Had a very unprofessional young girl working at the East Haven, Ct Supercuts wish our President death after hearing he is now positive for Covid....my family and I will no longer patronize any Supercuts in the State....you know anyone is Entitled to their beliefs politically but that statement was downright evil, and I won't let that mindset contaminate me.

My wife and I were horribly treated by Hanna at the Bee Cave location. She had a terrible attitude and appeared to be angry when we arrived for our appointment. She did a terrible job on our hair and did not appear to be following Covid-19 safe precautions when she used unclean and unsanitized clippers And abraded my neck. I notified Supercuts a week ago but never received a reply.

I went to Supercuts in Fallbrook CA and they refused to cut my babies hair without a mask and he's only 12 months old. I explained to them that he's not aloud to wear a mask because he's under 2 years old and he can suffocate. They didn't care. They said guidelines state everyone has to wear a mask. It would be smart to inform them that if that's their policy then they need to say NO CHILDREN UNDER TWO ALOUD. Because they might be dealing with a lawsuit if anything happens to any of these babies that they insist on wearing a mask and being held still because the child refuses to wear one.

Your website says "no appointment necessary' - the door of your establishment located on Schoenersville Rd in Bethlehem PA says not appointment necessary - but I was met by two girls at this location stating that I couldn't be seen without an appointment - I left - I called them later to ask for the number of the corporate office and was informed they didn't have a corporate office! They processed to tell me that there's a law stating I need an appointment which of course is not true. I clearly expected to wait to be seen perhaps even in the car but I never expected the level of unprofessional Sm displayed by your employees

Time to find a new place to get.a haircut. Supetcuts price gouging for procedures already mandated by state laws in disinfection. ADDITIONAL COST JUST BECAUSE SUPERCUTS COULD. 3.95 to do what is already SUPPOSED to be done.
SHAME ON SUPERCUTS

Had been trying to reach the manager of the Guilford Ct store for over a month. Left 3 messages, asking to have our call returned. We were looking for information to purchase 50 to 75 gift cards for a local Back to School program. Our 4th call yesterday, was returned by the manager to find out that we can only purchase 5 cards because the store has no more than 5 cards. But we could order on line. tried ordering on-line to find we can only order 5 at a time. Since we are distributing next week, this request is impossible to fill. Had anyone helped us over a month ago when we first called, the Guilford, CT Super Customer would have had an uptick in business. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service.

It appears my earlier post got deleted. Supercuts (Hilo, Hawaii) is charging a Sanitation Surcharge fee of $3.95 in addition to Haircut & Tax. Don't be suprised if you get charged that fee also. So not right that the customer has to take on the burden!.. No advance knowledge of FEE until they ring you up and you see it on the receipt. Please advise cooperate as if you are aware of this.

Now that Hilo supercuts location is now open. I was a bit suprised that in addition to Haircut and tax there is a fee of $3.95 for sanitization. I was not forewarned of fee until i seen it on my receipt. Do you think the customer should be charged the added cost! Not right! Please advise.

Awful awful experience at eldon square branch.
My neck and scalp were left sore and scratched and my hair didnt look too awful when she showed me... boy was I wrong it was just how she had styled it.
Brushing it out I find out its totally uneven and bits everywhere, then there is the total lack of feathering and layering so the full thing looks choppy. AVOID.

6/10/20- came into your Chula Vista store- 609 Broadway, CV, CA 91910 spoke to Venette Hueso...I'm a senior & going grey. I wanted her to grey my hair so I don't have to go through the growing out stage., I spoke to her about it. She told me she is a color specialist & could do my hair no problem. Had a appt w/ her 6/12/20 @ 9:30 am. After over 3 hours. I'm now brassy red & my hair feels like straw. It's obvious to me it's over processed & damaged really bad. I have photos & very upset. I take a lot of pride in my beautiful long healthy hair. She left bleach on me 2 hours & even took a personal call left bleach on my head for 45 min w/o checking on me. I have scabs on my head & she got bleach all over the back on my shirt. I purchased a new shirt. It was on sale. It is $20.38 I have the receipt. She charged me $250.00 for the service & didn't deep condition & I had to ask her to trim it. She sold me some blue shampoo that does nothing. So after her tip & shampoo it came to almost $300.00... which she gave me no receipt ( I'm sure you can find it with your daily profit) Now I'm going to have to cut my hair off & cant color it due to its so damaged. What I want from you is a complete refund including my shirt cost it's ruined too. So total is $320.38. ...I expect to hear from you & take care of this issue or I will contact my attorney & you will be paying for legal fees on top. I'm sorry this has happened. Venette obviously needs some training. Thank you. Be looking forward to hearing from you. I have pictures too. You can contact me by email. If you do call me you need to leave a message. All my calls ( if your not on my phone contact) will not ring. Looking forward to hearing from you

My grandson just had the worst haircut imaginable at the Supercuts on Hwy 6 in Houston Texas. The staff was rude. Enforced my 4 year old grandson to wear a mask that didn't fit him & filled up with hair during his cut. He couldn't breathe, and inhaled hair in his mouth and nose. I have pictures of the awful haircut as well.

