Absolutely the worst ever. The incompetent of staff is disgusting. How many more complaints do u need In order to fix..Silverado ranch Blvd and Bermuda las vegas..do something or this complaint will go further

Nobody in the store I went to the back stood at the register cashier walks right past me walks back to totally ignores me somebody else came in while I was at the register walk to the back of the store walk to the film area and she took care of them totally ignored me been there 150 times never disrespected like that I have my own business I would have fired around the spot

I have had to call 5 times for a refill. They are telling me it is a glitch with there computer system. I am told something different every time I call. They are also rude about it. They have gone downhill since the pandemic and you are treated poorly

Re:2200 PALM BEACH LAKES BLVD, I've tried to do business here three years. This place is a terrible customer experience! No more business from me! My doctor's office called in a prescription three days ago. Yesterday, the pharmacy aid says, "the wait is an hour and a half." So, I said I'll come back tomorrow; I did. That didn't work either. Girl at the window couldn't find and kept wanting me to know the name of the guy I spoke to. STUPID question! I finaly asked thei person to get a manger to solve the problem SHE WAS THE MANAGER ! You share holders are in serious trouble.

Is it acceptable to be administered a moderna COVID 19 vaccine without seeing what's in the seringe? I felt very uncomfortable because the female Asian who administered me the vaccine, at Walgreens located at 491 high st in Medford Massachusetts didn't present me with the vaccine, nor did she open anything in my presence. She is rude and unprofessional.

I will never fill my prescriptions in any of Utah Walgreens!!! Why they always need the insurance card? Are they too lazy to try and find it in their system? CVS is the best!!!

I order my insulin 3 days in advance. I go to Walgreens. It's NEVER ready. NEVER in stock. This is INSULIN, guys. If I don't use it I die. Got an answer ?

Terrible experience yet again at the Walgreen in Forest Lake. Avoid this pharmacy. I have ben waiting over 7 hours for a generic antibiotic script to be filled and can't reach anyone to find out what's wrong. Their ARU says they're still working on it everytime I call but when I call to talk to someone, no one ever answers. I've called numerous times with wait times of 30 minutes...the longest being 60 minutes before I got frustrated and hung up. I called their competitor around the corner, Walmrt, and have a human being from pharmacy on the phone in 30 seconds. I asked if they could transfer my scrip as Walgreens isn't getting it filled and they said they could but would need to call Walgreens to get the info....BUT WALGREENS PHARMACY DOESN'T ANWER THEIR PHONE!!! So I'm going to have to have my Dr. send a new scrip to Walmart tomorrow. Bye Walgreens...this service in unforgivable. I'll be transferring all my other auto-fill scrips as well. I'm done completely with Walgreens....DON'T USE THIS PHARAMCY, TRUST THE BAST REVIEWS. THEY'RE TRUE. YOU'LL JUST BE TOTALLY FRUSTRATED.

Walgreens in Elkins Park PA - We used to rave about service and attitude - but the past few months have been awful. They hired people who can't think - and they can't seem to be able to call the customer and say there's an issue. E.g. - We ordered an item that the last time we got 2 containers of 3 oz each - We reordered. 2 days later it said online "Pharmacist reviewing this" When we called they said they weren't getting 3 oz containers anymore. We asked - what do you have? Ans - only 6oz !! Good Lord!!

The Zephyrhills FL Walgreen's is ridiculously slow! Waiting 5 hours for an inhaler and antibiotic is outrageous. My husband is very ill and needs the medication. Very disappointed in Walgreen's.

I returned an item that my family bought for me when I was sick. I had the receipt and they said that was not good enough they wanted the phone number and debit card used without those there is nothing they could do. From prior experience I know they can do the return other stores don't even ask for any of those things.now after calling in they say within 30 days and with the receipt there should be no problem. I just wonder what is the problem with the wallgreens in Milpitas on calavares street horrible experience !!

2months in a row they have given excuses why it's taking almost 2weeks to fill a prescription. You would not believe the excuses every thing except the dog ate it.they had to talk to the dr,dr had to call insurance to explain why I'm taking it the way I'm taking it, (been taking it all 2years)it's the filling pharmacy fault,you name it they gave it sad thing the insurance had already approved the medication they were to dumb to know there own system.

