I went shopping and one of the employees approach me in a rude way asking me if I had a kohl's card. I felt discriminatied the way she approach like if I stold something. After I asked her if it matter she walked away with a aditude. Went to talk to the manager and she said that it was a random check and that they do it all the time with the customers. Been to many different stores and never had this experience before with a aditude. Manager said that she's been working for years and they do this all of the time. She apologize to me in front of her employee and her employee was just laughing. I told her that was rude and the manager told me that her employee didn't know how to react. Instead of approaching people with aditude if you own a kohl's card. They need to worry about men changing in the lady's room. When my 14 year daughter was trying out some clothes a man walked in the ladies fitting room and was roaming around. Worst experience I ever been to this store.

My daughter gave me a Koh'ls gift card. Yesterday August 7 ,2026, I went Kohl's Was Meadow's N.Y. I was not allowed to use the gift card because,I had a % off coupon. The gift card is Kohl's money it was purchased at Kohl's.Why wasn't I able to use it with the %off coupon. I wonder how many people are aware of this UNFAIR, Ridiculous service I shall think twice before shop in a Kohl's store again.

I am very upset at Kohls. I tried all day to purchase a few items and the website was glitchy at best. I lost out on an item because it took so long. When I finally placed my order and was about to check out my order was automatically placed. When I checked my order it showed it went through but was going to a shipping address that I had used a while ago to send a present. I called right away and a customer service rep was changing the mailing information and was about to verify payment. She said that my order was flagged and did not go through so I should not have to worry. Before we were done it was cut off and I was automatically directed to an online survey. I gave everything 1's because I was so frustrated. Then I called back again, was placed on hold and when the customer service rep answered she could not "hear" me and hung up. I called back again and spoke to a very crass customer service rep and he told me my account was flagged and that it was at the fraud department because my credit card and shipping address were different. I told him why and I was trying to change it and he said not to worry, it was a good thing and said I would not be charged and that customer service would honor the sale tomorrow. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold. When the manager finally came on he could not help and put me on hold. I was on the phone over 40 minutes waiting. This evening I got an email stating that my Kohls cash came in. My card was charged and is still being sent to wrong address! There is no email to respond to and no one on. It's crap and I will never order from Kohls.com again and I will tell everyone I know!

My card has been compromised and have been on hold now for over 2 hours collectively to try to resolve. Finally after no answer they send me to an automated review system. Really????? The online approach didn't work either. So extremely frustrated and disappointed in the lack of customer service. Amazing they can stay in business if this is how they treat their loyal customers.

Last week I kept getting notice that some man's tennis shoes had been shipped to me. I did not order them and I DID NOT CHANGE MY E-MAIL ADRESS.

I am not happy with the promotion of' buy one get another at 1/2 price'.

Sometimes you just don't need two items or have the money to buy 2 even at a savings.

I rather just get the discount on one item. Doesn't make sense to buy two items and

spend more to save money....CRAZY. I shop many Kohls and find myself leaving with

nothing and go to another store.

I am a shopper at your Wanamaker rd. Store in Topeka Ks since it opened have really enjoyed shopping there until Sunday Aug 26. The store was a mess. And just to clarify I have worked retail I know the challenges. However this day there were clothes on the floor throughout the store and not just 1 or 2 things you actually had to pick stuff up off the floor to get your cart around. Yet employees walking around didn't seem phased or feel obligated to pick up anything. Then came the experience of trying clothes on the changing rooms were filthy were talk fuzz and dirt floating everywhere unfortunately for me I had to try on pants 2 pairs by the time I got done I was literally picking dirt out between my toes luckily my mother had wet wipes to clean my feet. And the women's restroom was even more disgust. I am so disappointed to see this store falling apart in thecity of Topeka we have very few choices for shopping Kohls has always been my priority when friends have let's just go to kc.i do but I have always shopped for my things at kohls

