This is the second time I've ordered cards from Walgreens and have not received enough envelopes. Just wondering why they can't count by 20's??? I called the store and was put on hold for about 15 minutes. The woman answering the phone did not know what to do and kept me on hold while she checked out other people. She would come back on every once in a while and act really dumb like she wanted to know what I wanted her to do. All I asked her in the first 30 seconds was to write my name down and have 20 more envelopes behind the counter. It was a "duh", but she could not figure it out. Really not happy with the customer service and the fact that I need to make another trip to Walgreens to get my envelopes. Order number491979 Store 7356

Walgreens has the worst customer service in the world. Those idiots do not know how to answer a phone.

The Walgreens corner in Great Bend, Kansas looks terrible - weedy, unmowed, dead trees, dying grass, lines needing painted in the parking lot. The lack of lawn care makes the business look like it's not successful and practically abandoned. I understand that corporate insists on controlling the care of the property rather than allowing local management to handle it. Clearly this system is failing the image of Walgreens in our community. Can this be fixed?

I have been shopping at Walgreens for years and have been a member of the rewards program for years. I have always loaded the coupons on my card and until maybe the last year they have always worked. Yesterday I went in and loaded some Scott toilet paper coupons to my card and
they didnt work when I went to redeem them this morning at Walgreens on Loudon Road in Concord. In most stores the clerk will give you the discount but not in Walgreens. I am done with you. Next comes a bad review.

Recently went to walgreens to pickup a new prescription. When I arrived I was told that I had two. One I had no knowledge of and reiterated I only needed the new one. I was told to come back in 10 minutes and it would be ready. When I came back it was there, I paid and brought it home. I opened the bag and saw that it was the WRONG prescription. I called the pharmacy and explained what happened. I was told to return the item for refund. When I came back two days later, the manager refused to take the item back and likewise the refund. She said I should have read the label before leaving the store. In other words, their error was my responsibility. The whole interaction with this person was outrageous. I've been shopping at walgreens for 40 years, but this experience, caused by a manager with a really bad attitude, will keep me from ever coming back.

Support need to be a bit (A lot) less pushy with the: "Can i help you with anything else"question, after "responding an inquiry" from the customer, more if you are not dont yet with a solution or write back programmed answers

Also not ending chat before the customer problem hasn't been resolved

Support I chatted with
Camellia S.

I would like to note first of all that I do not blame the staff for this; this is a management problem.

I have tried to pick up my prescriptions twice this week and will go back for a third try this morning. On the first attempt, the drive thru window was closed after 2:00, despite the sign saying it was only closed from 1:30-2 for the pharmacist's lunch. The second time, I was in the drive thru lane for 18 minutes (I timed it). The people in front of me had obviously been there longer, while at least 4 more cars had pulled in behind me. At that point, the drive thru was suddenly closed due to lack of staff according to the sign that was posted in the window.

Hire more people. Train them. Pay them a living wage. I bet your staffing headaches will disappear. Walgreens posted a gross profit of over $26 billion in 2022. So why am I having to repeatedly go back to a nearly non-functional pharmacy on multiple occasions? This doesn't even cover the temporary closing of pharmacies and what issues that causes! It's not as easy as just going elsewhere when the rules state the first filling of a prescription must be at the pharmacy where it was called in, and then that pharmacy is closed.

I believe this is a corporate issue which is why I did not leave this feedback at the local store itself.

I wonder if it is even legal through the state pharmaceutical board for your pharmacy to just " not open"...especially considering the the vital service you're supposed to provide for your customers.
The Grants Pass pharmacy had a piece of paper on the closed roll up door saying they were closed because of lack of employees.
Computer generated notifications telling us our prescriptions were ready got us to drive to the pharmacy twice...only to find a pharmacy that wasn't even open. We directed our prescriptions to Walgreens because of the drive up window, which hasn't been open for a month. Hard to believe you can't get enough employees...unless you just aren't willing to pay them enough!
Outrageous!

