I am finding great difficulty to reach you.

I bought a sharp vacuum cleaner from Bahrain agent 2 months ago. on the first day we found out that the machine give electric shock on the body. so we took the brand new machine to service center in Bahrain. it took more than a month for sharp Service Centre in Bahrain to accept responsibility.

Mr. Joyl, manager service Centre in Bahrain communicated with head office about the problem. According to Mr. Joyl,the head office replied accepting the case but didn't provide solution.



Mr. Joyl suggested to replace the machine with a new one.

we took the new machine home to find out that it has the same problem. when called Mr. Joyl again, he refused to accept the machine back and suggested we contact head office.



we called Mr. Kumar, Manager of Bahrain office, accepted the case but he said that he has no authority to deal with such cases, and suggested to contact Mr. Robin on tel.

I tried to call Mr. Robin several times and left messages for him to call me, without success.

I have the machine which I cannot use because it gives electric shock. I paid for something that I can never use. this only give doubt about quality assurance system for a popular brand like Sharp???????

Terrible Service. Incompetent Employees. Do Not Know Proper Information To Transfer To Right Department, Didn't Really Know Much At All. I Was Juggled Around And Got Zero Help From Anyone After Relaying Information Three Seperate Times To People With Thick Accents You Can Barely Understand. This All After Waiting On Hold For Over A Half Hour.sharp, Get Your Employees Educated And Change The Way You Handle Your Customers And Services, It Was Truly Pathetic.

Terrible customer service. I will never buy another Sharp tv. Our 70 inch went out onn June 13 after 11 months so it was still under warranty. It's July 16 and still no tv. They have been less than accomodating. I've had good experiences with Samsung customer service and will get a Samsung - or any brand other than Sharp - from now on.

After 2 weeks of trying to resolve issues with my second dead Sharp Aquos in 4 years, Carl in "Customer Service", who was very proud of being "over" the rep who asked me to contact him, said, "NOBODY GETS PAST SHARP CUSTOMER SERVICE."
There you have it. Never buy Sharp.

Sharp customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life.I bought a 1.5 ton Inverter AC and since then I have trouble and nothing else.The sharp Technicians dont have any idea about the functioning of AC.Only thing they know is how to install and service it.Every now and then AC stops functioning and then I have to call Sharp.Very first day the outdoor unit stopped working and was replaced then.After that there was cooling problem with the indoor unit as it was not cooling as much as my previous LG 1.5 ton AC was doing.They fixed cooling problem and it worked for some time.Now the indoor unit has stopped.Technician came and found that Indoor unit fan motor has gone faulty.This is ridiculous.I have never had so much issue with any of the other products that I am using.I was fooled by the sharp dealer to go for a Sharp product.I will never ever recommend Sharp to anyone

I purchased a TV from a retailer in Dec.2014. I notified them within two weeks of a problem. It is now May, 5 months later and I still have a broken TV. We requested a refund from Sharp a month ago but was told we couldn't get one until a new mother board was installed. That was done last Friday and the TV still doesn't work. The TV shuts off at random times and the only way to get it to turn back on is to go to our basement and flip the breaker. The "repair service" actually told us to just unplug it and plug it back in...like that is the normal operation for a Sharp TV! And the TV is mounted on a custom made cabinet that is bolted to the wall. The only way to "unplug" it is to take the 60 in TV off the wall. We have made countless phone calls, waited for days and days for calls to be returned, made arrangements 5 times for various repair folks to be in our house all with no resolution. Yesterday I was told by customer service that the refund (which could take 3-5 weeks, or 2-3 weeks, depending on who you talk to and which story they decide to tell) could not be processed because the invoice that I sent them 2 months ago, that was given to me by their retailer, did not say "Paid in Full". It was "Paid in Full" on the day that they delivered it and it did not take 5-6 weeks for them to take my money. I am beyond frustrated. I will never buy Sharp again, and I am not calling customer service again. My next call is to a consumer protection attorney. If anyone from Sharp actually reads these posts they can look up my case-

Sharp support for my Aquos LED TV wasn't bad, it was terrible. Not only could they not give me the solution for 'easy setup' for my new TV, the last person told me it was my cable company's issue (and she was condescending too). I did call Comcast and even though they could not believe it was a cable issue, they spent 10 minutes on the phone double checking and they were nice about it. How about that,even a cable TV support person was way nicer than Sharp's support service.

Sharp service is the worse. I purchased a brand new 65 in aquos tv and it froze 2 months later after doing a firmware update. I called and put in a claim. I have called back 4 times and they still have no solution for me. It has been almost a month and they just keep telling me to be patient. I will never purchase a Sharp again.

70 Inch Sharp Quattron Smart TV promised much and delivered poorly. Going onto my 3rd replacement each suffering from major problems. Do not except refurbished LED TV's since they are not tested thoroughly Insist on New or cash back and move on to something else. I had high hopes for Sharp!

Our tv become changing the colour and it was struck and become blur so we complent three times but your team membars are not came to repar it so you want to come quickly and repar our tv we have warrany card also

I purchased a Sharp microwave oven. After 8 months is started sparking causing a fire hazard. Customer Service keeps giving me the run around and each customer service rep gives me a different story. One said - send photos and we will replace it. Another said since it sparked, I am being penalized for "improper use" because bacon should not be cooked in their units. When I called back hearing that nonsense, they apologized and promised to ship a new unit on April 9. I called back this morning, and they never shipped the unit. They need something in writing to DEMAND RESOLUTION. I called Sharp HQ asking for the person responsible for oversight of returns in Mahwah and they haven't called back either. Not too interested in customer service and poor communication within the company.

