I would like to commend Ariel and Sean in customer service department for being so helpful today. I needed assistance in placing an order online for photo books and both employees went out of their way to help me. Both were very courteous and patient with me as they gave me step by step instructions for placing my order. Congratulations Shutterfly for wonderful employees and terrific customer service during this most stressful time of year!

I'd like to take the time to thank Rochelle employee 10113048... for her professionalism she took such a calm approach with me when I was feeling very frustrated and calmed me to the point we were both laughing, she made the process so much less stressful for me She also offered to follow up with me since you systems were down. I want to give kudos to Paul who helped me tonight via website chat. He helped me with an accidental duplicate order and helped me cancel it in just a few minutes. Very appreciated and I have always enjoyed my experience with Shutterfly.

I spoke with Kerry yesterday about my needs with my Shutterfly book. She was absolutely excellent in helping me.
I told her she was probably the BEST customer service person I have ever spoken with across all companies in years.

Though I had an issue with a recent order, it was resolved with 2 outstanding Shutterfly agents: Tammara and Francisco. Both efficiently handled my complaint and corrected the issue. They understood the problem and both set forth to correct it. In additional to giving them the highest rating, I'd also like to suggest that SHUTTERFLY speak with their quality control department. Had SOMEONE who was working on my project paid any attention to what they were doing, I would have NEVER had to reach out to SHUTTERFLY with a complaint. PAY ATTENTION, PEOPLE!

On Sunday, I ordered a book. I noticed I made some errors . On Monday, I called and spoke with VANWAYNE. He was a delight to work with. He was polite, understanding and patient. He corrected all the errors for me to my satisfaction. He is a credit to Shutterfly. Please acknowledge this comment and share it with him.

I spoke with a Customer Service Representative named Tamara. I had several questions related to using Shutterfly, and she was able to answer ALL of them. She knew the product inside and out, and had only been with the company for a year! She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. It was an AMAZING experience! She showed me things I wasn't even aware of that would help me a lot in putting together my photo book. That was a phone call well worth while, and I thank Tamara for all her help.

My husband and I's first experience to create a greeting card and have received the much-needed assistance from Neal Iverson of your Support Group. He had a lot of patience with us and was very, very helpful. Taught us how to navigate the system and assisted us on how to even create our birthday card nicer and better for a special friend. As promised he even called us back to help us out. The system also made a mistake with the amount charged and Neal corrected it. What a great guy Neal was; we were very lucky to have him and we appreciated him so much. Forever thanks to Neal Iverson.

January 15,2020 First time customer.
Today I received my photo album as promised. When I unwrapped to review the album, the cover of the book had was defective. I called your customer service department and your representative ( SHANAYA )resolved the problem very professionaly.
With the defects that were on the cover it would have to be replaced.
I was assured I would be receiving a new book very shortly.
I want to THANK (SHANAYA & Shutterbug for this excellent SERVICE !
