Samsung support can suck my left nut. They're terrible to deal with and completely unhelpful. I will wrote this review on every single platform I can after the crap service I received on my phone call. They're unhelpful and rude. Don't bother with them

Robotic and unhelpful service. Our washing machine has broken ( zero power..just dead) after less than 6 months of light use. A week after starting the process we still don't have a repair date. The last Samsung product i ever buy and we have any Samsung TVs and phones

Awful customer service, trying to get an issue resolved for 7 months. They keep canceling our ticket number. We have asked to speak to a supervisor 3 times, and all 3 times they hang up.

The absolute worst customer service!!! Has someone in management had to deal with these case managers? First off, the phone system is horrible, it sounds like the reps are speaking to you from under water, there is too much static to hear anything, then you add a thick accent which creates a frustrating experience. Case manager after case manager fails to document conversations, including Julio L, so nothing gets processed and you have start over again, it's like 50 first dates, you know, the movie. Appliances are trash and costumer service is about the same.

Samsung customer service is the worst on earth. We have a fridge with an ice maker that's 3 yrs old. We just moved to our new house where it came with all Samsung appliances. The ice maker worked for us for 3 weeks then stopped making ice. There is no ice build up like I've seen in the videos on how to repair it. We tried everything except for pulling it apart. Called Samsung to get a repair guy out to fix it. Samsung made an appointment. Then minutes later called us and said they have to cancel our repair date BECAUSE, THEY CAN'T GET THE PARTS. It's friggin Samsung!!! And they can't get the friggin parts. I highly recommend never buy anything Samsung ever!!! They were rude and no help at all!!! Now this has been going on for a week. Still no help from the jerks!! Samsung is the worst on every way possible!!! Again don't buy anything Samsung. They do not stand by their products.

Very dissatisfied with Samsung customer service. Called numerous times to resolve issues with Bespoke Refrigerator. Each representative tells you something different. So a month without a Refrigerator and nothing has been resolved. Sealed system has gone up and they are unable to replace the part and Refrigerator cannot be replaced as they are out of stock. A bundle of matching applicances were purchased and now the Refrigerator will not match. Not a big issue but they want to give a credit on Samsung.com. We will never purchase a Samsung product again so a credit is out of the question. We have been trying to get a refund and they are unwilling to do this. It's always, we need additional information. Just don't know what our next step is.

Terrible customer service to warranty a failed refrigerator compressor. Says the compressor has a 10 year factory warranty but apparently if Samsung makes it impossible to redeem the warranty they're off the hook. No one speaks understandable English that I talked to, which makes the process so much more arduous. You couldnt pay me to buy another Samsung appliance again.

Samsung is the worst company ever.

I bought a screen protector for the New Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra from Samsung. The worst mistake EVER. The screen protector does not stay on. You pay $45 dollars and it bubbles up and peals off. When you call Samsung asking for a refund they say no. And I told them it's a crappy screen protector and the Executive Customer care guy told me he knows it's bad but I need to buy another one from Samsung.wOW WOW WOW IS ALL I can say.

I have only had used my galaxy z fold 3 phone for 6 months and while watching a video, the right side of the screen stopped working. The only thing I did was unfold the phone(isn't it what we are supposed to do to use the folded screen?!)
I had also purchased a $100 UB cover so that the phone remains safe. Its spotless no body damaged or anything and yet my phone has a black line in the middle and the right side of the fold screen is dead. The technical support said there was some Pressure that may have caused it and also they can't blame me for this but they will charge me $375 for repairs. What a joke Samsung technical team is. They are all nice and happy on the phone but all they want is your money. Never buying a Samsung again!

Samsung is the worse customer service ever. We purchased a new fridge 2 years ago and now the sealed system is broken. They opened a ticket four weeks ago and still nothing has been resolved. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ????

called so Manny times and so often that after 3 years my warranty was void and I could not get my tablet fixed. I payed for this supposed protection but I could never use it. Now my screen is cracked and they won't fix it.

