A man Steven at the Danvers company asked if I had an appointment and he seemed annoyed. First time he came to the waiting room to ask about my car he called me as "Hey," which I thought was rude but I turned the other cheek since I did not tell him my name. The second time he came to the waiting room to tell me everything was all set he called my last name but I did not hear him as I was waiting and watching on my phone with AirPods in. Dude came over and whacked me with his sheets of paper that was given to me later and made a gesture that old generations make when they tell someone to take their earphones out. I should have made a complaint to someone or told him off but he was a big guy. I will probably never come back to this place again. Why aren't there any females working too?

Bought a 2020 toy tacoma at Doral toy in Miami. Worst experience ever!! CORPORATE IS AN EMBARRASSING JOKE. I was sold the truck and they did not disclosed prior accident. According to them and CORPORATE Toyota Brand Engagement Center. They don't have to disclose anything because it was sold as is. How can toyota allow so much Corruption to th customers. AND MY IMPRESSION IS THE DEN ARE FULL OF THIEVES AND CON ARTISTS!! THEY WANT ME TO RESOLVE ISSUE MYSELF.THE DEALERSHIP and toyota are in it together. All I have driven all my life is toyotas PLEASE, THIS IS A WARNING NEVER, NEVER BUY FROM Toyota or complain to the Totota Brand Engagement Center. THEY DO NOTHING FOR THE CUSTOMERS. BUT WAIST UR TIME BY TELLING YOU TO CALL THE DEALERSHIPS. WE ARE LIVING IN A ERA OF CORRUPTION AND THIEVERY AND MIAMI IS THE MOST CORRUPT OF THEM ALL. ACCORDING TO TOYOTA This is what they advertised. You can be sure that Toyota is committed to providing the best possible customer service at our dealers and to making the sales experience a favorable one. We encourage each dealer to maintain a professional level of performance so that every customer is treated with courtesy and respect. Each dealer has a customer relations manager, whose job is to address all sales and service issues that may arise. AND DON'T CALL DORAL BECAUSE THEY CONSTANTLY HANGUP ON U!!

I purchased this vehicle on 2/3/2023. Today is 3/20/23 and I cannot drive my "certified Toyota," only 6 weeks or 45 days into owing it. Lithia Toyota of Redding, CA, utterly took advantage of me when they sold this "certified vehicle." They sold me a vehicle with bald tires and now, apparently a dead battery as well. I have only operated the vehicle for 45 days and the 12 volt battery is utterly dead. I drive less than 12 miles a day. Had the battery meet the "certified Toyota," standards this would not have happened in the 45 day duration.

They sold it to me with bald tires according to the Yuba City, CA dealership, which I discovered on vacation with my little girl. The Redding owner made me drive on bald tires in the biggest snow storm to hit the area in a decade, with my child in the vehicle! The drive is 118 miles from Redding to Yuba City, despite the weather conditions, as he refused to allow the YC dealership to put new tires on the vehicle. Despite my warranty which states I can take it to any certified Toyota dealership for repairs. They sold me a vehicle with a nearly dead battery as well as bald tires!!! This is a certified Toyota vehicle! Both the battery and the tires should have been fixed during the 160 point inspection to "certify" this vehicle.

I have been saving up for an extremely long time to buy this car. This is my 1st Toyota and 6 weeks in we are off to a terrible start. Single mothers are very strapped financially and I purchased a "certified Toyota," to protect myself and my investment. I felt that buying a vehicle elsewhere was risky. However, my experience has been so negative with this "certified vehicle," at Lithia Toyota of Redding, CA., that I feel I've made a grave error in trusting Toyota. I am trusting that corporate Toyota will have a better moral compass, customer service, and ethical manner of operating business.

When I got their the service department employees were snarky and rude. One of them said, "oh, I've heard about you." The owner pitched a fit that he was being held accountable for his poor decision to put a vehicle for sale on the lot that didn't meet the 160 point inspection standard. He was angry that he was caught. I am so thankful to Yuba City Toyota. I also thankful that Lithia replaced the bald tires but the employees treated me like I was a difficult customer. I was polite and respectful despite their behavior. I felt, despite their mocking behavior, that it was not these folks mistake, so I didn't want to be impatient or difficult.

I merely wanted the owner to operate by ethical standards and abide by the 160 point inspection standards. Since, the owner refused to allow Future of YC to correct his unethical mistake. Lithia Toyota endangered my safety and the safety of my child driving on bald tires as I live in an area known for debris and rocks in the road. I never hit a rock yet, but had I hit a rock, on those bald tires, I might have lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the Trinity River or down a cliff. I do not recommend Lithia Toyota to abide by the "certified Toyota," guidelines when selling their vehicles.

I have a 2022 Sienna and most things are ok. The things that are bad is the following:
1. the GPS is the worst that I have ever seen. It take you completely out of your destination. AWFUL
2. Remote control, you have to be within 15 feet of the vehicle for it to work.
3. Remote start. FORGET ABOUT IT. You have to do it 2 or 3 times for it to work. I quit using it a long time ago.
4. Using your phone hookup to the vehicle. A number of times I have to disconnect the bluetooth so I can hear and the others can hear me. Sucks.
5. In the winter time, expect 32 miles per gallon.

