This is the 3rd and last time I will try to get a contract and a new phone on the Samsung website. Nothing works! I went through a whole form accepting my address and went through a whole background check as if I was going to be working for the CIA, to finalise with a Thank you we have your order, processing same day by 9pm and next day delivery. Then I got an email saying your profile is on hold and you need to contact Samsung. The call center is useless beyond belief and don't care, the chat is worse, and contacting them by email is a waste of time as they can't see anything you have done online, so what's the point of customer service? I think this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I was told to call my bank to check my address, I told them I was on the app for the bank on a statement giving them my address. They could not find my address, but I live in the same place for the last 6 years, everybody else can find my address except Samsung. Last time I tried they said it was network provider that couldn't find my address lol, I have been with that provider for the last 7 years. The time before they had a general bug that cancelled automatically all orders.
What I hated in this experience, is that Samsung wouldn't even try, they wouldn't take any responsibility whatsoever to see what the problem was, they wouldn't consider the problem coming from their system nor try to improve. I never had any problems with 3rd party providers or with networks so far, samsung tho just cancel your order no questions asked assuming you are the issue...
Maybe they have too many clients and too much money that they can allow themselves to treat people like dirt as there is high demand, sad.
I gave Samsung 3 chances, dont deserve it, I am officially off the brand that I used to love, gross and disgusting experience. I am out.

SO does anyone know how to fix a Samsung Galaxy A6 phone that has the message problem where it randomly switches from one type message to a different type such as SMS or MMS or Etc which does not allow you to send or will not send messages especially to another Android I know in the past when I first purchased the phone an individual had given me the solution which sadly I can't remember but it was a simple three-step process that fixed the issue but yet I call the experts Samsung and they have no knowledge about the A6 and it's issues with its messages they actually told me to just buy another phone seriously like I have 600 to $1,000 to just buy another phone definitely shouldn't buy Samsung anymore, VERY DISSATISFIED.
The worst customer service I have seen in my life. Dishwasher broke a month after purchase.
The rep is just asking more and more security questions and not even spelling the letters I pronounce. Refusing to get to the point. You know the feeling when you get to talk to someone you just know is not going to solve the (easy) issue? THAT! what a horrible service.
I have a Samsung fridge that it has purchased from the old home owners before my husband and I purchased the house and it stopped working, we have been trying to get in touch with Samsung for the past month and they never called us back nor they never answer their phones, worst customer service ever!!!!
I ordered a Bespoke refrigerator which the delivery team determined would not fit through the doors of my house and gave me info on what would. That order was never unboxed or left the truck with the delivery team telling me it would be returned to Samsung. I placed an order for the 2nd fridge which was delivered successfully.
We are now past 60 days from the original attempt at delivery which did not happen and I have yet to receive the refund from Samsung on the first order. The appliance was lost on the floor of the Samsung local depot warehouse for a little over 30 days, I have done a CEO level escalation which means I just get lots of emails and NO action, the local warehouse staff found the refrigerator still in the box on their floor over 20 days ago and Samsung has yet to process the order return or even consider my refund.
Samsung is selling garage phones starting with the Z fold 3 selling priced at $2000. Now how is it that I have to pay for the screen protector when phone is still under warranty, so they only give you one free replacement, that's crazy what kind of warranty is that this Samsung company is really going down the drain. I will be contacting my lawyer.
I bought a Samsung 970 evo plus 1tb. As soon as I took it in my hands, I immediately realized that there is no quality control. The first thing I noticed was chips on the contacts. I put it under the radiator of the motherboard, turn on the test and voila: the controller warms up to 80 degrees. I was surprised by this, because the same disk, also for a terabyte, also 970 evo plus, under the same radiator with the same thermal pad in the same year, warmed up on the controller in the same test to a maximum of 57. I checked the installation. All right. I turn on the test again and the same thing again. I took it apart, looked at the thermal interface of the radiator and did not see any traces of pressure to the controller there.
I took a ruler and measured the disk. The reason in the photo is that where there is a big gap, it is the controller. The heat sink of the radiator is pressed against the chips, but not against the controller. I don't know if this is due to the curvature of the textolite or due to the incorrectly installed controller at the factory, but this is a severe defect.
