Agree with the last comment... Ordered 12/5, credit card was charged, but order never received. No follow up or response from Shutterfly. Extremely disappointed.

I have been a long time customer of Shutterfly up until now. I placed an order for photo cards on Dec 6th. I received confirmation that I would receive my order on Dec 13th. I waited for as long as I could (today is Dec 23), but it was important for me to have my photo cards delivered to family/friends by/before Christmas day. I never received my order so I reluctantly opted to purchase my photo cards elsewhere. When I finally connected with a Shutterfly customer service Representative, I was informed that I would need to wait until I received my order before I could be issued a full refund. Getting a delivery date from the CS Rep was like pulling teeth! She finally told me if I didn't receive my order by Dec 25th, to call to discuss the possibility of getting a full refund. I always order my photobooks/photo cards from Shutterfly, but I'm seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered a blanket on December 2nd after a week they gave me a refund and said the order had been canceled and there was no info behind it so I ordered another blanket of better quality and half the price off collage.com and today the shutterfly blanket decided to show up and charge 100$ out of my account out of nowhere and when I asked about a refund they said they had no idea but couldn't fix it gave me a "humble apology" then ended the chat

Calendar arrived with most of the photos sideways or cut off. Piece of crap. Obviously I did not do the layout that way, and the preview looked fine. Will never order from shutterfly again.

They out right lie about shipping dates. They say the package shipped December 4th and it has not been recieved by the post office on December 17th.

When you are in the business of printing Christmas cards, it goes without saying that the customer needs to RECEIVE the cards early enough to mail them so friends receive them BY CHRISTMAS! So, meanwhile I've had to have Walgreen's print cards for me. Those are in the mail and STILL the Shutterfly cards ordered on NOV 28th have not arrived. Completely unacceptable.

I wish I would've came here first. Same complaint as 99% of the reviews. Ordered several items. Haven't received them in the timeframe Shutterfly suggested. Can't get a hold of customer service. Shipping updates are nonexistent. Complete waste of time and money

Shutterfly customer service is AWFUL!
My wife and daughter ordered Christmas cards the same day. My daughter's arrived in 3 days!

It has been over 20 days and ours are not even showing a delivery estimate! They are time sensitive items.

It is impossible to get ANY HELP. The cards obvs need to be sent by us by the 12th.

I want to make an annonomys complaint about people not wearing masks right, there is a man in the cards department who wears a mask shield that doesn't cover his mouth and its concerning me and the safety of i and others. Some people take their masks below their nose or completely off. Ugggh.

When checking out the order just went thru. I saw the outrageous shipping charges and backed up to cancel order. And it went thru anyway. I never gave them my card # or anything. This is wrong. I should be able to cancel at any time. I want my shipping costs back.

I am very upset ! I ordered a print Last night at 10pm and I want to cancel my order with in 12 hours (10am). If this print won't be so expensive I would be okay but it's costly and when wrong size! I chat people would help me and your customer service is close due to it being Sunday! I don't want to receive this painting! I would like a refund !

Do not ever order a mug from Shutterfly. They sent it with no box, just a stryofoam outer shell. The handle was cracked. Any one with half a brain knows fragile items should always have two layers of protection. The styrofoam cube should have been inside another box with crumpled paper or bubble wrap between them.

I ordered Christmas cards on 2 Dec. It shipped on 6 Dec for a delivery of 8 or 9 December. It is now the 11th and I still do not have my package! Requesting a full refund due to inconsistent delivery methods. Don't offer free delivery if you can't have our delivery here on time!!!

Recording says to call back during NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS and that's the only time I call. There are so many other photo sites out there, I'm about to go somewhere else!

Hi! I did Ordered my last order photos size 57 but it turned out to be 6 which I received yesterday in an orange box.And also some of the copies which I didn't order came out also. Iam very disappointed!

I was just on the phone for 33 minutes and was cut off!!! You advertise free ship over 49 bucs but shipping didn't come off...I used a 40 percent off then noticed you had 50 percent plus 25 percent on cyber Monday but I couldn't get that neither!!! Getting frustrated...

I have tried every way I know to get a LIVE person to see why I have not received my prints order which seems to have been shipped on April 3rd. Order

This is only my second order with Shutterfly and it may be the last as I had the same problem with my first order. I waited 3 weeks that time and finally Shutterfuly shipped a second one. There should be an easier way to talk to someone.

My daughter emails me photos through the Shutterfly site and in the past I have saved them in my Shutterfly account and printed them through Shutterfly with no problem at all. Today I can view them through her email but when I try to sign in to Shutterfly through her email, it does not let me in. I even tried changing my password but it keeps going back to the screen with two options: sign in OR download. What is the problem here? I received absolutely no help at all trying to reach someone through your number you list. Frustrated!!!!!

They suck! They offer coupons but then the shipping gets doubled! I placed an order and they said the order doesn't exist. Then when I ask for help they tell me to check my bank statement. Hmm, duh! I checked my account and saw that the charge cleared! They apparently charge your account as if an order was placed, but supposedly thats you just saving your credit information to the website and then your supposed to get your money back, makes no sense!

Shutterfly gives the worst customer service ever, have never experienced representatives hanging up on me on all four calls I made. Also the coupons that old Navy is giving out from shutterfly is a scam. Does not work. Totally unacceptable