This complaint is regarding the pharmacist Rachel @ 7305 springhill Dr, springhill fl 34606. I've never had a worst experience with a pharmacist. The pharmacist here dictates her personal opinion about the medications you are on and refuses to fill them if she doesn't agree. My medication has been prescribed to me exactly the same for 6 years and I'm not on any heavy narcotics. They do not follow state policies here nor care if the meds were prescribed by a doctor deeming it appropriate. She's prejudice and rude and treated my husband like a junkie over sleep medication getting into a huge fight in the store refusing to fill his meds 1 day early so he would not run out and then filling it 1 to 2 days late after telling him to pick it up beforehand and continued this every refill. I know the state law for a pharmacy filling a perscription 1 to 3 days early is what's alotted and recommended to fill your meds at least a day early as to avoid running out. There are so many people leaving this pharmacy to cvs that cvs is overloaded with new patients and having to be selective on who they take because of supply demands. I've had 4 back surgeries and suffer from insomnia and anxiety and I take nothing heavy and never request my meds early. I requested my meds on day 40 of 30 day supply and she called me to tell me she no longer believes I should take this medication and refuses to fill it as if she's my doctor even though she's been filling it for months and I've been on this combo for 6 years. She's abusing her power and should be fired. If you take a minute to look at the pharmacy complains on Google there are many similar complaints about this pharmacist. I do understand it's not illegal for a pharmacist to refuse to fill meds but she's unreasonable and unprofessional. Nearly every time I come in I watch her telling different people she's refusing to fill their meds, raising her voice, giving dirty looks and simply walking away rolling her eyes and ignoring the person. I see this with elderly people mostly not junkies asking for oxy. She's simply unprofessional, over opinionated and extremely selective on who she decides to serve. Someone needs to take away the power she's given and abusing, bullying people on their medications prescribed by professionals. She's not my doctor and I'm not okay with her calling me and telling me I need to change my medications because of her personal opinion and saying " well I'm not filling your meds go somewhere else" I'm now switching to cvs who never behaves this way and follows state regulations. This looks real bad on the company name. Thought I should tell someone and I'll be posting this wherever I can to warn others.

Everytime I call Walgreens to talk to anyone I'm on hold for 10minutes or more then they pick up and hang up today it happened 3 times , then you sit in line outside for up to 45 minutes what has happened to Walgreens

If I had to make a rating on customer service at the Walgreens on Wrightsbro rd. and ivy st. I would rate it a 0 bad customer service stating with the drive through after ringing the bell one time I was ignored they look at you and walk away ring again and had to wait about ten minutes before they acknowledged me with. Attitude bad customer service 0 Dr. call a prescription in early morning Walgreens stated that the dr. did not call it in when I know that he did waited all day to get a prescription back and forth with store and dr. Bad Customer Service could had been a life or death situation make me want to change pharmacy need good customer service

Walgreens and ebay card services is the biggest scam. I bought an ebay card, Walgreens never activated it, ebay customer service confirmed the card is not activated. I called Walgreens customer service more than 15 times and they kept on hanging up with me. I went to the store and the store manager did not even want to talk to me. Walgreens and ebay stole $200 from me without giving any service. I asked ebay and Walgreens to show me the transaction that is made on the card and they refused to answer my questions.

Never again, I recommend anyone to shop at Walgreens and ebay. These 2 organizations are supporting economic terrorism by taking money from honest American and possibly giving it to terrorist organizations that are harming USA. These 2 businesses need to close down permanently.

Horrible -one-day delivery still hasn't arrived & it's been 10 days. Like others, pharmacy doesn't answer phone or hangs up. Today I went there to get this RX straightened out - note on door stating: due to staff shortages it's drive through only. 7 cars in line, waited 28 minutes & left. I'm transferring all my RX's. Oh my BP med that is overdue 10 days has caused my bp to rise .

My experience with Walgreens is the worst. They hang up the phone on me , left a customer talking by herself in front of me , gave me an answer before I even asked a question... Horrible customer customer service

I bought some perfume and I returned the perfume the next day. I specifically asked the clerk at the time of purchase if I returned it would I receive a cash refund. She said "Yes".

When I returned the perfume the next day, the manager said because I had used $2 in reward points, I could only get a Walgreens Gift Card. This is not what I wanted.

This is so unfair! And very deceptive!

will only buy sale items with the card and will not be back after that. CVS is just across the street!!!

Went to the Walgreens pharmacy on sunrise in Puyallup wa for the first time because my pharmacy closed down and that is were kirks pharmacy sent my prescription to. Calling the pharmacy was over a hour long wad hung up on twice. Went in person to make sure they had my prescriptions and they told me everything was good. Show up today and the first thing I am told is u have no refills on your meds which my doctor's had to send a hard copy 3 times. They finally figured it out that I do have a prescription. Then they tell me one is to soon until they figure out that they had already filled it. I was not understanding how they card machine was working and she tells me that my personal card from my husband's work is saying declined but the whole time she was showing me the to hit the decline button s9 had to use my bank card. So after the hour and a half that I waiting even being there first morning customer I must say it was a awful experience and I will never shop at a Walgreens store again.

I getbso many calls and texts about my medication being refilled and when I leave my home to pick them up, they say there isn't anything filled. This is extremely frustrating! I do not stay close to Walgreens and the fact that this has been happening for years, I am ready to switch pharmacies. This last time was on 10/15/22. I got a call from the pharmacy saying my medication was ready for pick up and I told them I'd pick up the upcoming week. Went to pick it up on 10/18/22, and there was no refill. This is my last blank trip.