Samsung has the worst customer service department I've ever delt with. The lack of knowledge to resolve issues is unrealistic. You ask to speak with a customer service supervisor and they don't know anything either. Spoke with multiple reps only to transfered more than 10 times. Horrible

Our dryer came with a little dent in the bottom right corner. Barely even worth mentioning, but when the repair guy came by today, samsung tried to say that little dent is what stripped the panels on the inside of the dryer, that holds the screws for the door. How does a little cosmetic dent strip a steel plate that holds screws to keep the door in place? Now samsung is attempting to say that the dryer is unremarkable, and then it's nothing they will work with. We bought this machine on March, and they're trying to say it's not their problem. Even the tech told the person on the phone that it's an easy fix of replacing the panel that's stripped, and that there's no way that the dent had anything to do with that panel being stripped. Samsung will do anything to not have to fix their garbage equipment.

I talked to Samsung costumer support for parts. I was trying to change the broken part of my refrigerator. The costumer support was not nice. I needed to tell her that can she be nice and try to change the tone of her voice which is bossy. I am a costumer. Dont treat your costumer like a 5 year old child. I am so displeased with how they even handle their costumers need!

All Samsung owners beware! Samsung a so called international company only covers warranty repair is the country which phone was made for c.g. I purchased my fold 4 from Samsung Australia so when I travelled to china and had a warranty issue they require me to post my phone back to Australia at my cost an I am liberal if my mobile is lost in transit!.if Samsung was a true international company they should have directed me to a Samsung service centre in Shenyang china (which rhey do have) but no they would not budge from me having to send back to Australia. Which would mean that I wouldn't have a mobile for at least 4 weeks? Thanks Samsung for all your so called support.

After being run around from place to place my warranty was expired even though I contacted them before it was up. They made me pay for a new device. Very disappointed in their customer service. After my year is up I am done with Samsung. We have been Samsung customers for over 20 years. Terrible way to conduct business.

Warning!!! Do not buy a Samsung if you ever want to have your appliance repaired under warranty!

We purchased a Samsung dishwasher six months ago, it was working fine until it gave us an error code message, and stopped working. Samsung sent a technician out to fix the issue and he told me it should work fine, ran a load only to have the same error message. It has now been two months and 4 Samsung technician visits later and the issue is still not repaired and they will not replace or refund my dishwasher even though I'm still under the warranty period. They keep telling me they won't replace it because the technician can't replicate or find a problem but I'm sitting here almost 2 months later, 4 repairman visits later, with no working dishwasher. I have never experienced worst customer service in my life especially for a product are still under warranty. On my last call with them they told me too bad they're not replacing or refunding the dishwasher!! buyer beware... Even though your product might be under warranty they will not replace or refund you for your purchase, even if they can't fix the problem, you will be left with a broken appliance with zero help from the manufacturer at all!!! I would choose any other brand than Samsung!!!

Horrible experience Samsung, so disgusted with your customer service.
I gave my Galaxy S22 ultra for repair as it wasn't fast charging. I asked for a spare phone and I dint have any phone to use for next 3 to 5 working days. The lady at counter assure me and guaranteed it will be fixed on urgent basis and will be couriered to my place in 2 days as I stay far. After multiple follow ups phone calls which no one answer untill 5pm. I managed to get hold of some one and changed my address so it's delivered at the right place. It was supposed to be dispatched next morning but no one followed up, after calling entire day a guy answered at 5pm saying it's ready for pick up and had no clue it was suppose to be couriered so again after wasting a day it was dispatched the next day in evening so the following morning I should receive the courier which is day 4 by now. After tracking entire morning I see that the courier guy try to deliver but no one home to I needed to collect it when I was home entire day. After calling courier company all morning to my surprise they told me that the unit number on the parcel is wrong hence the guy left. Now it will be delivered next day which day 5 btw. And still without my phone when it was repaired in 1 day. The courier company told me since there is a change in address it will take another 2 working days which means i have to wait the entire weekend without my phone which makes it 9 days without a phone. Pathetic service.

This company's refund process is absolutely atrocious. I've been a longtime Samsung customer for years and I got a Odyssey G9 monitor. This monitor has notorious problems with dead pixels, which I ended up experiencing. To get a repair person to my location took TWO MONTHS only to have the replacement screen have DEAD PIXELS on it. I requested a refund, which itself is taking TWO MONTHS as well. Go the refund code yesterday only to be made aware that it's not working, at which the rep recommended I request a check, which can take up to 10 more days!!! Absolutely unacceptable and just a complete runaround when it comes to their constumer service. A FOUR MONTH ORDEAL to get a solution for a problem they already know is part of their product.
