A young lady answered the telephone, but she had Chris the manager to answer for the young man. I voiced my concern to him in a very professional manner, and he proceeded to offer me additional free food. Free food was not desire or goal. My goal was to alert the young man of the incorrect order (despite our conversation).

Some time ago, I stopped ordering from this company because of incorrect orders and nonchalant unprofessional behavior from the management staff. In the future, situations of this nature should be professionally addressed. The assumption should not lend to awarding free food or giving excuses for the unacceptable behavior. The problem need to be permanently eradicated. Management should have better training in this area to adequately address the customer's concern.

Professionally submitted,,
A concerned customer

The manager, Nicki, at the Mansell Rd store in Roswell, GA has ZERO customer service skills. She argued with me over an order and hung up on me. She has ignored my repeated requests for confirmation of a refund due to an order that was never delivered. I am a FORMER Jimmy John's customer because of her.

I went to Jimmy Johns on 95th and Quivira in Overland Park KS. The customer service and attitude of the staff was awful, especially the young lady who asked me very rudely what do you want? What happened to greeting a customer and good manners I said hello her reply was what do you want!! I Love Jimmy Johns but I will not go back to this location ever, word of mouth is very powerful!!

Thank you!

This observation regards the frequency of driving habits of certain of your Kenosha WI facility employees.

Over the past 2 years or so, a number of the drivers have displayed habits while working which, are reminiscent of the Domino's Pizza drivers when the drivers felt they 'had' to be on a customer's 'doorstep' in under 30 minutes. You may well remember legal actions regarding that and auto collisions as a result thereof.

A similar pattern has been witnessed with regard to at least a half dozen of the Kenosha facility drivers. This has been observed and recorded on numerous occasions and, in certain cases, the police were alerted, with descriptions of the vehicles and drivers supplied.

I would also add that, 'keeping tabs' on any vehicles, does not depend upon whether or not a 'topper' is on a vehicle. The availability of photo recording making things much simpler.

The point being that while some would 'put themselves in front', the rudeness, danger/risk of collision not to mention excessive speed -witnessed at more than 12 mph above posted speed limits-, is at best obviously immature. Add in the unprofessional childish behaviour also noticed when, and how these drivers 'take off', pull out in heavier traffic, etc. It's become more than annoying, and obnoxious and has been noted in various ways, including licence plate numbers provided to police departments on more than 2 dozen occasions, that I am aware of.

Seriously, if this is the way these 'juveniles' in adult bodies are going to behave, it may be necessary to arrange to have video recording devices provided to as many who would care -anonymously-, to record activity which could be afterward submitted to the police. The proper citation(s) given later would be verified by the video(s), even if not submitted during the time of the moving violation(s).

Getting sick of it, no, more like fed up and legally not taking any more. Lawfully, -and in case any of those employees or any along the chain of command, feel that retribution or vengeance due to 'calling this out' even though it is right and their actions in error-, they are being observed.

This comment is given in order better assist the structure of business, and to improve the integrity, as well as the outward display of actions observed in these drivers.

I submit it for your acknowledgement. I did not call nor stop by the Kenosha store, as from much witnessed experience, many times a general manager may never get the message, the complaints given are 'tossed' almost immediately after submitted, or they condone and/or partake of such even when only 'allowing' for it, or saying something like '...well, you know your not supposed to do that...'

Some even have the ignorance to say -blatantly-, that even when it is known that someone had done wrong, they're not wrong unless they're caught doing it. As you no doubt know, I don't buy that.

I don't mean to assume Kenosha store's management is if that persuasion, but, cannot rule out the possibility of this being lost, not taken seriously, or ignored.

Thank you for your kind consideration and attention to this matter.

