Whenever i press buttons on the remote it lags on the tv so much , and the vizio app picks and chooses when it wants to work. Also, the airplay is horrible. my phone keeps disconnecting , it'll get connected but wont play music , also i've wanted to rip the tv off the wall bc its dumb and gets me mad , BUT not only that , definitely have wanted to punch it. be better vizio , ur tv sucks.

Vizio 50 inch televisions are junk.l have owned 2 since 2020 a yr ago the second one died. Have had my RCA 50 inch 14 Mos no problems. Way under 300.00 Can't get bigger in RV thanks Bruce Johnson

I Was On Phone Over 2 Hours And My Tv Is Still Not Working. It's Only 6 Month's Old. No One I Repeat 6 Months Old. No One Yes No One Would Help Me. I Have To Wait 6 Days For Someone To Come Out. Im Done Never Again Will I Buy From You People Again. You People Are The Worst Of The Worst.

I've had my 40"smartcast TV for a year & 10 months it worked well for about a year without trouble. E ever since it performs as if smartcast has cut back the signal strength. It's always buffering,want load or giving me error codes. Can't even watch programs I pay for like, Hulu, Disney, paramont plus & others.this company needs to be held accountable for its faulty service.

I be always liked Vizio TVs ... until now. They have moved all of my local antenna signal channels to a app called WatchFree+. I can no longer receive all of the channels that I used to get in. The ones that I do receive have a very long delay before connecting. I did contact their support and was told the only way that I can fix this problem is to reset my TV and not connect to the Internet. I honestly thought this was a ridiculous statement to make to a customer. Why purchase a smart TV so that you can watch streaming such as Netflix and Amazon prime when if you want to watch local channels, you either have to take what they give you, which is limited on local TV signals, or decide not to stream Netflix or Amazon prime anymore. They should not have made an arbitrary decision to move all of the antenna signal TV channels to this app. It should have been an option for customers and not forced upon us. I will not ever purchase a Vizio TV again because I cannot use it the way that I used to . And I don't like that because as far as a product goes, the TVs are good for picture and sound and streaming capabilities, but they are not good for receiving local TV channels if you have to use this new app. WatchFree+

Can't get Britbox on these tvs. You should be able to get all apps on all TV. Never buy another one.

Vizio absolutely will not listen to their customers and give back access to antenna channels separate from watchfree. The watchfree is horribly designed and takes over your tv which forces you to use it. The only way not to easily access antenna channels is factory reset and skip adding wifi. But then you cant access any other apps. Vizio claims "feedback from people like you.." wanted a channel guide but just assumed that meant EVERYBODY wanted it. It is NOT user friendly and vizio does not care.

My family and I have Vizio tv's forever and we won't buy any other brand. While moving my Dad's 65" tv the other day, we noticed how difficult it was to hold and grab on to it to take off the mount. We actually dropped one side and it broke. It would help people to have some kind of handle or indentation on the tv to grab to make it much easier to handle those huge tv's.

I purchased a Vizio TV fall 2022 to put in my home office. Immediately had problems as TV is very slow to respond to remote, I even changed the batteries but that did not help at all. Also constantly freezing up and cuts out with error that it isn't connecting to the internet. I have 2 other TV's, a cell, PC and laptop using the same Wifi and never have a problem not to mention the router is in the office with the Vizio??? I am able to pull all apps on the other TV's but many of the free apps including Freevee are not available with Vizio and there is not an option to download additional apps. Had I known I would have this many issues with Vizio I would have gladly paid more money for a different brand. Truly not worth it considering I bought the TV specifically for my office which I am in 8 hours a day 5 days a week. I am at the point of accepting I'm just out the money and purchasing a different TV for the office. Will not purchase another Vizio for any room in my house.

For over a year, Vizio has been spamming me from the short code 65381. I have never done business with them, provided my contact information to them, or even bought any of their products before. I have REPEATEDLY told them to get lost, but they continue to spam me over a year later.

