I just spoke with Roberto ( hope there is only one). I purchased 300 minutes of air time at the drug store but there was no pin number on the card or the receipt. The drug store was no help and I was quite frustrated.
Roberto asked for the Reference Number on the receipt and other number which were not there. He excused himself for a minute to speak with his supervisor. He returned with a number to the drug store's card call center. After I call the number he gave, within 5 minutes I had a pin number and my minutes. Excellent Customer Service NET10 and KUDOS to Roberto.