I was denied service on 5/7/2020 because I work in a hospital. I was told by the General Manager that it is corporate policy to not serve healthcare workers because we are all considered exposed to COVID-19. This is the Stonebridge Village location in Flower Branch Ga.

I went to Supercuts in Boca Raton on Federal Highway this past Saturday 12/21/19 hoping to get a trim. I walked in and was greeted, sat down in the chair and the woman proceeded to bring a wooden ruler to my hair and said how much do you want me to take off. I appreciate accuracy but this was ridiculous, besides the fact that i have super curly hair I am 54 and never in my life...... The phone as ringing off the hook and I said "if you need to get that?" she said no its just a scam. hmmmm??? tension building. I said isn't there anyone else here to help you she said they are out back smoking and talking. I mean really SUPERCUTS get your S%$T together. I ripped my smock off and said I felt extremely uncomfortable and left. Probably never to return not even for product when Hair Cuttery accross the street sells the same stuff.. This was a reflection of your higher ups and hiring Standards -You obviously have zero professional standards. Sad because you used to be okay , now you're just horrible. I wouldn't be surprised if you're bankrupt in 1 year or less. Disgraceful Corporate Standards.

Hi, I am flabbergasted by the level of service I received today at approximately 1:20 PM from the Supercuts located at 1170 N Preston Rd #140, Prosper, TX 75078. There were quite a few customers waiting when I entered, and I attempted to register with their front counter system, which was insistent I provide personal contact details such as first and last name, phone number and email address. I did not want to provide this information and when stylist Cameron, who just finished with a customer approached the register, I explained I didn't want to enter my personal details into the system and she had cut my hair in the past with no issues. I also asked if she could let me know where I would be in line and I would gladly wait. She was insistent with a condescending look and raised voice that if I didn't provide my details she would not get credit for cutting my hair. I decided "okay" no haircut then.

As I was leaving, I turned around and heard her speaking with the store manager, who was attending to a customer behind a wall, going on and on about how she will not service me if I don't provide my details, and loudly where everyone can hear, to include me as I was at the front door, which is approximately 30 feet away. I then walked back inside asking that I be able to speak with the manager whose name I didn't get, and she approached me near where Cameron's booth is and without saying hello, or anything courteous, rather telling me without my details, no service and she too was loud so everyone can hear. I then commented my business is just that and I wanted to work this out quietly and privately, which they did not. I then commented I was not trying to be an "ass" because I didn't want to provide my full name, phone number and email address, and had been serviced by Cameron several times in the past with no issues. Even serviced by another stylist as of two months ago whose name I do not recall, and again, no issues. At this point, Cameron with broom in tow, stated loudly for all to hear, "you are making me uncomfortable" while walking to the front door, telling me, "there's the door, you need to leave". She then repeated this again in front of everyone demanding I leave, while the manager said nothing.

I served in the US Air Force, defending our great country and regardless, did not deserve to be belittled and disrespected, when all I wanted was a haircut. Both the manager and Cameron embarrassed and humiliated me in front of 8-9 customers? Both should not be allowed to work at this establishment, as both severely lack interpersonal customer service and leadership skills. The franchise owner of this establishment should be embarrassed for having employees who feel it is okay to mistreat a customer, especially when 4 of the 8-9 customers are children.

I implore all veterans to steer clear of this Supercuts location.

Hi, I was watching a new commercial campaign about Supercuts. I am glad to see that alopecia is a source of humor. I did not ask to be given this genetic defect. What is next make fun of the blind, deaf,or cystic fibrosis patients. Those conditions are also genetic. I receive enough harassment from strangers almost daily at work. As a physician, I am flabbergasted to now see that the corporate world plays on this genetic condition. I did nothing wrong. I served in the US Navy defending this country. I have saved countless lives as an emergency physician. I have married and raised two beautiful daughters. All while having no hair. Corporate greed knows no bounds. Thank you for making fun of both men and women that have no control of a medical condition. I have had alcoholic heroin addicts make fun of me for my lack of hair. Now when I watch television I get to experience the same ridicule. Thank you
