I had never felt so discriminated in my life.

Ardmore oklahoma 12th st. The employees all smelled like Marijuana very strong. They whispered back and forth about all the customers they sleep with (not their words).the lady in the red supercurs car (owner I think) was more worried about ol man would find out about her boyfriend or the guy from Texas she met in her chair a few months. Had my daughter and her boyfriend with me and 15 minutes of waiting and one trip to the bathroom I'd heard enough. Best/worst haircuts I don't know. Everyone was more worried about smoking something and sleeping around

My haircut was terrible. During my appointment I told the hairstylist my haircut looked uneven. She "checked" several times. And I still told her it wasn't even. At the end she told me to come back if it was uneven. If she was so sure it was even then why mention to come back. Fast forward just over the "7 day policy'. I went to style my hair and surprise it was completely and clearly uneven. I called the store. The woman said she could work with me if I came in on Wednesday. It was Monday. I told her I worked. I was a working mother (so my hair isn't styled everyday) and my husband is active duty for the army national guard and our schedules are pretty booked. I told her I could possibly come in over the weekend but my husband is on call and I might have our infant which would make a haircut difficult. In order to even get the original appointment we had to book appointments back to back so someone could be with our baby. It was a unusual to have the same day off and made our appointments the day of. So now I'm stucked with a terrible haircut and I will never go back to Supercuts again.

So I have shoulder length hair and asked for a blunt Bob and frindge... it's so boxy and blunt but not in a good way, it's wonky.I have long bits and short bits, first time ever I am actually embarrassed to go out!!!!!

My stylist in Queen Creek Sandra, did not show for my appointment. I was told she would be out until 16th. As i thought we were friends and me being a regular in the salon,I texted her. She stated she and all her family have covid. This was a shock to me and the stylists as they weren't aware. This establishment has endangered many people with no regard for the seriousness especially for someone 71. All clients she saw in the last week should have been notified immediately. After i left the salon I got a horrible text from her saying I got her in trouble. Super Cuts is not following CDC protocol. I for one will never return. Not dure what my next step will be. My wife had her long beautiful hair to be trimed by styles at super cuts in Moncks Corner S.C. what a botched up job styles must have been blind.

Yes I was in the Dunedin store today and the man who was working with a very nice lady named Kathy was the most rudest and inconsiderate person I have ever met . He embarrassed Kathy so bad and took all the customers that walked through the door!! I really think you need to reconsider who you have working for you .....well I don't think I'll be back again and I heard a few other customers say the same thing .well if you get rid of that idiot I just might be back but just for Kathy to cut my hair

Appalling haircut. Booked over the phone on Thursday for a haircut Friday. Was booked in for 9am. With a stylist (I use that term very loosely). I asked for just above shoulder with lots of layers. In between telling me about her day from hell on the previous day her smear test (too much information), broken down car and her personal trainer (who I can say she clearly didn't get on with) the stop start of cutting my hair in between her talking and the lack of attention to detail meant she had literally left my hair with no shape and an uneven cut. As she was cutting my hair with little attention to what she was doing I gave her the benefit of the doubt and tried to comfort myself by asking how long she had worked there- she told me 8 years, at this point I hoped for the best. It was only when I got home I realised the extent of how bad it was. The back of my hair was longer than the front and no weight taken out of it, looking more like a mullet than anything else. I had to call a professional hair salon who very kindly came to my aid that day and tried to rectify the mess that had been made of my hair. They in fact were not shocked by the really poor haircut when I told them where I had been. It subsequently cost me an additional cost of £30.00 to the initial £38.50 I had paid. Also to be told that my hair had been hacked off and they had never see such a poor cut. She also found original few strands of hair that had been missed (five or so inches longer). I will never use super it's again nor recommend you to anyone. This has caused me great stress over the week as I have ended up with an even shorter haircut than anticipated as the second salon had to cut even more hair to try and shape and even it out. This message is also being posted on social media in order to warn people not to take the chance of a cheaper haircut with a wholly unprofessional hair stylist.

I got a haircut from a lady at Supercuts in San digo who spoke of her live in boyfriend having Covid19. She also mentioned she was NOT vaccinated!! Why are your employees not required to be vaccinated? Tomorrow California opens up. I am at risk, and because of YOUR LACK OF DUE DILIGENCE, I will never return to Supercuts again, and will let others know of my experience.

What is the point of scheduling an online appointment at the Litchfield Rd & Waddell location if the employees, specifically Lisa doesn't honor your time? I booked an appointment for 6:30, when I was checked in it was 6:35 and Lisa told me there were 2 or 3 ahead of me.