Walgreens on market st in Lakewood Ranch Florida has the poorest customer service.
Called Walgreens corporate 4 times and received no return calls after weeks of waiting
Store filled prescription with incorrect directions
Insurance issue
Medication availability issues
Shorted amount of medication in bottle
Lack of pharmacist assistance
Wait at counter with no acknowledgment
Pharmacist never moves off seat in front of computer

Never have I experienced such poor consistent service from any other business
This staff needs a course on customer relationships

Waited for an employee to get items locked in an cabinet for 20 minutes
No one ever came. Complained to the 2 cashiers, they stated that more employees are needed at #17670 1559 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, NY

I've been with Walgreens for a long time, but lately the service has been very disappointing! I was scheduled to have surgery and was prescribed Norco quantity of 10, Walgreens sent me a text saying the prescription was having an issue with the insurance company and they were working with the insurance company and no action was required by me. So I waited up until the day before my surgery with no more response from Walgreens, so I called and they said the insurance company would only prescribe 7 instead of ten. So I said okay you should have communicated this to me instead of saying no action required by me. I told them to fill it with the quantity of 7, and ended up getting the day of surgery. This caused a lot of hassle and inconvenience for me and the person driving me to surgery and picking up the prescription. All of this could of simply been avoided if Walgreens would have communicated via text, email or phone call, this as soon as they found out instead me having to contact them when it was stated no action required from me! Now it happened a second time, saying the prescription was out of stock, they were working on getting in stock and no action required by me. Two days later I called and was t I told it's out of stock and that it would be in the day. I called again and was told that this was a expensive medication and that they were waiting for me to tell them I wanted them to fill the prescription. AGAIN, the status said no action required in my part!! How is a customer supposed to know that they are to call when it says no action required!! This is such poor, incompetent and very avoidable situation only if Walgreens would step up and have good customer service!
I called again today after being told the prescription would be in yesterday after 3, well of course walgreens failed again saying that it's out of stock and to check back again today after 2. This is so unacceptable, my prescription has been in there since Monday and today is Friday!! If I don't get it today, I will pull all of my prescription and take them to another pharmacy! Only one to blame is Walgreens!!!

I recently searched to buy a product online and Walgreens came up as offering a 20% off coupon. I attempted to follow the link repeatedly and was unsuccessful in finding the details that were stated would be there. The item indicated it was in stock in the Revere Broadway store which I proceeded to go to, since it was no other way to redeem this coupon. I could have gone to walmart, target, Amazon and gotten this item for the same price but chose to go to Walgreens on Broadway because this offered a coupon. When I got there the manager was called and proceeded to treat me in a very condescending and derogatory way despite the fact that she was unable to pull up the coupon on the app or on the Walgreens website. I let her know I didn't appreciate her attitude even though she was honoring the coupon. I did nothing wrong I came to the store because the coupon was offered and aloud absolutely no other way to redeem it. I will not come back to the store and be treated like I am stealing or doing something wrong. A little respect goes a long way.

I am wondering if Walgreens cares about customer courtesy? Was recently at drive thru window to pick up prescription. The employee was typing on keyboard and didn't even acknowledge my presence. No "I will be right with you" , nothing. And I sat there for a few minutes, more than I should have before she said can I help you. Come on Walgreens you can do better. How about a training program for customer service?

This is the Walgreen at 406 S Washington ave Bergenfield NJ. I had the unfortunate opportunity to go there on March 28. The line was very long to cashout (which is not new) and there was only one cashier. after a while another cashier came. when I reached the register I told Amanda who was to cash me out that Walgreen does not respect its costomers to have them waiting in such long line. That got her off. She proceeded to tell me that I was rude and she has another job other than cashing costumers. I asked her if voicing my opinion was rude and that customers are to be respected. She proceeded to tell me I can go else where if I don't like the service, to which I responded I can but I choose to come here. she proceeded to take away the items I was buying and told me repeatedly to go else where. I went back to the shelves for the items rejoined the line and was cashed by the other cashier. of course she chased me a paying customer out of the store told me to suck her d... and so on. she followed me outside where we exchanged words.

I am wondering if it is Walgreen's policy to treat customers as they please and we are to accept it?. If not accepted are employees given the right to treat us as they please? That girl was extremely rude. Maybe she needs anger management or something. But to verbally attack a paying customer because they voiced their opinion is not acceptable. I would hope this is not the behavior that is displayed by her on a daily basis or as she pleases. i

Pharmacy at Walgreens located at 7001 Amboy Road, Staten Island, NY 10307
I went to the pharmacy last night at 6:45 pm on 3/27/23 - there was no one behind the counter. I called out, no one answered - I thought the pharmacy was closed.
I heard papers ruffling and called out again - "is anyone here?"
All of a sudden this woman (the pharmacist)steps out from behind the wall yelling "I'm on the phone with a customer" - that's why I didn't answer you and called me nasty!
I told her all you had to do was step out and say I'll be right with you - without yelling at me and the make believe customer on the phone.
Finally, this other girl stepped out from the other side and helped me.
This rude and nasty behavior is uncalled for.
I walked out of Walgreens last night so upset that I returned to tell the evening manager what happened.
The other employee told me that they get a lot of complaints about her. I don't know her name. She has long blond hair with dark glasses and is about 50 years old
I still remain very upset over this and I want to know how corporate will handle this.
This should not be allowed.
Please respond.