I visited a El paso kohls store today in bassatte center mall .Mind this lady named Charlene who wrks in customer service was very rude .Then spoke to her manger by the name of Sandra it was like speaking to the mall u should HIRE I repeat hire people who are knowledgeable on maintaining a customer to b happy with ur store awful service but it all starts with the manger so that's why this store is horrible

I purchased a Kitchen Aid Mixer in December 2015. I was promised a $50.00 Kohl's Gift Card Rebate. I sent in the required forms and receipt/UPC, but never received the $50.00 Rebate Gift Card. My name is Michael A. Manella. If I do not receive the $50.00 Gift Card, I will send a copy of the Original Receipt/UPC Bar Code/$50.00 Rebate Gift Card Offer to the Oregon Attorney General.

Dear Kohl's,
I find it extremely rotten how your Kohl's cash rings up. It's all smoke and mirrors. I made a purchase of one item, the cashier asked for $27.00 and change, I handed her a $25.00 Kohl's cash certificate and she rang it in and asked me to pay over $7.00 since I paid with Kohl's Cash. The cashier said the computer reconfigured the discount because I used Kohl's cash. I find that a very deceptive and dishonest. You may be saving money Kohl's but to me it is not a good way to do business. Stop all this discount stuff and just charge a fair price for your merchandise. $70.00 for 2 standard pillow cases is ridiculous, it's all smoke and mirrors at your stores.

Kohl's has the worst customer service among department stores! Service is a joke! Their consistent answer is always about what they can not do to help you!! I am so frustrated I am canceling my credit account with them. I can understand why they are having to close so many stores. They couldn't/wouldn't help me with a simple shipping problem. Never had this with any other department store.

Worst experience ever - ordered online and tried to change my address. the system changed by billing address but not the shipping address. I had 30 minutes to call and have this changed but when I tried to call the office was closed. In the morning i called and was basically told too bad there is nothing we can do for you . just go to the old address and pick up your package. it's an iron board (i live in Manhattan and don't have a car)...I was kept on hold for 30 minutes and spoke to 3 different people - all said can't help you. Why let people order online if you dont have any support available

I have been trying to get into my Kohl's Charge Account for (MONTHS) They say I am
doing something wrong. I even had my daughter try. I am so tried of trying and wasted so much of my time I am ready to cancel my charge but it does matter the customer service people. Kohl's has the worst web site to pay your bill. They want you to go paperless, what a joke.

I am a loyal and frequent Kohl's customer and recently had a poor experience with customer service. I left the store feeling very upset after my purchase. I was using a coupon with my purchase and the cashier didn't think the coupon would work and was very rude about it. I was confused and wanted to clarify the situation and she was rude and didn't address my concern or question.

The last 5 times I shopped the Kohl's in Macedonia, it hasn't been very clean. The clothes are all rolled up on the shelf and a lot of them are thrown on the floor. It used to be kept much neater. I have walked out of there without buying anything.

Second time I came out of ur store aggravated. Rethinking where I'm going to be spending my money as Boscovs has the same items I buy regularly,u r just closers to my home, but Boscovs is closers to my work, I would have to do my shopping after work. Last time it was a sale sign for Cuddl duds the sale sign was more than it scanned and after going through 3 people and having 2 walk back to the department 3 times I still had 2 pay the higher price. Today I went for my Lee jeans and all Lee jeans had sales signs,but when I scanned them they came up regular price. I asked the girl in the Department and she was clueless. Customer svc said they couldn't help. In walking out came upon three associates talking and asked them and as usual in this store they pointed back to the back of the store where I had already been and said I could take it up with a manager. Not can I get a manager 4 u or page a manager just the usual pointing out where I could go. This is the usual in this store and the 3 associates went back to b s ing. I just was disgusted and paid regular price. I do my time at work, 11 to 12 hour days in the svc depth of a car dealer and have never not accommodated my customers. When I go out i signed vrey expect being I've done my time at work someone else would do the work not so in your store.this is the store in Middletown, nj signed very UNHAPPY

i am very disappointed with kohls over the past few years. i cannot find current styles in petite. i am in a size 2 or 4 I cannot even find my size. your store was the best place to find fashion petites all i have been is large sizes, left over, i never find extra small sizes on clearance. shoes are the same. i can't ever get small sizes. if there were no small people that go to kohls i could understand why you dont have any. many people depend on kohls for petites. your style are not even good choices. even juniors are small women want to look younger but you dont give us the styles. i never see the ugly styles in any other sections. the choices are slim. i am looking for something to wear for a reunion, i thought that kohls would be the best place to shop. very disappointed