Sent this drive directly to Samsung. Samsung stated that the disk should be like that and there is no warranty case here. I don't know what to do with this. I was dumped like a jerk
Hey people. Isn't it easier not to buy anything from these scammers? Let Samsung sell their junk to themselves. Why are we wasting our lives dealing with this company? Let's just never buy anything that says SAMSUNG
The Internet is filled with wild stories of how Samsung, even in cases of obvious marriage, deceives customers and leaves them with their problem.
I bought a french door refrigerator which broke down within 2 months. After the huge runaround with their almost nonexistent customer service, I finally received a replacement almost a month later. It has been less than 2 years and now the replacement has died. Don't bother with the chat. After an hour & a half, all I received was the address for the same tech. I had been constantly complaining about the loud noises it made never receiving any resolution. NEVER BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES
Have been trying to get assistance factory resetting an old phone for a trade in. First person was trying to be helpful but then transferred me to someone else who after not being able to tell me anything new asked me to hold on while they look for more troubleshooting options only to hang up on me. Then tried the text support. Got connected to a human no response all of a sudden connected to new human same thing no response then connected to a third human also no response. Then it shows a wait time of 21 minutes after connecting me to 3 different "humans" whi did not even ask me my issue. Possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
I bought Sasmsung Galaxy 20 FE late last year. It showed some problems in February. I opened a claim with them and they asked me to go to a certified place to check the money. The technician wrote that my phone must have a motherboard problem. I contacted Samsung afterward and Sasmsung asked me to send the phone to them for testing. I have two problems with this, first, they are not offering a replacement to use while they have my phone since I don't have any extra phone to use. No using my phone while it is with them will affect badly my business and my personal life. Secondly, why did send me to certified place if they are going to ask for the phone any ways. I talked to the manager and he didnot help me or anything. This is a stupid policy. Samsung is going down so fast and badly. I recommend that everyone buy insurance or not to deal with Samsung anymore.
We had purchased a new Samsung refrigerator and after it was installed we noted that the water flow from the filtered water dispenser was extremely slow (12 oz/minute). One of the recommendations was to remove the filter and install a new filter. They didn't mention that you have to pull out the refrigerator to turn off the water supply to the refrigerator before removing the filter and consequently, the kitchen floor was flooded. Ultimately, it was determined that we needed a service call for our brand new refrigerator. We were told that we could expect a technician 4 days later before 9:30am and would get confirmation of the appt 1-2 days before the service call. We never received any confirmation and so I contacted them and asked them for the contact number for the service technician. Initially, they gave me the contact information for an appliance repair group that only services the northeastern US (we live in Colorado). Then they gave me a local repair service which does not service Samsung appliances under warranty. Eventually, I realized that they had never generated a ticket for our service and the appointment information I had been given previously was made up. They assured me several times that their service dispatch would be contacting me in the next couple of hours to set up an appointment. They would not give me the contact information for service dispatch. 24 hours later, we still have not heard anything. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Will never buy a Samsung product ever again!! Bought a fridge last October and ordeeed panels to replace colored glass on Beapoke fridge. Ordered in November and have yet to receive them. Have spoke with representative on several occasion and just keep giving me new ship dates. When that date arrives, no panels!! They say they are in stock but nothing... worst company for customer service
Completely worthless. Was having issues with my Smart TV connecting to wireless and decided to call the support number. The rep came to the conclusion that my TV was old (six years) and that that was the reason for the problem; no other solutions were explored. She then spent more time trying to sell me a new TV than she did trying to resolve the intial issue. I got home and hooked my TV up to the ethernet cable to see if a software update was needed, after that my TV had no isues connecting to wireless.
I purchased a Samsung smartwatch3 LTE May 22nd 2022 it failed and I sent it in for service. They said that it had water damage.This watch is advertised with a woman swimming in a pool wearing this watch.Absolute horrible company, false advertising, misrepretemptation and fraudulent presentation. I will never buy another samsung product ever again
They are sending my watch back unrepaired and wanted me to pay for warranty repair
The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never buy another Samsung product again. It has been more than a month and problem is still not resolved.
Also the phone support is terrible, they keep transferring me from to another department that is no help at all and the person on the phone cannot speak clear enough to understand.
I truly dislike this company.
