Purchased a new Sonicare online. It came with a manufacturer's warranty. I registered it on-line. Several months later it stopped working. I submitted a claim on-line and at the end a long process was told I had to contact Customer Service. I contacted Customer Service and after a long chat was told I had to send proof of purchase. I sent the proof of purchase. No response for 2 months so I followed-up. Finally got a reply saying my proof of purchase was invalid. I have submitted a claim to the BBB. The Customer Service seems to me a scam.