Regards,

VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I work around the corner at Northwestern Hospital, and went on break. I asked for my sandwich to be put in a bag and the MANAGER Maggie stated I had to reach over the counter to get it myself, I then went back to the car to eat and came in and asked for some mayo on my sandwich and the young man Alex stated it didn't come with it like 4x as if I couldn't get any finally another employee gave me some mayo packs. Then it was like pulling teeth to get their names! I would never patronize this establishment again, and will let my colleagues know about the poor CS

I am writing this review against the jimmy johns in pooler ga on traders way. My husband goes there a lot on his way to work, yesterday he stopped by to get his lunch and a man came in cussing and yelling my husband was shocked at first he thought it was a irate customer until he seen him go to the back of the store. So my husband asked a worker who this guy was and she told him the owner. He had no problem with his food or the staff he said they were always nice and knew his sandwich when he came in , but due to the lack of unprofessional behavior from the owner we will not be back and we will be sure to tell all our friends to boycott that location. We will go to Savannah ga if we crave a jimmy johns. We just feel bad for his employees I am sure they are overwhelmed and underpaid. Not a way to run a business by using fowl language in front of customers. Extremely upset in pooled.

I went to the Jimmy johns in pooler ga on Thursday July 14 2016, the staff was awesome and great , they were cleaning and smiling. Then as I was getting my sandwich a guy came in screaming " where the frick is Cedric " well put it this way it was a extremely bad word. I was shocked , he was stomping around and swearing so I ask one of the workers who he was and she apologized and said the owner. I there for asked for the Gm personal phone number which she gave me. I called him and let him know this was so unprofessional and he confirmed it was the owner who acted this way , I felt sorry for this awesome group of people and told the young man this guy apparently does not know how to treat his workers much less customers. There was a lady with two small children sitting at a table eating and they got up and left. Due to this I will never go back to the Jimmy johns in pooler ga again. I will also tell my friends and family. Again the staff was awesome but I think the owner really has issues

My name is Antonio Artola a RT OLA and I reside in Galveston Texas this evening and I had call Jimmy John's for two sandwiches and it took over an hour to get my sandwiches and the reason for that that they gave me was that they had several stops to make I live on this island and I have never ever receive such poor customer service then I deleted from this Jimmy John's on seawall Boulevard I am truly upset and truly disappointed in Jimmy John's and their attitude I would appreciate it you talk t

I just ordered a #4 sub in Waukesha WI on Silvernail and there was sharp bones in the turkey. I found it by chewing on one and then found one in the remaining meat. I don't know if I swallowed any or not.

I have always liked Jimmy John's subs but I will not continue being a customer. I would suggest checking on where that meat comes from and how it could have bones in them.

I am very disappointed and hoping that I don't have sharp turkey bones in my system right now.

Hello there! While I was on my way to Austin, I stopped at the Jimmy John's in Waco, Texas. I could have gone anywhere, but I stopped here. From the moment I stepped foot in the door, I was treated very poor and the staff was unprofessional. Courtney was the manager on duty. When I ordered my sandwich, I also ordered a pickle, which I never did receive. It's so silly for Courtney to get mad at a paying customer for a pickle, right? She was very rude, and it was uncalled for. IT IS A PICKLE. When I asked for my pickle, it was such an ordeal that I decided to give up and leave. My sandwich was delicious, but do not be expecting my business, or any of my friends', at any Jimmy Johns location ever again.

I am making sure this message that was sent to corporate gets seen EVERYWHERE!! Someone needs to get a handle on this joke of an esablishment.

My child is working there and I think someone who isn't a 22 year old, drug dealing, "manager" should know what's taking place there and maybe start checking the video cameras IF they have any. These kids are getting DRUNK on the clock, INCLUDING the managers. They are beating the hell out of one another for "fun", a "manager" had to go to the ER the other night and has a broken nose, staples and stitches in his head because him and a "coworker" got drunk together and started "play" fighting until it got ugly. Everyone in there, including all managers know about all these incidences but do nothing! Why? Because "they have each other's backs". No one gets fired, no charges pressed, NOTHING!! Drugs are being sold, people are getting beat up and drunk on company time and on the companies premises. Delivery drivers are driving cars that aren't even theirs or anyone's related to them! I assure you and anyone else that this is 100% going on!! Maybe Jimmy johns should start drug testing their employees, watching the videos, being involved, doing back ground checks and actually making sure their delivery drivers are driving cars that belong to them!! Maybe a responsible ADULT should be supervising during ALL shifts?! I know labor is cheap when your paying teenagers and 22 year old "managers", and especially when they're dealing dope on the side, IN the restaurant, AND supplying alcohol for the younger employees, but it's not going to be cheap IF something happens to MY kid on company time and on company grounds. I'll say that right now. I'll be saving this email and all other correspondence for proof that I have been trying to communicate with CORPORATE regarding this matter. As I will also be calling and sending in faxes. Something else happens, Jimmy johns should pray my child isn't involved, because without a doubt, I will be suing the daylights out of the company!! Get this company S**T together!! Feel free to also send me the franchise owners info for this location.

