Very bad customer experience in Malaysia. Purchased a fridge but when receive the fridge door very obvious have few bump. Make a call to the dealer to complaint but dealer redirect me to Sharp customer service. Now complain has bee log more than 2 weeks. Customer service manager and technician never update the status until i have to call few times to ask the status. Sad case is, each time i call they will answer me "not sure by when can get the spare part to replace.. maybe few week and maybe few months.." this is the professional way to answer customer?? I didnt do anything on the new fridge but when deliver it already defect like this. Dealer redirect me to sharp customer service, Sharp customer service giving me unprofessional answer..
This is my first Sharp electrical item and my last electrical item from sharp. Very bad experience ever!

I purchased sharp ac before 1 year 6month back my 1year warranty completed after that I put AMC from sharp service center past 1month 15days before I got some problem I inform to sharp rm and also service center he send it Technician after 15days later only he came and pick it up out door power board and indigatter meter also but almost 20days gone still now know one response

We purchased (2) Sharp Aquos 80", model #LC-80LE650U. These two tv's are in our main board rooms and are only using when we have important meetings. Today, I just received a call that one of them has dark spots on the screen. Very disappointed that this is happening in less than 2 years of having these tv's. These TV's were not cheap and one would expect these at least last more than three years.

I purchased a Sharp microwave on the 20/1/16. It stopped working on the 21/2/16, only a month old & now I am waiting for new parts to be sent down from Sydney so it can be fixed! This will over a week. Why when it is only a few weeks old am I having to get it fixed. Told by Sharp customer service there is nothing I can do & no one that I can escalate my issue too. Very unhappy customer would reconsider ever getting another Sharp.

Bought a TV from best buy first mistake. Lc-50LB371U bought on line best buy shipped it to me u did remove it from for bout 4 wks due I was doing the basement to a place to hide lol just got it all done take tv out of box don't work lines all over the place call best buy they tell to late to exchange it 14 days pass that sucks walmart will give you day on tv. Call sharp they want put a claim in all that bs no time for them to tell me not covered by warranty that bs they should we set up to get one from best buy or we ship you a new when I get it send other one but no they can't do so beware of best buy and sharp will never buy from either.sansung have great product bye bye sharp best buy I will boycott all Web site and smash this TV with hammer n post the pics here I come Samsung beware save your money spend it elsewhere.

I bought a Sharp Refrigerator Model No. SJ-FS79V-BK from Dawar's Open World on 27/07/2015.
After that i complaint about panel display on 12/09/2015 complaint no. 631619 and i was told the panel has to be change, but nothing happened after many calls.
In December we noticed there non-uniform cooling and moisture deposit in vegetable box even though we kept dry vegetable. We complaint about this on 08/12/2015 no 639726, the representative visited and told about defect in sensors, since then about 2 months have passed but nothing happened even after repeated calls. Now the situation is even worst with frosting and spoiling of contents kept in the refrigerator. We want this Fridge to be replaced as soon as possible or we will have to take legal action.
Hope to get reply in 5 working days.

All I want is to contact one of their offices and have a person tell me where I might be able to get a wave guard for my microwave close to where I live and on every number I just get automated services. Isn't there any actual people working for Sharp. Abysmal customer service!

I bought a 70 inch Sharp AQUOS TV, less than one year old and the screen cracked. Warranty does not cover screen cracking. The tv was not damamged by phsysical contact. Warranty claims it was intentional damage and becuse their is no reviews on line demonstrating this is an issue. They will not cover replacement of a $4000 Dollar tv. I do not recommend buying this product or purchasing the warranty which is also a scam.

I purchased a sharp refrigerator 3 years back.Now I found it not working since last few days.I filed a complained in the company's service centre on 28.12.2015 at about 7.30 am in the morning.A service man came after 28 hours ln the next day to attend that.But,after inspecting he expressed his as well as company's inability to solve that "gas refiling work" in the home spot itself and he wanted to lift the machine to the service centre to inspect more and to give an estimate from there.Then keeping in view the urgency I repeatedly requested him to do it in my home as I have seen other company's gas feeling in the home itself.Then the person called over phone one Mr.Anwar Hussain,the manager of the agency who told me over phone that he will try to solve it by next day.But,unfortunately the problem has not been solved till I got frustated on company's service got it solved in home by local technician.Now,in my opinion it is a horrible punishment to have one "sharp" product in home.

