UBER CUSTOMER SERVICE is the WORST IN AMERICA...period! On several orders the restaurants make mistakes and leave out big ticket items you Paid For... After the first time this happens.. From that point on, when it happens again... Customer Service tells you "I'M SORRY but your account no longer is listed for available refunds, we can't resolve your issue"... You say "BUT one of my two ordered and paid for dinners did Not come in the delivery!!!".. They answer "I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do"... THEY ARE THEIVES!!

I Have Been Trying To Solve An Issue With My Daughter Not Being Able To Arrange A Ride With Uber And Despite Multiple Attempts, Customer Support Is Unreachable. Absolutely Worst Customer Service!! In Fact, No Customer Service. Problem Has Not Been Solved! Unfortunately, Could Not Give Zero Star For Rating.

My English is not that bad, I usually don't have any problems communicating with others. but whenever I call Uber they don't really understand my problem. I have to repeat myself several times. They never know anything correctly, they connect you with different persons and all starts over with often minimum results.

Uber "Support" is an absolute joke.

Even when you call in with serious or time-constrained issues, ALL THAT THEY EVER DO is the following:

1.) Superficially validate your feelings
2.) Take a message &/or transfer you to someone else who is equally as unhelpful
3.) Tell you they'll have someone call you back (they almost never do)
4.) Ultimately, completely brush you off (even in the in-app chat messenging)


It's INSANELY FRUSTRATING & today I finally SNAPPED on a "Supervisor" for telling me all he would do is send me through THE SAME PROCESS AGAIN THAT I'VE GONE THROUGH FOR THIS PARTICULAR ISSUE ***NINE*** EFFING TIMES ALREADY!!!!!!!

And then he basically hung up on me.

I'm SO F*CKING ANGRY RN that I no ponder want to work for Uber. The millisecond one of my interviews offers me a job, I will quit doing Uber.

They offer sh*t money & ABSOLUTELY NO ***ACTUAL*** support of ANY kind.

The Uber app is intentionally designed to make it difficult if not impossible to cancel a mistaken order. Pocket dialed, apparently, a delivery order while in the Uber app. Nowhere is there any place in the app to cancel the order, and there is no phone number for customer support. Just an awful design.

Uber used to take 20% and give 80% to the driver, as of January 2023 they are taking anywhere from 50% - 70% in some cases. I live in South Orange County California, a ride from my city which is called Aliso Viejo to John Wayne Airport usually costs any where from $35 - $40 for the rider, in the past the driver would get anywhere from $20 -$25 of this fee, now they are getting about $10 - $13! A driver told me this a few days ago. This has left a very bad taste with the drivers and there are some that are taking the business direct instead of running it through Uber.

This company has a lot of issues and Dara is the wrong person at the top, the BOD are aware of this, but they can not just get rid of him.

This stock will be cut in half and back to $20 in the next 60-90 days, I am sure I am going to get a lot of thumbs down, but remember this post.

These are facts that I stating and if there are any Uber drivers on this MB they will agree.

I've unfortunately had some weird stuff happen to my fares the past few months and each time I've called to get it worked out I am, no joke, transferred upwards of at least 10-15 times before I get to someone that will *maybe be able to help with the issue, generally after being on the phone for 30 minutes. It seems like all they do is transfer calls over and over so no one has to deal with the problem. I've done Uber for 8 years and the customer service has always been bad, but the past year or two it's degenerated into straight up stupidity. They rarely fix the problem too, lol

I reached out to Uber Help on the app about a past order. My issue was that a few days prior I had ordered something from Uber Eats and part of the order was missing. No big deal at the time, I immediately reached out to Uber to let them know and they were to refund me in Uber Cash. Great. For several days I was checking my account to see if the money had shown up and it hadn't, so I reached out once again to Uber Help to see if I was missing something or if the money was on the way.

The Customer Service representative (Tushar) that I spoke to was incredibly rude, did not answer my question, and then proceeded to"hang up" on me via the chat.

I then requested more help. A Yogendra opened the chat, then immediately "hung up" on me as well. It was incredibly rude.

I have since gone through the receipts and realized that Uber had just not charged me for the item in my final bill as opposed to refunding my account. So it was my error. And had someone explained that to me, I would have understood.

I am writing because of how poorly I was treated when all I needed was someone to explain what I was missing. I am a very reasonable person. I was very shocked at how rude both these representatives were.

Any time I need to contact Uber support it's a terrible experience. None of the staff have any idea how to help you, repeat the same thing over and over again without even listening to your question, and then they hang up on you after you've been on hold for 30 minutes.
The absolute WORST customer service I've experienced from any business. Disgusting.

I have spent 2 hours with their chat customer service. My order was not delivered and I was told there's nothing they can do. When asked for a phone number or email address to contact someone they said there is none. I am left out $115.00 and no groceries.

This dumb app let u spend money on Uber cash but still ask for payment method and than I put in 20 different credit and debit cards and Uber has denied all of my cards and they all have money on them. Than when u call customer service they said after the Uber deny a card u have to wait an hr before trying again. So if I'm stranded somewhere or have a appointment I will miss everything waiting on this retarded app to come get me all because they refuse to take my payment and don't want to use the Uber cash that's already on there. Totally unacceptable

Uber Help is the WORST customer service experience I have ever dealt with. Their people are robots that can't help you at all. They refuse to go above and beyond to help customers, even in situations that are time-sensitive. An epipen and inhaler was accidentally left in the backseat of my driver's vehicle and the app would not let me reach out to continue calling my driver after we'd spoken about connecting twice.

They would send her updates that she couldn't answer because she was DRIVING. They wouldn't even tell me if she answered. Luckily, she and I were able to meet up and I got these lifesaving items back. And the funniest thing is? Uber Help, who claims to let you know as soon as they've got an update, never even messaged me back. They claim to keep an eye on unresolved issues, yet have never told me the conclusion to my issue - I haven't closed the issue on my end, so I guess they truly just don't care. Shocker. WORST waste of money I've ever seen - I truly hope they are using robots and not real people getting paid for this service.

Uber driver , I left my phone I a Uber contacted the driver and he confirmed he found the phone in his car and never returned my phone. He won't respond to Uber lost and found been calling and there isn't anything Uber can do but tell me to contact the police and report it stiolen! So done with Ubers

I was charged $47.12 for a reservation I did not make and $7 for a bridge fee when there is no toll for the direction I was going. The base fee was $113 and the final charge was $175.83. The customer service was horrible. Sounded like reading from a script over and over.

Recently did Uber ride for $22. Needed help entering tip as driver Nelta requested do it now. She did it on my phone as I didn't know how and added a $22 something top for herself without my knowing until saw bank account. Why would I tip 100%???
