I just spoke with Roberto ( hope there is only one). I purchased 300 minutes of air time at the drug store but there was no pin number on the card or the receipt. The drug store was no help and I was quite frustrated.
Roberto asked for the Reference Number on the receipt and other number which were not there. He excused himself for a minute to speak with his supervisor. He returned with a number to the drug store's card call center. After I call the number he gave, within 5 minutes I had a pin number and my minutes. Excellent Customer Service NET10 and KUDOS to Roberto.

I DONT KNOW WHAT EVERYONE COMPLAINING ABOUTI FOUND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO BE VERY HELPFULL EVERYTIME I NEEDED THEM

Ive heard people complain about there customer service but personally i have never had a problem. I called to transfer my number and it was done pretty easily in reasonable amount of time. I cant complain.

Have used net10 for 3years now. I originally started buying a phone for a backup/emergency phone for the car. Then i realized i can save by buying their phones for everyday use because they hassle free. Ya you have to fight with Cs when you first get the phones but that’s expected with every carrier. Im saving alot of money compared to using a contract and im far more flexible now. I have used most of the carriers and i know that net10 is great and comes with min hassle.

I have a feeling that people are much more likely to write their complaints than their compliments. Yes, I had to have a rep repeat himself a few times because of his accent when I called to activate my phone. Big deal. He was very courteous and remained so throughout the call. I was told it could take up to 7-10 days to port my number from my AT&T wireless phone. Within an hour, my AT&T service was disconnected and approximately 2 hours later, my Net10 phone was working with my old cell phone number.

I switched from AT&T because I was tired of contracts that you can't break even though I had constant trouble with my signal. I cannot get a signal in my own office in a large city nor could I get a signal in a hotel where I frequently travel to for work. I haven't traveled with the phone yet, but I have a very strong signal in my office already.

Net10 is a great service. Just graduated college - parents forced me to start paying my cell phone bill. I thought my bill was too high for the amount of minutes I needed so I went to Net10. Pay as you go option available for only $0.10 per minute, however, I decided to pay upfront $200 for 2000 minutes that expire 1 year after the purchase date. I have been very happy with my decision and in fact, plan on staying with Net10 for a very long time. (Plus, I'm saving almost $400 per year compared to what I was spending before!!!!)

I for one have been happy with Net10. I think its also because my expectations are realistic. As with all prepaid companies, they operate in a very competitive environment, trying to offer an extremely affordable service, and as a result have to cut corners in places. I think from this evidence, CS is one of those areas. Luckily you can buy a cheap phone from them, get the free 300 minutes and 30 days and try it out at very little cost ($19.99). If you like it then stick with them, if not then look elsewhere.

have been with net10 for about 8months now, i just had to get a new phone when mine was stolen, and it worked out great, the rep really helped me get everything on track, i got all my old minutes and everything, you normally don’t get such great service with the other carriers. For the price net10 sells its products i say its excellent that they can be such a bargain and still compete with the big guys. and we all know that every carrier has problems, net10 has been smooth sailing.

jonelle, at net 10 has helped me and does excellent customer service..i would recommend her for salary increase and or promotion, net 10 needs more agents like her..she got my phone turned back on after net 10 accidently shut it off..ron in california

I have had such a different experience than all these negative complaints. NEt10 has been phenomenal and I love that I don't have to deal with contracts and being bullied by other cell phone companies that just take my money. Here with Net10 I control how much I spend ( and save) and the service is fantastic!!!!! It's ten cents a minute and five cents a text and I just save sooo much money at the end of the month its almost ridiculous! I love net10 and it works for me!

Well I don't know about the following situations that have been posted, but I've had excellent service and with people who can talk proper english. I guess my problem is that they continue to call with bogus phone calls so you use up your minutes. A little bit of a scam to me, but you sign up and should understand this is more than likely their policy to get more minutes out of you.Until they screw me over, I would tell people to use them.There reasonable cheap and I've had no problems with my phone.Just don't anwser the phone if you don'nt reconize who is calling you.