Very Rude!
Not only one time, but FEW times. I tried to ask about the kind of generics they stock for medications I have prescriptions for, from my physicians who ask me which pharmacy I would like to send my prescribed med to! I have to know what generics each pharmacy stock, before the office send in my prescriptions as I have kidney failure, bowel and colon resection that make me very sensitive to inactive ingredients to certain generics and I have to stick to the ones that I already know.
Walgreens always refuse to give me any information about anything. They are always rude to me whenever I ask them this question and treat me like an ALIEN who speaks JEBRISH. They are very unprofessional.
Will NEVER recommend.

Apparently the west valley Walgreens does NOT need my business

Terrible! They have a
The wonderful app to review status of prescription but i always have to call them. Sometimes they have to special order and can't fill my order. They enforce the calling rule to fill the prescription on the day of when you don't have any of your prescription left. Then, they may have to special order or not enough and partially fill your prescription. Then I had to see my doctor again to fill this prescription again . They do not work with any customers. They treated me as if they had all the power and I could do nothing about it.

3/19/2023 I stopped in to make a quick purchase. Walgreens has gone yo using digital coupons to get your discount. I am not exactly computer illiterate having worked on computers all my life. I tried accessing the digital coupon through my app on my smart phone. No such luck even with the help og tge wonderful kind lady who was checking me out. Now if I can't do this and she couldn't help much as she tried, can you imagine our elderly population who probably need a break financially more than I trying to accomplish this $5 dollar savings. Ridiculous. Get rid if digital coupons NOW and being back tge coupon books so all can save on sales.

Bad bad service. I had to try a purchase made in Florida during my vacation. It was a wheel tranport chair. I tried using it at one of the parks In Florida, did not handle the terrain well, but thought it would be OK elsewhere. Tried using is a winery, did not do well there, tried using on our way home to delaware, it too did not handle easily, my husband tried to walk with it and it was very unstable.

So when we got hone we decided to take it to our local Walgreens to return, since we gave it a try everywhere. Well to my surprise the nasty lady in the store said, well you can just come back.on Monday, ad I will refuse to return that here in this store. She was the worst customer service representative you could possibly ask for. I tried taking it back to the Walgreens 17239 Five Points Square, Lewes, DE 19958

Rory and his manager were nasty and need to be fired.

Just like any chain, I should be able to return this item with a receipt to any store in the United States. I gave this purchase many trys to.make it work and it did not. I want my money back as I have my receipt without a fight.

Please advise and fire those terrible people who do not care about you as company. Asap.

Walgreens 455 Main Street in Southbridge, MA. I went to pick up my blood pressure medication, which should be ready after two days since my refill request, and the guy at the pharmacy looks at his computer and says that it's in Marlborough, MA. I haven't lived in Marlborough in 3 years. When I asked why it would be there, the guy elevated his tone like I was some kind of druggy trying to get my fix. It's the SECOND time I've had this experience with this particular Walgreens. I called my doctor when I got outside and she said that the medication was ordered in Southbridge. Of course, the guy in Southbridge NEVER looked on the shelf he just went through his computer and deemed the medication not there but in Marlborough.

Listen, I understand computer fowl ups. But when someone raises their tone to me I'm gonna come right back at them....which I did. He has NO RIGHT to judge me or anyone else for what their medications are. And it's Metoprolol, not even a controlled substance or anything addicting. I have been taking this medication for close to 15 years, and guess what, it's to keep my blood pressure down, which is what this clown was getting up.

You just lost a customer to CVS because this was grade a bull crap! The fact that you would employ people like this, people who think they have some kind of medical power over others is ridiculous and inane. What is going on with your company lately? This one has judgmental pharmacists, and anther one I frequent has cashiers who are never at the register, they're always stocking shelves. Very bad experience and you should know better!
