Very bad customer experience in Malaysia. Purchased a fridge but when receive the fridge door very obvious have few bump. Make a call to the dealer to complaint but dealer redirect me to Sharp customer service. Now complain has bee log more than 2 weeks. Customer service manager and technician never update the status until i have to call few times to ask the status. Sad case is, each time i call they will answer me "not sure by when can get the spare part to replace.. maybe few week and maybe few months.." this is the professional way to answer customer?? I didnt do anything on the new fridge but when deliver it already defect like this. Dealer redirect me to sharp customer service, Sharp customer service giving me unprofessional answer..
This is my first Sharp electrical item and my last electrical item from sharp. Very bad experience ever!