After placing an order March 5th, FEDEX lost my order. Which was fine, but then BAD turned to WORSE. I contact Kohl's who told me to reorder the item, which I did, losing the 30% off I had used as well. Item was received with not issued this time. NOW, try to cancel that order, can't do it. Have to wait for 20 days to ensure FEDEX can't deliver it, item still has not shown up. On March 30 I receive an email from KOHLS stating they are shipping the item again. I contact them to tell them NO, I was already told to replace item which I did and they say nothing they can do. REALLY? NOTHING? What type of company can do nothing. Item arrives, I have them pick it up for return. NOW I am informed I have to wait until item, that I did not want is returned before they can refund my money. Great, it is now April 20 and I have received a refund. But they have decided that all the Kohls cash I used on my order should be deducted from the one item I returned. I had over 60 dollars in Kohls cash I used and my other purchases still on the ticket were in the amount of over 150.00. So why was the Kohls cash deducted from my bill? Why do I have to pay for their mess up and their inability to effectively handle orders? I write an email on my former complaint chain, to receive an email stating that they can't do anything anymore via email that I have to call to fix it. GREAT CUSTOMER support. They whole reason this has gone on so long is because of THEM!!

I just hung up with customer service because I received a broken dish in a set of four place settings from my order I am upset because while the gentleman was polite, he was unable to help me due to "policy." I cannot get a price adjustment even though the dishes went on sale the next day. In fact I purchased four additional settings with order# 5061666459. I cannot get a new dish sent to me either. Which is odd because last year I ordered a mirror from Kohls that arrived broken and custom service sent a replacement within a few days. I would be happy to email a picture of the broken dish as well. To top it all off, I cannot even order a new place setting because they are not in stock. Multiple reviews on the website state that replacements were quickly sent when the dishes arrived damaged.



I placed my order online because I have a 5 week old newborn and am unable to get to the store. Now I have to travel to the store with a newborn to return a broken dish that it is not my fault arrived damaged! Also, had I known I could not get a price adjustment and I have to go to the store anyway, then I would've easily returned all of the dishes to the store for a full refund and simply purchased at the lower cost. What sense does that make?

Returned a purchase made it a little difficult for customer service girl I noticed items were just little cheapier then when I purchased so I asked if I could hacs this price and not just straight exchange anyways eventually it was done and I left and appreciated it left there walked away And the then heard the girl that helped me pass this remark to another to another sales girl " all this for 34 cents and I knew she was talking me and it did not appreciate that it was 74 cents actually and it should not matter the stuff was on sale and it was my money and she should never have passed that remark about customer I did talk to manager because I was very upset I never experienced anything like that before in my life I do a lot of shopping there for my grandson

My daughter made a payment on her and her husbands card at the register and it froze . Cant not despite all documentation get this resolved. Thinking about a lawyer much distress, and time spent and its getting worse

I ordered my daughter's easter dress online at 6 am the Wednesday before Easter, and paid for 2 day shipping so we received it on Friday. Friday came and went and it wasn't delivered. I contacted customer service and spoke with someone who was heavily accented and I couldn't understand. I then spoke to her supervisor who wasn't much clearer although he indicated he would refund the 2 day shipping and I should have it Saturday. Same story on Saturday. Then Monday after Easter same story, only in writing I was told I would have it by the end of the day. Well today is WEDNESDAY and I STILL don't have the item or a refund of the shipping. I've spoken to 8 people, 4 online chats and 6 emails...and nothing! I will NEVER order from Kohl's online again. Its ridiculous!!!
