played mns games for years now cant ever log on repeated online efforts don't work telephone assistance results in an attempt to sell me 200 dollar Norton program that should cot 50 blame my brand new computer when all the computers don't work pretty shabby

I called customer support to reinstate my e-mail account and got Techsaviors. They said that they could take care of that. Instead, I wasted 2 1/2 hrs. on the phone with them going thru my computer and it was to sell me a fix for my computer. I WAS LIVID!!!!! This is BULL-S__T!!!!! That wasn't customer service. Just a bunch of foreigners trying to rip me off. When is MSN going to wake up and realize that if their customers want a security system, they'll ask for it. MSN should provide provide it with the premium service to begin with. I'm sick of MSN. No problem with Google!

can someone advise chris hayes to shut the hell up for just a few seconds during an interview with guests, if he asks the questions and gives the answers then lets the guest respond for 15 seconds why have a guest, he needs to take a college course in interviewing 101, it is call ask question, let the guest respond, and not let the interviewer be the focus but the guest (this is why one has guests)

MSN is using some kind of third party tech support called Elegance Solutions, DO NOT USE THEM, they will rip you off, as they did to my elderly mother, MSN SUCKS!!!!!!

I am traveling in germany with no phone service (thanks Verizon) and after multiple attempts I still cannot unlock my account using my friend's email address.I need to speak to a real person and ask me any question question. Ridiculous!

Why is it that if i ever leave my home computer i cannopt access my email account????????????I am fed up with MSN Microsoft. If i have a "secret" password and i type it in , i expect to enter my personal inbox every time i try. It is not rocket science and i never asked for msn to deny me access ini the name of security. I do not carry my cell phone with me all the time. I shouldn't have to for you convenience. You had better explain this and change it for ever for me. I am at the last micro of patience. since early October I hv not been able to receive my emails over my phone or send any emails! My address is an old msm address when I was with Century Link and they ran out of standard msm email addresses so gave me the letter 'q'. something has not been updated this is the reason I was told I cld not see my internet or send an internet message! Help I need to resolve this, please.

Why did you have to add videos to the side bar of email?? Take it off!!! There are people in my family struggling seriously with cyber additions and this is not helping.

The temptation to look at some of your videos has just exacerbated. Please remove this. It is not the choice of anyone. I know of several other people who are very angry about this. Ads are one thing but videos with poor taste, not fair and hurting families!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have tried to talk to a customer service agent by dialing the referenced phone number. After waiting for over 30 minutes I hung up. How on earth do I get help with a problem. This service is lousy

I'm totally feed up with MSN.com first they alter my e-mail when I didn't want it changed now they change the sight itself and every time I try to contact them. The phone keeps ringing forever till your placed on hold forever. Chat says it's available 24/7 Mon-Sun you just can't use it. Feedback page allows you to write to your hearts content because there's no way for you to submit it to MSN. Talk about stupidity and dumb marketing, in the dictionary it's list under MSN.

When I finish playing a msn game... my ratings do not change, whether I win or lose. My settings were not changed, and when I follow the instructions that Msn provided and restart my computer, and start the game, and when the game is over my ratings still do not change. Can someone help me with this issue.

so pissed right now ... i need to get into my mail and cant because it keeps asking me for code which it only gives 4 numbers and i need 5. all my work is in my msn and i needed to hand it in over an hour ago... hope this gets fixed soon because when it does am moving from msn. only caring about money and not the ppl . see how far u get with that

I to am having trouble with the NEW MSN. Used to just click on it and away I would go. Now I have this "WELCOME TO THE NEW MSN!, All the great stories you expect, from more of the most popular providers, matched with the services you use every day." BS posted in the middle of the page and it is locked up so I cannot use MSN/BING to search for stuff. I guess I will also have to switch over to Google. Not happy.

Thanks to your NEW MSN I am unable to access the website from my work computer anymore. I guess I need to start using Google or Firefox. Why do the 5% of you who think this change is great make it difficult for the rest of us. Been on line waiting for customer service for over 15 minutes. Great!

I pay the $19.95 for premium membership, it is assumable that I can get some support for the issues and problems.
I had it previously, it was suspended w/o notice or request when they re-vamped to the current format. I could not get any answers on the problems unless I re-subscribed, which I did.
(That was a 4 hour excruciating process that made root canal work w/o anesthesia a viable option. The call center people in India kept asking me to subscribe to MSN dialup to resolve it (?!?!?) had me repeat the question multiple time, then referred me to another tech who wanted to remote in but did not understand how to do it on my iMac. It was like a daisy chain on how NOT to run a tech support call-in. After the 5th person and over 4 hours, she admitted she had no clue how to resolve the issues, despite acknowledging that I was a paid subscriber.
The issues;
I pay for ad- free Outlook, but whenever I go to do a new e-mail, an ad for an electrical company in China pops up as the text of the message. I have to hi-light it and delete or hi-light it and type over it. NO MESSAGE TO GO OUT EVER FAILS TO BRING IT UP.
2- The address book shows as empty, but comes up if I go to Bcc a first, then second time. I cannot add any person unless they e-mail me and I capture them as a contact. Worse, I cannot delete anyone at all. So when I go thru the address book, I have to look at several people I was close to, who passed away, and get reminded of the sadness of their passing. Also, persons I want nothing to do with, who still show up as mail options.
I cannot get anyone at MSN to assist in resolving the issues, despite paying the annual subscription, which I believe entitles me to reasonable support. Calls to support center, which I am certain are recorded, will likely never be reviewed so as to instruct the staff on all of the things NOT TO DO w/ clients and customers.
After today's 4 hours of agony and going nowhere except to get me to pay again for premium services (that alone took over an hour to expedite!). I therefore threatened to get my credit company to challenge payments and commit to spending the next several months raging on line at the incompetence of MSN staff.
The logical alternative, as suggested to me by other people who had similar problems w/ Outlook and MSN, is to simply switch to gmail. While that makes sense, I am attached to [email protected], I have had it since 1996 as my primary e-mail.
(Is there even a web location w/ tutorials on how to effectively use the current Outlook?) (there is an "MSN Community" of persons who pick up on issues and give advise. I went thru a week of replies and useless advise that did not even remotely address the issues. At a certain point, the person replying (ZigZag3143 (MS - MVP) simply gave up and stopped any responses.
It is becoming clear why MS is losing market share falling behind other companies. What used to be easy to operate, well supported services and systems, is now turning to sewage.

An MNN email requested I update BILLING information. To do so ONLINE got me in a never ending CIRCLE of attempts to do so on line. The procedure to verify that I am "ME" and not someone else is HORRIBLE. Repeatedly asked to REPETE the process.
Someone must be accountable for such a mess....same happened last year.

I am somewhat cncerned that I will be losing MY MSN at the end of September. I am exceedingly concerned that I will also lose MY FAVORITES bar and the ability to have MY FAVORITES at all. Will the changeover affect any of these? Will I be able to personalize the new site to what I want displayed on it. For example, I don't give a damn about any show business stuff. Please let me know. I have looked at the "Try It" invitation, but none of my concerns are addresses by the "preview."