What are your covid rules??
I made an appointment, but when I arrived I had to wait because they took 2 walk ins!!! Rude!!!
I was nervous sitting and waiting so I had to stand outside in the wind
I think my stylist is great and this was not her fault

Went to shop 3x on Saturday. 2nd visit I scheduled an appointment for 3:30. Went back at 3:30 was informed there was 4 people ahead of me and it would be 10-15 minutes. (Only 3 stylists working) I asked if my appointment and 3rd visit to the shop meant nothing? Was informed she didn't know why the appointment was made to begin with (?). I asked how long I'd need to wait for this appointment time and was told 10-15 minutes max. Long story short, I was called back to the chair 45 minutes later. My cut was done by the mgr. who didn't spray the hair. Cut it dry in about 8 minutes. My "appointment" was for a brow wax as well, that was less than 3 minutes. Total time in chair and paying less than 15 minutes after waiting 45 for my appointment. My hair is a mess and not anywhere close to the photo I provided. Ironically it's amazingly the same look as the other 3 ladies in front of me. None of which were happy with their results.
The manager spent more time photographing a highlights clients hair results than she spent on any of her next 3 cuts.
Sign in shop and out front offered warm towels with cuts. Not one client received anything ... we were ushered in / out no small talk no consultation on what we wanted ... overall a wasted day with extra mileage for a horrible cut from an overworked stylist with a could care less attitude. My third cut at Supercuts with 2x unsatisfactory results. I'm done with the chain ... now I get to wait a few months for this mess to grow out. Thanks for the extra mileage, wasted day, broken appointments, inattentive service and un performed promos. Just how I wanted to spend my only day if the week off.

To Whom it may Concern:

I am writing to you to share my experience at your Sparta location on January 28th. I have been a customer at Supercuts in Sparta since they opened. I go to the salon every two months and up until last week I have always been pleased with the service I received. On January 28th, I went to Supercuts for my usual appointment: wash, color, and cut. After my hair was washed, I needed to use the restroom. Mckenzie, the manager, who has also styled my hair for years, told me I could not use the restroom. I explained that I am a frequent customer, and that I am 78 years old and that when I need to go, I need to go. She once again denied my request. She was rude and not compassionate at all. At no point was I told that I would be unable to use a restroom. When I called to make my appointment, this was not mentioned, when I entered the salon, nobody communicated this to me. There were no signs anywhere notifying me of this. Had I known this, I would never have made the appointment. I ended up leaving the salon with wet hair in 10 DEGREE weather because I needed to use a restroom and could not wait until my hair was done and was being denied the right to use the bathroom on the premises. I am incredibly disappointed and shocked at the way I was treated. To allow a senior citizen who has been a regular customer for years (one who always tips generously as well) to be treated this way is terrible business practice. I am writing to make you aware of this incident and because I want to know if this is a new policy or if this is just this store. When I go to a supermarket or restuarant, there is always a restroom available for customers. I am astounded at the way I was treated. I would appreciate a response to this email. Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,

Anna Gonzalez Sanguinetty

I'm a very angry guy with the Supercuts located at Sunrise Plaza 6895 E Lake Mead Blvd Ste 4 Las Vegas NV 89156.

I made an appointment for 12:30 PM today. I know that doesn't mean I just walk in, set down, and get my hair cut at 12:30. Appointments are intended to control the number of people that can be served at any one time.

Having said that, I went into the shop at 12:30. One of the ladies asked me if I had an appointment and I said yes, at 12:30. She looked a little angry and checked the computer. Another lady came out and the First Lady showed her the computer screen with a look of "Really?". The second lady said, did you make this apt on line?? I said yes I did. Neither of the ladies looked happy. The second lady said there would be a delay and asked me to come back in about 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, I went back inside the store and see a new guy sitting in the chair waiting to get his hair cut. The ladies again said there would be a delay and to come back at 1:00. I left the store, got in my car, and drove home.

I felt soooo bad and soooo badly treated. I'm a little at a loss to put this into the proper words. It was hurtful and humiliating to go though this. Is it because I'm a 65-years old guy and they don't like cutting old guys hair? Is it because the new guy waiting was much younger than I was so I can wait because old guys have nothing to do anyway??? I will likely never know.

I have been getting my hair cut here for most of the 20 plus years I have lived here. Now I will have to find a new place to go and I guarantee you, it won't be a Supercut store.

I went to Camarillo location and waited a friend of the hairstylist showed up and she took him before me. In Spanish she said come on friend he can wait. I as a twenty year customer resent that. About 1:30 Wednesday. My Spanish is excellent and she didn't know that

The absolute worst haircut and service. I went to Supercuts 10/6/2020 in Stowe pa. My hair is uneven, my bangs actually look like a child cut them and instead of washing my hair the "stylist " used spray bottle. Yet I was charged for wash and cut. She also waxed my eyebrows and literally ended up going to another place same day because she didn't remove any hairs let alone not shape them. I spent $52 and I should have just thrown money out. I will let others know how terrible my experience was. I should be reimbursed. I couldn't see the actual damage to my hair till I washed it myself and looked in mirror to the uneven and unbalanced "style " I received