Jimmy johns sure cares what color your shoes are or if you have an"approved" belt on, but this bullsh*t is excused???

Please respond with more contact info as I will make sure these millions of serious issues get addressed to anyone and everyone involved!

My warmest regards.

This is a JJ in Englewood CO
PS keep your kids out of there for lunch/dinner and/or a job!! (This is the fourth JJ my kid has worked for and ALL locations have been the same.)

Hello! I have been going to the shop in Kansas City Missouri on 39th St and Broadway for a while, I went at 8:00PM on 6/30/16 to grab lunch for work. I ordered A #12 with extra turkey and bean sprouts. I get to work,no bean sprouts, no avacado sauce and no extra turkey. So, I'm upset because I paid 10.31 for a 7.00 dollar sandwich. So I call to speak to the manager. He was very rude I went to get another sandwich mind you taking more than half of the first sandwich back. He spoke very rudely to me. Well I get the second sandwich and it's still no avacado spread on it. Just wanted to let you know that times are very hard and troubled as we all know, I wanted to hit him.finally, I will not be going back.

I went to make a delivery order in Marietta Georgia. I first tried online and was told I was not in the delivery area. I called the closest Jimmy John's which is less than a half mile from where I work. There are several buildings in this office park which they do deliver to, they have even delivered to the building I work at. Anyway I spoke to the manager and I was told I was a 1/2 block outside of their delivery area and they were unable to make the delivery. I told him they deliver here frequently and he responded there was nothing he could do. I am only one person, but has Jimmy John's changed their policy on delivery? Does the manager on duty make the delivery borders? NOT IMPRESSED!!!

I feel like Jimmy Johns does not want my business:

On Saturday, 6/23/2016 I called the Jimmy Johns located on Moorland Ave. in New Berlin, Wisconsin (**located 2.7 miles from my home) and asked if I could place a delivery. I was quickly told they were out of bread and couldn't tell me when they could deliver what I was planning to order. Thinking this was strange but '˜things happen', I told them ok, well I will call the other Jimmy Johns nearby. So I called Jimmy Johns on HWY 100 in West Allis, Wisconsin (**located 3.0 miles from my house) and they proceeded to tell me I am 1 block out of their radius and thus cannot deliver my sandwich. I proceeded to ask what the boundary was and from the explanation I received, it was literally one block east of my street. When I asked which Jimmy Johns to call I was referred back to the New Berlin office. I told them about the lack of bread' scenario and that I have a sleeping baby otherwise I would just drive there and it was on deaf ears. I proceeded to call back the New Berlin Jimmy Johns and this time there was no mention of a lack of bread issue but they also went on to explain their delivery boundary is 1 block west of my house. Again, I have a sleeping baby, I'm asking you to drive 1 more block to my house, I don't care if it takes you extra time to get it here.

I've also experienced this same scenario while working onsite at my office in Brookfield. There is in fact a Jimmy Johns down the flipping street and they tell us we are in a dead zone. I tell them you are losing the consistent business of an entire office building but am told it falls in Corporate's hands.

The culmination of these experiences gives me the impression there is some person sitting at corporate creating these maps/designated areas not considering the business (AKA MONEY) you are losing out on as a Franchise business.

If you don't truly DELIVER sandwiches, then don't advertise you do'¦.If you have a customer 1 block off this magical designated zone, then tell your franchises, its ok, let's work to build and keep customers happy instead of creating a reputation of bad business due to corporate policy.

For now, you've lost my business'¦