Sharp Solar Inverter JH-1600E. 5 year warranty means nothing when it fails at just over 1 year. They said it was a supply problem, but information obtained independently advised no storms, no low voltage, no high voltage. No ther systems in the area effected. Would not tell me what the actual fault was, only advised $300 to fix. Never trust Sharp customer support. Never buy Sharp because of poor customer support of their products. Not worth taking to "Consumer Affairs", as would loose more money than what it cost to pay and get fixed. Sharp in their attitude is acting in a criminal manner.

I am very disappointed with the level of service of Sharp as I purchased 39" LED TV on November 2014, after a few days I have found some problem in the TV, I have lodged a complaint in the month of July2015 somebody has come to my house and note down my problem, after that nobody has response in spite of lot of mail and phone. Now I want to draw your attention to higher authority please at least send a mail whether you should able to solve the problem or left the case as it is.

We had called customer service to report about our led 47 inches being faulty since 8th September 2015. Report nos 29572548 has been issued. A technician named Mr Foo was given. His 1st call to us... without any appointment to our resident but with remark please buy a new TV. ... and the beautiful thing is he never call us again and when we call him... no call pickup. . Today followup call to CS who promise to settle by today... but nothing happen.we were wondering how does the customer service team works after a report no issued. No follow up with technician team to ensure problem has been handle. Open report file but no close file???? Really unprofessional service.....

I purchased a 70 inches sharp aqueos TV @ the brick which frequently freeze to restart it I have to disconnect the cable and reconnected again a sharp technician has tried to fix it I believed that he already replaced the power board with no positive fix to the problem . I paid over &2,500 with the tax plus other charges so it is not a cheap TV .last week I left a voice message to the technician and I am still waiting for a call back.

I brought 8kg washing machine 2013 new, developed panel fault since then non of your agent in Lagos Nigeria could got it done properly, it a piety of time, efforts, money wasted. This is not the products we knew 30 years back.

Im very Dissapointed with the level of service with sharp egypt elaraby group my A.c is dropping water inside my bedroom and i called service from monday 7 9 2015 and filed 2 complaints and no body came to fix the problem despite several calls and complaints

My Sharp AC complaint pending from 12-08-2015. AC not working from 12 August. Customer care disgusting. They just knew few words in reply to your agony,i.e, WE ARE SORRY FOR YOUR PROBLEM, WE DON"T KNOW WHEN AC WILL BE REPAIRED, WE ARE FORWARDING YOUR REQUEST, ARE YOU CUSTOMER OR DEALER, WE ARE MENTIONING HIGH PRIORITY........and so on. In fact they give a damn about your problem and least concerned with your inconvenience. Even their senior have nothing to add except AGONY AND FRUSTRATION. THEY PROMISE THAT TECHNICIAN WILL CALL YOU BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENS. Their workshop people are worst. They come one day and take out one part of the AC then on repeated complaints they come and took out another part of the AC ....this goes on and on as if they are lost in the zigsaw puzzle of the AC and using hit and trial method and practically know nothing.I fail to understand how this Sharp company is running with such incompetent people. Numerous phone calls and emails failed to impress Sharp people

I used to have a sharp video camera. After having to take it for service myself. Then the service provider no longer working on sharp equipment, I finally had to buy new.
Now fast forward 18 years and I have a Sharp Microwave Oven drawer. Purchase it in March 2015 and its bad August 2015. Won't heat and makes a loud noise. We have contacted Sharp and for one week have been given the run around. Provided the documents they requested only to have them request more. There is still no service call set up to repair it. I've looked myself and I don't see any service provider for my area. So I believe they are dragging their feet due to having no clue how to get me service.
Worried about having another Sharp product in my home....and now for good reason.