So to start my rant I have owned 5 Toyota's (between my wife and I) and have always been a huge fan as they have always been reliable. Unfortunately my last purchase which was a brand new 2022 Toyota Tacoma (purchased at Johnsons Toyota in NY) had a factory installed roof rack that was not installed correctly. This cause water to flow down into the interior and behind the dash board which cause electric issues and mildew to grow. I brought it to my local dealership, they were very nice but it was in the shop for 6 weeks. Most of the electrical harnesses were replaced along with the air bags and the interior carpeting. When I picked up the truck it had a very bad smell of mildew, the service guy said that it just had to air out as I was sitting in the shop for 6 weeks, Well it's been a month of driving with the windows down and air freshers and it still smells like mold when I open the door in the morning. I asked to trade it in but the dealer would only offer 37K which is 4k less than I paid for it. It has less than 2000 miles on it! I have now contacted a lemon law lawyer and I'm perusing a full refund. The first attempt with Toyota was rejected which tells me that they do not stand by their product or take responsibility for own mistakes! I have lost all faith in Toyota and will never purchase another Toyota again because they don't take responsibility. What a shame. I am still perusing a refund but I feel that I shouldn't have to do this as if Toyota was a stand up company they would have offered me my money back or a different truck of equal value but they decided to screw over a loyal Toyota owner which speaks volumes about how they don't care about anyone, only $$!!

ALERT!! TOYOTA OF TACOMA WA. BUYERS BE AWARE! If you're trading in a vehicle you need to know the sales manager is rude and inconsiderate! He low balled our tradein which was excellent condition and low miles, he wouldn't negotiate, he said if we didn't like the offer we could take the trade in somewhere else that he didn't need the business!! We were shocked that we were treated that way, just take your trade in somewhere else, to someone who cares we don't need your business!! And he was very serious! Not only that the other salesman didn't have any customers and they were horsing around and being loud, even the finance man had his great big dog there playing fetch on the sales/show room floor. It was the worst experience with a car dealer I have ever had. Just remember if you are trading in a car,at TOYOTA of TACOMA WA you'll get treated badly and told to go somewhere else for a better deal that they just don't need your business!!

January 19, 2023 I purchased a 2023 Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition from Hendrick Toyota of North Charleston SC and from what's going on today February 2, 2023, I feel outrage at the sales customer service. I spoke with Brian today from Hendrick Toyota with Toyota Customer Service on the line about my registration and plates and my 2nd key. Toyota Customer service informed me today that letters would be going out in April for the 2nd key. The letter is to inform you of where you can go and get the 2nd key for free. At Hendricks Toyota on Jan. 19 the finance person Anthony (Tony) informed my wife and I that Toyota would be sending us the 2nd key, he did not tell us it would take between 90 to 120 days for the key nor did he inform us that it would take 45 days for registration and plates.
From what Brian informed me today was because Hendrick is a large company and they have many dealerships through out the county that all request for registrations and plates go into a batch of work for all Hendricks dealerships, which is why it will take the 45 days. As I explained to Brian that is unacceptable, something that can be done at any motor vehicle within 72 hours.
I also understand that Toyota does not want to pay the dealers to make 2nd keys for vehicles. The Toyota customer service informed me that if I was to lose the key I could go to a Toyota dealer and that could get one or make one for me but I would have to pay for it. BAD BUSINESS !!!
While the Toyota customer service and I were speaking to Brian on the phone, Brian put us on speaker unaware to us and I asked Brian a question, another individual started talking and informed us that he was Brian. I said no your not and then the phone was taken off speak and I informed Brian and Hendricks Toyota about their lying practices and the individual makes me think that I should not believe anything else from him. The Toyota customer service person tried to intervene by changing the subject back to the key. I also informed Toyota and Hendrick that if these situations aren't resolve within an appropriate time frame that I would like to bring the vehicle back. Toyota customer service person informed me that someone from Toyota escalation team would be calling me back within 24 hours about returning the vehicle.
BAD BUSINESS, Toyota can send you out your payment information ASAP but Toyota nor Hendricks can supply you with a registration/ plates or a 2nd key.

Hello everyone, it is unfortunate that I have to write this complaint about the service that I received today at Toyota Heritage in Owing Mills MD. I was excited about being able to even get an appointment today on such short notice to have my oil changed. I was on time, for the appointment today. The sign in employee was great in getting me to my assigned advisor. I was assigned to Alphonse at the Toyota Heritage location in Owing Mills Maryland. Alphonse asked me my name, what I was there for, he asked if I was still at my address on Lugine, and can I still be reached at this number. I responded yes, then he left out without saying anything. When he returned I was on the phone, and then I asked him if he was finished and he said he hadn't even started and I was curious because before he left he asked me the routine questions. So I said why didn't you say something? His response was " well I don't talk to people while they are on the phone "in a rude matter. I said you don't have to be rude, can you get me someone else? He responded yea go stand outside. I left his stall and went and sat in my car. Another advisor name Eric asked me the same questions Alphonse had already asked me and printed out the request. That is why I am certain that Alphonse actions were intentional. I then requested to speak to a manager and shortly after a CR manager Shirley Kucera appeared and I told her about the situation that transpired between Alphonse and myself. She first asked if I was sure he didn't say what he said in a more personal tone. I assured her that he had not. She stated that it should have been handled differently. I told her that I wasn't a child and that was how he spoke to me and to tell me to go stand outside was even more demeaning. It is my desire that this situation is taken care of sooner rather then later, so that no one else has to endure this level of disrespect and poor customer service. Sensitivity training is also another recommendation that is needed.