Our 70 in Sharp tv quit working after less than 2 years old. We bought the warranty from Best Buy, what a joke! A repairman was sent to the house, we were told it is not fixable. They will give us $700.00 for a $1800.00 tv. Customer service is awful. Do not buy a Sharp tv or the extended warranty!

Extremely low efficiency!!
My TV stopped working two months ago, and so far I've called Sharp custom service 6, 7 times, every time I called just because I've been waiting too long, they always say some review or getting update from parts department takes N days and they will contact me afterwards, but I NEVER got contacted within N days, I have to call again and just to find out that they just started working on my case, people from SHARP custom service and custom relation department NEVER keep their promises! if they say it takes 10 days, actually it will take 20 days! you need to keep calling to PUSH them doing their job! If you've bought a sharp TV, you need to pray it never break!

I have never experienced such bad service. I bought a new Sharp microwave drawer, which within a month smoked and stopped working. I have called numerous times and after prmises of calls back, have heard nothing. It seems impossible to enforce the warranty. I will never buy another Sharp product again and will caution everyone I know about their poor management and service.

I bought 1.5 ton AC last year and it stopped working before its warranty period end. Technician has come couple of times but he could not identify issue leave alone fixing it.

I burchase a washing mschine from sharp Egypt and i asked the customer service to send me a thec to activate the waranty my date was yesterday and they ignore me when i called them back they informed me that they will come tomorrow or the day after .very bad customer service

I purchased a 55 tv and out go the box it did not work I spoke to a service rep who sent out a tech to look and in less that 5 minuets I was told I needed a new tv. That was about 7 weeks ago a still the tv is in my home. Your customer service sucks and I'm sure that is nothing new to you mainly because you do nothing to make it better. I will make sure that I tell everyone I know NOT to buy any Sharp products.

I purchased a 60" Sharp Aquos Smart TV back in 5/2014 which had horrible wifi reception. After several bouts with tech support they finally sent repair to my home in February 2015. The repair person said the TV needed to be replaced. I opened up a case with Sharp for replacement and after a month of calling over 20 times, still don't have a replacement TV. Every time I called I was given the run-around and even lied to. I cannot believe the such a huge company like Sharp Electronics can run their company like a mom/pop shop! I am outraged....

I have bought a $1100 microwave from sharp model# kb6524psc and it is not heating after 7 months. I called sharp to get a technician come and it has been 3 weeks and a dozen of phone calls to sharp customer service and still waiting for that technician to come. This is ridiculous and outrageous. This is the worse customer service I have ever seen. I would have expected more for a high end product.

I recently brought a Sharp TV and it did not work as it meant to be. Sharp has agreed to send an engineer out to have a look at it on 6th March. I was also being told that the engineer would call first thing in the morning to confirm the ETA. I called Sharp and spoke to Chris at 9:40 on the day. I asked him what is the standard procedure - if the engineer would call all customers first thing in the morning to let them know roughly in the morning or afternoon; or if the engineer would only call when he is on the way to my property. Chris replied that "the engineer will call when he is under a safe environment. I cannot ask the engineer to break the law." I said "I totally agree on that but I am just asking you what is the standard procedure" He replied "I already provided an answer to you a few times, the engineer will call under a safe environment." During the conversation, Chris did not even allow me to ask the question properly and I told him that "can you please let me finish" and he said "I have to stop you here because I have already provided an answer for you". This is absolutely the worse customer service I have ever had.

The worst thing is, when the engineer finally called, he said "I don’t have the parts with me to fix your TV. Therefore, I will have to write to the company that they need to order new parts and ask someone to contact you to rebook the appointment". I appreciate that the engineer informing me about this instead of coming to the property and pretending he has fixed the TV. However, this is so unorganised and I cannot believe that I have wasted a day because of Sharp being extremely unorganised. VERY POOR!

This company has a terrible customer relation team. Nothing gets done they do not return phone or anything. I will never purchase anything that said sharp on it.

I called this morning and this was a completely painful process. I needed to go through 3 connections to get to my intended end point after each took 5 minutes to gather information. While on hold the music was irritatingly loud and at the end I was asked if Dover Delaware was close to Washington DC (what?!) to provide a servicing location. Note: I just spent 30 mins on this call hoping they would sent out a servicer. Argh. Sharp didn't sound so sharp. This company needs a customer service overhaul.

Bought a brand new Sharp LCD TV GJ221-R and from the start I have complained that it just does not look clear and sharp. In fact my 21 inch color tv by Toshiba looks better at a fraction of the price. No help yet.

Looking for any information and specifications about this product or similar products such as the following... (to buy a Sharp blu-ray player/writer) -- SHARP AQUOS 1TB BD-W1600 -- and it is imposible to find anything - it's as if this product never existed... My TV is sharp aquos, I wanted my Blu-ray to be the same... Now I have to go look at Panasinic Blu-Rays... Bagake...!!

Purchased a Sharp Aquos TV from Best Buy on 1/31/14. It stopped working on 1/5/15 just before the 1 year warranty. Took it to Best Buy, they said contact Sharp directly for warranty. Contacted Sharp on 1/15/15, they sent a repair tech on 1/22/15. Repair tech said the power board was blown out and that Sharp no longer makes the part to fix it. Filed all the information with Sharp for "review board" to review our case, said it would be two business days. 5 business days later and daily phone calls, Sharp said today that the "exchange" is approved and that they would send out a newer refurbished model TV, but they have none in stock right now and don;t know when they will receive any more. So basically for your one year warranty, you get a refurbished (which means one that was returned and repaired) TV as a replacement, but not until another 50" similar model comes available. Wow, will NEVER buy another Sharp TV again!!
