My fiance and I bought a zero turn Z375R 54" 25 HP VTWIN on July 8th, 2021 from a Home Depot in Palatika, FL. We paid $3743.93. The pully system completely detached from the deck after 1 and 1/2 months. We followed the instructions from John Deere and was told that it would be picked up, but with a service charge. This mower could have hurt myself along with my kids. After paying this kind of money do you think a service charge should even be a factor? After not hearing back from the service department for days.We call another John Deere service department and deliver it to them. The women was amazed of how great I kept the mower up and told me with out a dought it would be covered under warranty. I then get a call saying that it wouldn't be covered and would cost $1800 to be fixed. My thoughts are you serious? I was told that they would cover half of the 100 dollar diagnosis and the would deliver the mower back to me. Still no contact. If you were in my shoes what would you do? I have lost all respect for the company of John Deere.This not right and will never recommend another product from this company.