The dealership in New London, CT made us pay a diagnostic fee without getting our authorization (before taking our vehicle in, the dealership only talked about an inspection which has been done for free in the past. We ended up with an estimate that did not include a needed repair (obvious from the photo I provided). Not only were we charge for a diagnostic fee in excess of their advertised price, but the technician listed 0.00 hr for diagnostic time on his time card. We have alerted the Attorney General to these deceptive trade practices (bait and switch, false advertising, and fradulent billing). Needless to say, we will never buy or own another Toyota.

3 months later, still no plates. Called Dealer, transferred to Salesman. Saleman says he canot get action, promises and tries to fulfill promise, but still no solution. Call TOyota Cust Svc, they say they will call back by Tuesday--now it is Thursday. Dealer is no help, Toyota is no help...but when you want to buy a car, suddenly they can promise the world!

I started my Sienna maintenance with Fremont Toyota since 2018. The experience was ok until today. The assistance service manager I used to work with was off on Monday. A service manager was assigned to work on my car. The guy was a jerk. He laughed at a Mexican couple before me that they couldn't understand English. When it was my turn, he charged me a dollar for the courtesy car wash and guess what? The car was not washed but he claimed that he drove the car to wash in person. He just lied without blinking his eyes. I expected used car sales managers to be dishonest but not Fremont Toyota service manager. I just had my last car maintenance with Fremont Toyota and will not return again!!

Safety issue. Today I was driven my Tacoma 2018 in the highway and suddenly I received notification from the car telling me Battery charging or something like that. After 5 minutes the car started to shake and all the lights inside were flashing and the car stopped in the middle of the road. We didn't have time to do anything. Thank God I was able to pull over the car to the shoulder of the road. I don't think this can be happening with a car like this. It is very dangerous. We could have died. The message could be more realistic. After took the car to the dealer, they said the battery and the alternator are damaged. So, if this going to happen each time of the alternator is damaged I will sell my car and I will not buy any Toyota any more.

Long time Toyota owner, when my car was totalled while sitting still it gave rise to serious safety concerns.

When I requested to purchase another Toyota RAV4 hybrid, I was unable to
find a new one, the dealerships 5 in
all had no new vehicles and were gouging on prices of their used inventories. I found rude, smug and
extremely unpleasant and unprofessional staff, from the management down to the sales department. No Toyota ever in my future, I ordered a new SUBARU
WITH EVERYTHING I DESIRED.

I went to Toyota One of Oakland to get my oil changed. I have a package which allows me to pay for my oil changes within my monthly car payment. With an appointment my oil change took 4 1/2 hours. I rented a car because seating in the dealership for that long is not my idea of a good time. In the past any service lasting over 2 hours came with a rental car, apparently the new policy only allows for a rental vehicle if it is a major procedure lasting longer than two hours. Joaquin the rep who was assigned to us couldn't be more indifferent to our plight if he tried. Joaquin was very mechanical reciting Toyota policy but unable to provide any empathy for my time. I returned the rental the next day and was changed for two days because I didn't not bring it back within the 24 hour time frame . The irony I am charged for Toyotas time but I am unable to charge them for wasting my time . I will never buy another car from them .

Just bought a newToyota in Spain, service from dealership was terrible, car arrived without the options I had ordered and neither the dealer or Toyota cared. Toyota head office never even replied to my letters. Shame as car itself is very nice.

Utterly disgusted with the service provided today @ Toyota service Centre in Indore. I went with specific issues and had detailed discussion with service engineer regarding fixing those particular problems. I got my car dropped off this evening along with a hefty invoice of 11K. However, without solving those 2 particular issues . When called, service engineer explanation was either you get your tyres replaced and install a sensor worth 15K to get those issued resolved.
Now the million dollar question is why this wasn't advices prior to perform a routine servicing ( which was done 3500km ago) what cost me 11K?

We feel ashamed to trust a Japanese company who are not only ignoring to respond their customers communication but seems that incident of delivering a damaged car by their dealers, after collecting full money for a new car, bring them Sadistic pleasure.

I contacted customer service connect to renew my yearly subscription and the representative on the phone that the only way I can renew was if I had automatic renewal. I told her that I didn't want automatic renewal and she said that I had to wait until my subscription expire. Also she was very rude and unprofessional.

Terrible service from Mortimer Toyota Newcastle. My car stood there for 4 days because of the faulty battery. I never received any communication from the service advise, it took him 2 hours to find my job card. It was a shocking experience
