I have a Pyle PTA1000 1000W Professional Power Amplifier that I bought on amazon last year Jul 24th to be exact. One of the channels has failed and I actually think it has never worked When we hung our speakers one of them was "scratch" like a radio station between channels. We thought it was our speakers and we lived with it until a week ago when we expected to replace the "defective" speakers with new ones. The problem was the same with the new speakers. Just to be sure we hooked up the "Bad" speaker to the wires that we're fine and the speaker was fine. We are running out of time and we feel that we need it replaced ASAP because we have been actually having this problem since we bought it. We just didn't recognize what the problem was until now. I hope to hear from you very soon. We are quickly approaching the one year mark and we want to have this resolved before then.

He'll I've recently purchased a pyle receiver /3000 /watt receiver
It river and ideas say wth in one month ove regular usage I had A unusual expanse if sounded were I had vol at 25/ and it s ratted mkn a were sound so I turned it off hvnt try ed it since cause all it will allow is power will cm on no production ove music I hve a one yet work nty will they replace my pyle receiver and I won't bee charged right please let me know I hvnt bnn frtunte to hve lasted to my music since this unfortunate MISSHAPPING MY NUMBER TO CNT ME IS

I purchased the Pyle PLDNV66B unit in May of 2015, but June of 2015 the unit started to have issues. I contacted Amazon and they told me my 30 warranty was up, but I had a 1 year warranty also on the unit. I contacted Pyle who confirmed I had a 1 year warranty, but I would need to mail the unit to them which cost $20 and they would fix it and mail it back to me for another $20. So, now I am paying an additional $40 for the unit. I received the unit back after a week and it worked fine for about 2 1/2 months and than stopped working completely. Good new the Tec told me. It's still under warranty. You will need to ship it back to us again and we will repair it for free; Lol. I again had to ship it to them for $20 and add another $20 for them to ship it back to me. Now I am $80 under for purchasing this unit.

This is very frustrating..i bought a portable DVD player and I'm unable to play all the feature that attracted me to the item like the sd card or usb..I've been calling for some assistance in how it format but to no avail..
Your company really needs to improve it technical support system cause right now you people aren't helping

i've just recived my new pyle backup camera and i had some question try to call customer service/ tech support but nobody picks up plus the line dropped 3 times this company needs to make inproovement in order to keep customers happy is the matter fact i'm going to return my purchase and buy it againn from different company,( and you should do the same before your return policy expariers

When I called I got through to someone within a minute, but then got transferred. Then after 15 minutes I got someone in parts. They told me they probably don't have the part I want and I might have better luck buying a generic one locally rather than paying for theirs "which would definitely cost more".
They took my phone number and said they will call back, but I'm not going to hold my breath.
Let's see if they have the part, and if they call me back...

Absolute rip off company. I submitted a Flextreme MP3 player to be fixed. I never got it back. When I try to enquire about the status of my product, I got nothing. Essentially, I paid for a faulty item, sent it back and never saw it or heard from them again. Don't do business with this company. They essentially took my money and the product I purchased. Awful!!

I've come to the conclusion that Pyle's customer service doesn't exist...its more of concept. On hold for nearly 30 minutes of hearing "you are the first in queue". So contacted another department to answer a simple question of "Hey, where can I get replacement parts for PSTMP20?" Redirected, called again after dropping 2 times, no answer in any department --even unrelated ones. Finally get a hold of someone only to have them not know the answer and be redirected to yet another line. Another eternity of hold music and being the 3rd caller in queue for no resolution. After 15 minutes I gave up. I have never experienced such a long wait time for such a simple question, not to mention there was no option for a callback or email to contact. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING, just contact the place you purchased their product and hope THEY have the answer.

No idea what they are doing!!!! sat on hold for 20 min then got someone on the line they messed around for 5 or 10 min then said they didnt know and would transfer me to an expert tech...then I sat on hold for a few minutes and went to voicemail then hangs up...called back went through the same thing and again disconnected...

I bought a couple of pyle outdoor speakers for my gazebo but realized they cant be hooked to an old sony dvd radio box. Is there an inexpensive a/v box with a cd player and radio i can buy. . thank you, Marilyn Lahman

Purchased the marine radio last year. Model plcd36mrw Worked fine for a couple of months. Now not even the faceplate light will come on. Checked all connections and fuse, all were good. After email no one will return a call or email. I'm afraid I am stuck with a pyle of crap.

Hello, I have a Pyle stereo system for the car it has DVD,TV,iPod,GPS,Bluetooth, radio,cd and etc.the laser that play's CD,and DVD is not working,I just came from Best Buy trying to have it hooked up they said I will have to send it out to the company for them to fix the laserso I guess what I'm asking is can you guys fix the laser.

same as the rest.....called "customer NO SERVICE" guy was very flippant. Send back product with $20.00 & we'll repair or replace. No RMA# would not take info. Asked for refund was told No Way. No wonder they don't post their phone #!

I PURCHASED AUDIO DVD From and paid best buy to install. Paid 200 dollars for this service to discover the DV D does not work. I work too hard to waste money like this. I expect to receive a system that is functional. How do I get one.

Awful! Called support number and was on hold for 15 minutes then transferred to voice-mail. Worthless.