I'm really very disappointed with the service (read no service) provided by the Sharp people. I registered my complaint(162769) on 12-08-2015 regarding my non-functional AC 1.5tr XP18MV on no 18004254322. On that day onwards I'm calling daily to get my AC repaired on this number and even sent emails at [email protected] but to my utter dismay the same has not been repaired and people attending calls at service center have no clue how to get that repaired. It seems that service center of Sharp is made to give away mock and fake assurances and to fool you by asking you to call local technician who don't have the requisite faulty part of AC and is as helpless as the Sharp has made it's customers.
My Suggestions: NEVER BUY SHARP PRODUCT.

I bought a Sharp 70 inch LED, 240HZ, quattron, 3D, Smart Aquos TV Model # LC70LE735U serial # (upon request). It was purchased on 11/23/2011 for $4299.98 plus tax. About August 10, 2015, approx. 3.5 years after purchase blue vertical lines appeared on the screen and the TV went black. Calls were made to Sharp Corp. They stated to unplug the TV then after 10 seconds plug in the TV while holding the input and down arrow at the same time and advised a K would appear on the screen. Attempts made several times to no avail. I spoke with Customer relations and they advised that it was out of warranty. It was looked at by two companies one being a registered Sharp repair company in my area. Both companies advised that the TV was no longer made and parts were not available anymore. Sharp customer service stated they would send issue up to corporate to get matter reviewed. On 08/20/2015 at approx. 15:15 hours a Brody ID#48233 contacted me and advised me I was on a recorded line to offer a solution. He stated that they would give me a refurbished TV (same) plus I had to pay an additional $1000.00. I advised him that that offer was nowhere close to being acceptable. He advised me that if I didn't accept his offer he would close the case. I told him I didn't want to have the case closed but he said he was the highest person to make the decision and there was no one higher. I told him I didn't believe he was the highest and asked his to have offer reviewed again. He said no. He said he purchases refurbished TV's and the one he has now has lasted 13 years. He said that the TV's now last approx. 7 to 8 years. I asked his for a prorated voucher for the difference in years and he said no. He admitted on a taped line that the TV's are meant to last longer than 3.5 years but would not do anything for me. Final offer was original offer. I told him I wanted a copy of the recorded phone call and to be added to any emails to higher authorities. He said no. I told him I have (2) 32" RCA tube TV that has lasted 25+ years with no repairs still being used in my home. I advised him I was going to be making contact with any and all groups to let them know how poor Sharp is with their customers and how poorly they back their products if a problem occurs. No solution was reached. I will never buy another product with the name Sharp on it. Neither should anyone else. I will not be silenced. The conversation lasted anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes. After reviewing other complaints, This offer appears to be the same M.O. Refurbish and charge customer additional money.

I bought a sharp 65" TV (Model LC-65LE645U) in May,2015, now it's only August,2015. I am so frustrated. Yesterday the tv started to shut down and turn on itself. Now it always stay on black screen with red SHARP sign. It doesn't work at all by remote even the bottoms on back of the TV. I purchased it from Paul's TV, called their customer service they never answer the phone. Then I called the Sharp Warranty, they asked me to do some useless tests like unplugged and re-plunged it and etc. Then they said will send somebody come over and check. I will receive a phone call for arranging the time. Well I never receive the call. Later I will try to call them again. Never think SHARP they are doing this bad, won't buy any sharp product again.Waste my money and time!

According to Brody in Customer Service some defective products do slip by Quality Control and my defective new microwave out of the box, happened to be one of them. Also, told by Brody that you should test the product before it is installed to make sure that it works. As I bought the microwave new from an appliance store and the lights on the front panel were working I assumed it would work - I was incorrect. Paid $149 to have microwave installed with an additional cost of $189 for a trim kit and $189 for microwave. Since microwave did not work, it had to be removed. To have a second microwave installed it would cost me another $189. So far I'm up to $550 for. Sharp refuses to send a rep out to reinstall or reimburse my the $149 installation fee. I will not buy another Sharp product, buyer beware.
