oh boy where do i even start? this has to be the WORST fkn company to ever produce this sorry excuse for a television. i've had this piece of crap for a little less than 2 years and never have i EVER had to get up to unplug and plug in a tv as much as i did with this one. you can't watch youtube on it cause if you do you'll get maybe two videos in if you're lucky until it freeze's completely and you have to unplug it. you can't update it, you can't download any other apps. it's just all around a let down if you don't have a gaming system or a firestick or something to go with it. it takes 50 years to even boot up AND when it does the remote takes an additional 50 years to even work. i can't wait to watch this garbage company crumble to the ground so no one else ever has to waste their hard earned cash on something so useless. i could go buy a box tv and it'd be more satisfying to have than this piece of overpriced bull crap. you guys suck wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Hello I hope this reaches everyone I had purchased a Vizio 40 inch tv I had called about the tv having lines in it but I didn't know that my grandson was playing and knock it in the floor. I call after the fact and ask about warranty as we all no it was there's nothing we can do sorry. HERE the thing these people act as if they do not care if its not in their wheel house your out of luck. Someone could have made so kind offer to help me as I going to by a new tv want be a Vizio customer service will not win the day with this company By the way only had the television 4 months

Purchased first Vizio tv around April of 2020. October of 2022, tv turned off by itself while in use. After that, if power was supplied to it, all it did was cut on and off repeatedly. I got another Vizio tv for Christmas 2022. It's January 2023, I've only used it a handful of times and have already had to unplug the cord from the outlet because the remote wasn't connecting. Never again will I choose Vizio for a television.

I will never buy vizio again less the a year my tv panel stoped working is been 4months we just got a broken refurbished tv, instead a new one. And on great shape, no original box. I don't recommend that brand.

Right after an update my screen stopped working the tv is less than 14 months old. Ive have contracted a repair shop to determine if the update intentionally broke my tv

I'm am completely aggravated at this worthless TV, You should be sued by every person that bought one of these.. I will never buy anything Vizio again.. How can intelligent people release such poor quality products? This is the worst product I have ever had the displeasure of buying.. judging by the 90+% of displeased customers, I'm sure the company will soon be as your products, Failed...

Just purchased a Vizio 70" & spent 3 hours troubleshooting the wifi connection. Not successful, worst experience with a simple task. Vizio customer support was useless. Taking TV back for full refund no never buy another Vizio product for personal or my business.

People do not buy a Vizio TV they are junk 30 days old freezes on there watch free plus video service you cannot unlock it it's there forever the only way I got out of it once was a hard reset over the Internet directly from Vizio customer service which in turn completely destroyed my home internet Network and did not fix the TV Vizio refuses even though they're warranty States there's an option to refund Vizio claims it's their option to repair replace or refund which isn't an option they're claiming why would I want another piece of junk when the first one was dead out of the box 30 days later why would I ever want another one of these TVs people run their service department is a joke there is no customer service Walmart will also not warranty refund it so basically I'm stuck with $150 piece of junk 32-in monitor that doesn't work that was supposed to be a smart TV talk about false advertising and complete garbage do not deal with Vizio do not purchase their products unless you want days of anguish and a complete waste of your money

My story is no different. Brand new Vizio 58" V series purchased at Target on 07/06/2021- died 10/4/2022 R.I.P. Customer service said "buy a new one." I really hope people stop supporting this company, the product as well as their integrity is beyond subpar.

Tv has lines after six months. Customer service said my warranty was out. It clearly wasn't. These tvs are trash and customer service doesn't care . Don't but please.

I bought a 65" quantum LED from Vizio (model: P659-G1). From day one, the cast feature has problems. The cast option does not show up on my iphone. No matter if I use iphone, android, and my computer, the cast does not work. The only solution I found was to reboot my tv every time I want to cast. Even when I reboot the tv, after about 10 minutes, the same issue with casting shows up and I have to reboot. I have contacted Vizio technical support about 10 times and completed all troubleshooting suggested. It did not solve the issue. I even changed my wifi router based on Vizio technical support but that did not solve the issue.
At the end, Vizio could not solve the issue and did not offer any way to resolve the issue.

These days you need to cast everything to tv from youtube to amazon, HBO, Netflix,...
A tv that does not have working cast option is useless.

Very disappointed in Vizio and do not recommend to anyone.

Purchased Vizio 58" Class - V-Series - 4K UHD LED LCD TV. I failed to purchase extended warranty. Vizio performs automatic firmware updates. The latest, literally, killed the tv sending it into black screen. Nothing attempted by Vizio technicians worked to recover damage done by them through this intrusion, unsolicited update. Because I had no warranty, they abandoned my issue, leaving me cold. The tv was great until they performed this program update of the firmware. Now I have nothing because of them.

Bought a Vizio TV over 2yrs ago and it screen just went black called customer service only to get told to BUY ANOTHER ONE because taking it to a local store to get fixed would cost me more money....no help after a year so don't bother getting VIZIO TV. THEY ARE NO GOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CLEARLY NO HELP

Why would you design a TV with tightly reccesed hdmi plugs....the acsess is impossible without tiny fingers..the port on the side continually falls out..the plugs on the bottom canot be seen impossible to plug in without laying tv down..what thought went into that design for larger people let alone handicapped or elderly people....ANSWER ZERO. Iwill never buy another vizio product and will advise all I know to do the same

Loved my little 24 inch on aerial bought Visio soundbox because dialogue was unintelligible-- still a nice to have. Tonight the tv sound turned to gerbil. Or maybe parakeet- unplugged sound bar and did all the stuff... to include factory reset. NOw Visio sent me to a sub contractor that wants my credit card for "a refundable 1$$."
SOOO Do not buy VISIO... unless you plan on buying again every five or so years.