Price may be great but the TV won't last. My model was a V505-J01 but since I don't see that one available I'm writing a review on this one. I had this tv about 1.5 years and started seeing lines. I thought they would disappear, went through all the trouble shooting, still nothing. Then one day the lines consumed the entire screen and it turned back with a few lines of white at the top. Spoke with Vizio customer service and they offered to replace the TV, they just needed a copy of the receipt. Umm I purchased this almost 2 years ago and there's no receipt to be found. Called them back to see what else could be done only to be told my model isn't available anymore and they would have to issue a refund. Can't do that because the receipt is long gone. I'm now stuck with a TV that will only give me sound, no picture. I purchased Vizio since I already have a 32 in and it's been perfect for at least 10 years. YouTube is filled with videos of how to fix the issue which tells me Vizio KNOWS their T-Conn boards are crap. Vizio either upgrade your T-Conn boards or offer to replace it FOR FREE regardless of warranty time because who wants to purchase a new TV every 1.5-2 years? I don't! Will not purchase this brand of smart TV again.

We bought a smart Vizio tv in 2021 and it went out on us and of course the warranty was not any good, so we bought another one( Vizio smart tv) Nov of 2022 and yesterday it went out on us AGAIN. The service is horrible. No help there and of course warranty is NO good.
My advice DO NOT buy this brand. They are absolutely no good. Bottom of the barrel of TVs.

DO not purchase a Vizio TV. The company has horrible customer service and the TV's are horrible. My tv in the guest room tv stands just collapsed--sending my tv to the floor. I called the company and they were rude and said there was nothing they could do about it.
My second complaint was that the tvs do not sync with my alexa app. They have no resolution for this problem also.
Every room in my home has a Vizio tv and now Im going to get rid of each and every one of them.

This is the wrost TV I have ever had Brought a 2 year Service plan It broke and I've been dating with them for one month now and I was supposed to get a refund and have not received anything as of yet don't ever buy a TV from them again You'll be sorry if you did....

Purchased a 24" D Series Visio TV in February 2023. While the TV comes with a large number of streaming applications we were unable to get YouTube TV to work. None of the solutions via the Internet worked. Then spent 30+ minutes actually speaking with a customer service rep, none of their solutions worked, they diagnosed the issue and promised to call back with a solution. They never called back.

I do not text, did not want to chat or call and so am emailing you. On Friday, March 3rd at approximately 3:00PM EST, we attempted to install a new Vizio soundbar, and, after repeated tries, were unsuccessful, hence, a call to your Customer Service. Did not obtain a name (although in our chat, discovered he was in S. Dakota). He spent perhaps 30 minutes with us as we tried various ways to connect the soundbar wiring and discovered that our older model Vizio television must use an OPTIC wire--which was NOT included in the packaging and was not mentioned as being required for an older model television in your manual. Thanks to your technician, we were successful in the installation by using this optic wire from the old soundbar. You must find and thank him for his patience and guidance as we are "technically-challenged" and so appreciate all of his time. Please thank him and you should know that you have a valuable employee who gives excellent customer service.

- Unfortunately I have purchased three (3) TVs Visio in short time , later on one of those 3 TV stated with voice trouble till we couldn't hear clearly no one word that made me sent it to trash.
- after that we got same problem with the second one , I gave it to some one after I explained about the TV problem.
- a while ago we start having a voice problem , the problem is the voice waving down till we can't completely hear it for few second then back up to normal and keep non stop waving like that all the time.
- we've got a VERY BAD Experience with the Vizio TVs.
**I have called several times , Since the first time started having problem , the Vizio tech support for troubleshooting , didn't work out.

You Cannot Watch Espn/espn Plus Directly On The Tv. You Cannot Add Apps That Are Not Already Added. If Vizio Loses Support, You Will Lose The App On Your Tv.
I Am Considering Taking The Tv Back To Target. I Have You Stream Through My Phone Or My Laptop To Watch Espn. Why Bother?! There's No Reason For This Crap. Screw Vizio.

I hate Vizio gram, I don't want to have Visio gram in my app lineup. There's no way to delete it and there is no way to move it because it doesn't show up when you try to re-organize your apps I don't understand why would I make a purchase like this that I am forced to see your advertisements and the extra items this has caused me to consider buying a new television. Send me a way to get it off of my TV or offer that in the near future.
